Did my research and I got scared as the price of the doors were higher than I expected and the range of price was wide...I was fortunate that I was in the LA area and visited personally Lanai and their staff was great and they provide me with the confidence to order from them.The doors were delivered on time with no damage. The installers asked me for the manufactured as they have never installed such quality doors and it was easy for them to do their job....Cannot tell you how happy we are after more than 6 months of use, the best purchase we have done in a long time...highly recommend them for their quality, design and their knowledgeable staff!!!!

Its been three months since my door was installed and It makes me smile every day. My wife and I love our new Lanai door it has really changed our morning coffees together. To sit in our house and enjoy our yard and view has drastically improved our mindset. Its almost like a vacation everyday.Our house has become larger, combining both inside and outside space and it has been a great opportunity to change the layout of how we live day to day. Who would have that a simple door would do so much, but it does.As far as quality goes the Lanai door is awesome! Its extremely easy to open and close. I have two dogs and we find ourselves opening and closing doors alot. When the door is open its our dogs favorite spot. When the door is closed its our dogs favorite spot. I guess this door has been great for the entire family.I highly recommend Lanai doors. Its simply a great improvement to any home.

This review is long overdue but just wanted to share our great experience with Lanai Doors. From start to finish, Carol and Jeff were very responsive to all our questions and concerns. They answered every email and phone call right away and were very helpful in putting our worries at ease. When we received our bifold doors we were just overjoyed with the quality and the indoor/outdoor look it gave our home. We cannot be happier. Those who have come to our home have always commented on how beautiful our doors are. Even the town construction inspector said our doors are of very good quality. We are so happy we didn’t have to break the bank with our amazing bifold doors!

They build the best bifolding doors. My doors are sturdy and beautiful. I really appreciated how Carol was patient with me and answered all my questions about these doors. I could not have been happier with my choice. I found out that this is a manufacturer and not the installer as I learned through working with Carol. I used my general contractor to install the Lanai Doors system. Great job! Would definitely buy again.

We love our doors! The best customer service and by far the best quality system on the market. We just bought our second set and we recommend Lanai doors to all our friends.

Terrible customer service and warranty policies. Once you purchase, good luck getting any assistance from the company for installation, maintenance or warranty issues.

Go somewhere else! they even treated the employees like there were nothing!
