You have to have the cash sale number to get your item. We had ordered it by phone and our company p/o number. Waited 45 min to get 2 boxes and miscommunication. Just have the cash sale number and remember to have that number to go straight to will call if not you would have to order at the front and give your information also mention your resale number and verify correct price on your order sheet

Dont even stock parts as simple as brushes! Dont understand that. I run a small Co and cant even get there Web site to work. Im going to sell my one Hilti product just so i dont have to deal with the repairs anymore..
