Calibre is the real deal. My company sent me from Riverside to pick up some door closers. I got a flat tire when I got off the freeway in Orange. It was 4pm on Friday and I called Calibre to explain I would be late past closing. They sent their warehouseman to me with my door closers and when he saw the 101st Airborne decal on my car he offered to change my tire. He was a Ranger in the 101st, just like my husband (stationed in the Stan). Great service, both in the military and with their door closers.

We were referred to Calibre by one of our regular suppliers for overhead concealed door closers specific to the Calibre brand. We were pleasantly surprised by their product line and by their resource knowledge. It was a seamless transaction, very professional, received the door closers the next day, and we now know who to go to in the future. Thank you Calibre.

These guys won’t stand behind their product. We installed two of their ADA closers in my brother’s restaurant and with in less than two years later, both closers are leaking so badly that oil is leaking all over the brand new door with custom handles. I bought both closers from a glass and aluminum vendor that we use. I emailed Calibre to see what the warranty is and they replied that they can’t give me the closers because i bought them from one of their authorizes dealer and not them. They could of just said, “if you have a proof of purchase then we can send you a replacement parts.) I’ve been a glazier for 31 years and i have never heard say anything like this. So now i know not to buy calibre for my clients in future. International door closers are so much more reliable and they last 10 time more than calibre. You knew %100 where i purchased the Closure from. With proof of purchase from where i bought your closure from, you still did not want to stand behind your product. I had to replace another one of your closures recently again because it started leaking after 3 years, and this closure was installed in a office where the door barely gets used. I’m sorry but your product is horrible and almost everyone of your product i installed are leaking. You don’t see me write bad review for other door closure companies because either they stand behind their products or their products don’t fail with in 2 to 3 years. Specially a place that doesn’t get much traffic. Try to trouble shoot your errors and if you like me to post the picture of the screen shot of your email, i certainly can so other companies can see your respond to my complaint.

Always extremely helpful, professional, and quick. Whether Ive called or emailed, Chris has always been able to get me exactly what Ive needed. I have never had an issue with a shipment and the times Ive gone in it has always been clean and organized with parts in stock - you can tell that the warehouse team and management care a lot about their customers.

Most manufacturers won’t give a locksmith the time of the day. They just refer you to a distributor. The exception would be the folks at Calibre Door Closers. I recently had a difficult install of some panic hardware and a Calibre OHC closer late on a Friday afternoon. I called Calibre and spoke with Chris. He patiently walked me through the problems, and even though the exit device was not a Calibre, he helped me get it re-installed as well. These guys at Calibre know their stuff and really do care about their customers.

More than providing good quality products, Calibre goes the extra mile offering strong technical advice that has helped my techs out many, many times, and has helped us do a better job for our customers as well.
