Customer service is always wonderful . All the employees are so kind and helpful all the time. No matter what you visit them for they are patient with everyone and if you have questions they try their best to answer as honest as possible if they arent sure they will go to someone who knows . I would rather trust spending money with them verses any other place they truly make all of their customers feel welcome.

Weve used Close to Home on two occasions to have custom blinds fabricated and installed in our dental treatment rooms. They are prompt, courteous, and excellent at what they do. We will use them again if we have any additional windows needing blinds or shades.

I just visited Close to Home in Orange with a problem with my Viking Rose sewing machine. As background, I had taken my machine there once before with broken bobbin winder and tune up. Sandy, recognized my and my machine from my previous visit, asked my what the problem was and then looked at the machine. She immediately smiled and said, I think I know the problem. She sat down with me and the machine and with a minor dial adjustment had the machine stitching along beautifully. She explained the foot pressure adjustment and showed me how mine was off and was causing the problem.She could have just taken my machine in for service and a less reputable shop may have charged me for an unneeded repair. She instead took the time to sit with me, taught me something and did not charge me a dime.Good, honest repair and sales are hard to come by, so please dont hesitate use their repair services or check out the sales they have some fantastic choices, both new and used.

Repaired our dyson in one day and were a pleasure to deal with.

Brought in my Dyson vacuum to be fixed under warranty. They fixed it in a day and were nothing but great. They even gave me a loaner because they thought it would take a week to fix. I didnt even have time to use the loaner.
