Owner and contractors do not stand behind their product. I had a pool cover installed and they cut it three times to try and get it correct - simple oval. It looks terrible and they offered no options to fix. They have no warranty and will not back their product. Owner ignores his customers. There are many companies offering this product. I picked the wrong one. Avoid All-Safe Pool Fence & Covers.

I agree with the other one star reviews. .product does not match products . Paid a high price for this product and wrong color was sent. They would not exchange without having us pay another OUTRAGEOUS shipping charge and 25% restocking fee. After both shipping fees and restocking you are out 60 percent of what was paid. Go elsewhere . Owners wouldn’t even give the courtesy to speak to us about options . I wish we would have read these reviews before making the same mistake many others did .

Shouldve done my research before ordering from these crooks. Shipping is outrageous to begin with & if you have to return a product to them, you might as well forget about it. They charge you a 25% re-stock fee for doing nothing & you have to pay more shipping to send it back to them. Also, the colors they list on their website dont match what they send to you. Avoid this place as other reviewers have mentioned

Read the fine print on the website. This company does not stand behind their product or the contractor doing the work. If you have issues you will have no support from the company. There are better choices as this one will cause great frustration and a poor product.

Purchased a fence from All Safe Pool and Michael R was really awesome and answered all my questions. He sent Pete to install our fence and he was awesome. Pete explained to both my hubby and I how to remove fence, self closing gate, etc.We are so happy the way our fence looks. I highly recommend All Safe. Thanks again Michael and Pete.

The company was very professional right from the start. They responded quickly to all my emails. An estimator came out and surveyed the area and talked me through all the options to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. After I confirmed the order, they set up an installer to come out to do the job. The installer was great. The job was done exceptionally well and he left no mess at all. We are very happy with the company and the product!

From the first phone call to the day of installation I was treated with a great deal of respect. The questions I asked were answered intelligently. I felt that when I made my decision it was informed and I had no fears. I was not pushed into anything and I was given options. The installation was quick, not intrusive, and very professional. My main concern was to keep my granddaughter safe, and I truly felt that was their intention to.Good company, and I have already recommended them to two other people in my family. Quality and beauty was also a concern and the pool area is just lovely... and most of all safe.

They were able to come check the pool out, provide a bid way less expensive than the competition, and install our net all within a few days. We interviewed three pool fence companies, All-Safe was by far the most knowledgeable and had the best product construction. For the safety of our toddler and her little friends who visit, this was the best choice for us. The salesman was very prompt,courteous and good at explaining how to operate the pool fence and gate. The rep that came to my home to install the fence was also punctual, professional and took the time to explain how to install and remove the fence. The fence was up in 1:30 hours. Getting the estimate was a pleasant surprise, then the installation taking only two hours....well, I was/am impressed. Thank you to All-Safe, we are now all safe! It looks wonderful too, a beautiful and safe addition to our pool area.

I had to cancel the original company selected to put in our pool fence, when the installer informed me that the pool gate when removed would leave 2 permanent bolts 2 above the surface of pool deck. I had All-Safe come out and was immediately impressed with the sales rep who showed me the options and how the fence would be installed. The fence was installed by two very good technicians, and it is exactly what I expected and looks very good. They did a very clean install, and the gate mechanism is well engineered. And they were $425 less than the company I cancelled!

We have had our pool net for 7 years and it looks as good as it did when we bought it.We then had more children and called for a pool fence as well. We called them out again and in a day they were complete. it has been 7 years for the fence and gate and I am happy to say it still looks as good as new and nothing has rotted or broken. anyone with pets or small kids I highly recommend both the pool fence and pool net.

We have the net covering our spa AND the gate around the spa - so we are safe times two! All-Safe did an excellent job installing both pieces of equipment and the products have stood the test of time. From the estimate to installation All Safe made getting a pool fence a breeze. The free estimation was informative and I didnt feel like they were trying to sell me things I didnt need. The crew came when they said they would, did a great job and explained everything and left a beautiful fence around our pool and spa. Now we can relax when our granddaughter is out there with us. Mikes presentation was excellent as well.

All Safe Pools did an amazing job for us on Sept 17 2013.They spent the full day installing a black mesh fencing barrier between our concrete patio and our swimming pool. They installed 2 self latching gates along the fence.They also put in the custom pool net cover that is so secure and tight that it would be next to impossible to fall in the pool or get under the net coverage. The net cover is secured with metal clips that connect to hooks that have been drilled into the cement base 1 foot outside of the pool edge. All 3 installers from All Safe Pool were professional and polite and kept us updated during the full process of the installation. They were early for our appointment which was a good sign.Mike -our salesmen did a fantastic job of measuring correctly the first time and presented a great product to us. We are so pleased with this pool net/fencing job project - from start to finish and highly recommend All Safe Pools!Thank youEarsley Family

Our pool fence was installed yesterday by Pete. It was a pleasure meeting and having Pete install the fence. It looks fantastic. He left the pool area very clean. He spent the necessary amount of time explaining how the gate can be adjusted if necessary and how the fence can be removed and subsequently replaced. From the initial contact and estimate appointment through completion of the installation, it couldnt have gone better.

After contacting the other competitors and getting estimates (all in the same ball park), I went with All-Safe. Troy came out and gave the estimate. Further contact with him was through email. The job was done professionally with no problems at all. Everything they said would occur, did. No surprises or problems! I was very happy with the installers. I would give 5 stars overall, but the only thing I would have wanted was a little more follow-up with Troy after the job and by phone instead of email. I got the feeling that because my job wasnt a BIG job, it wasnt quite as important. But, overall, I would highly recommend the company.

We have small children who visit homes without pool fences on occasion. The situation makes us very uncomfortable yet we dont have control over the individual pools. I discussed the situation with Reed from All-Safe and he directed me to the Safety Turtle product. Safety Turtle is a bracelet that locks around the wrist and has a remote alarm that we set up in the house. If a child with the bracelet somehow gets outside and falls in the water the alarm will go off, alerting us to the situation. We have owned our Safety Turtles for years now. They continue to work perfectly and provide us with a sense of safety knowing wed be immediately alerted to any pool related emergencies. I highly recommend this product to others in a similar situation, and recommend All-Safe as a great partner for pool safety.

They came in and gave an accurate estimate. Very professional.The installation process went very well. However there was a misunderstanding between Estimator and the installer which left one location vulnerable after the completion of the installation. It was very disappointing. BUT after I contacted them by phone and explained the situation they came in 2 days after and remedy the situation by routing the fence from elsewhere eliminating the safety hazard.This was done free of charge and very fast.I am very happy with the product and services of ALLSAFEand do recommend it

Would give a zero stars if possible for the Broward County/Miami Dealer. After a pleasant experience with the estimate-guy, Jorge, we were scheduled for pool fence installation 2 days following. When the installation guys never showed up after an hour, I called multiple phone-numbers associated with the company. Eventually I received a call back, and was told the installers were in the wrong city of Florida and would be longer after already being over an hour late without notifying me. This company has no regard for the customer, as I had to take off work already for the estimate and installation and now they needed to reschedule...I called in to tell corporate of my frustrating experience and see if I could be given any discount due to the multiple mishaps and was given Jason, the directors number. He asked what do you want me to do about it, we all make mistakes, and said there was nothing he could do for me and hung-up...Stay far away if your in Miami area unless you want to waste your time!

Wanted to get a quote, We are a working family and need 5 PM or after appointments. They are in Orange same city as me. They pretty much said no appointments after 5. Whats a working man to do. I guess a vacation day? I really wanted to do business local and I questioned the times and they said no. I truly cant understand a service like this not working with a customers.

For my almost 1 year old son and his safety, and for those annoying ducks! Well its almost been a year now since buying this house and resurfacing the pool. Our new pebblesheen surface has stayed beautiful thanks to All-Safe. The ducks are now back and just the other day when I was cleaning the pool, they were circling around. I put the net back on and just as I was about to go back inside, they tried to make a water landing and both ducks bounced on the net and looked startled and kept flying! No more filthy ducks in the pool!
