I want to specifically comment and highly recommend porch and patio. Last year we bought an outdoor patio set. After we took the cover off we noticed that there was a bow in the table and it had cracked. We reached out to porch and patio and I spoke with jeff. He was amazing and rectified the situation immediately. They ordered us a new table which just came. My wife and I could not be happier. They had great customer service to begin with when we made our initial order. The fact they stand by their products and took care of us says it all. I highly recommend shopping here.

Dean at Porch & Patio was amazing and helpful and kept in constant communication with me until the issue for repair was done. Repair was needed due to high winds at our house. The service Dept. also was in constant communication before and after the repair was done. Repair person was friendly courteous and informative and also wore a mask the entire time. I would recommend this business from sales to service.

Great folks run the place. Inventory not so great because we went there too late in the season. They were going to give us a discount for next year but there wasn’t anything on the floor that interested us.

Nice selection, high prices, poor customer service. Took 3 tries and at least 6 weeks to get the table and umbrella we purchased completely delivered. Then discovered we needed an additional $100 part that was never mentioned. On the other hand we are very happy with the furniture we purchased.

I needed replacement cushions for 3 lounge chairs that were 10 years old and discontinued. Dean was amazing in sourcing the exact manufacturer to custom make the cushions. It took a while but they are beautiful and much better quality than the original. Highly recommend them.

Impressive customer service.I went to pool and patio to get some parts for my old teak lounge chairs as the manufacturer does not interact with the end customer. They did not have the parts in stock, made sure they identified clearly what was needed and get them shipped.Taking the time for something that wont bring any short term revenue is really appreciated. Last weekend my son and I rolled in a few minutes before closing to look for a patio table to replace my 20+ year old Telescope table that was damaged last year in a storm.We were not expecting anyone to help us, we were just hoping to quickly to pass through the store to see if they carried the brand/style of table that we needed. Despite that it was closing time, 2 gentlemen spent time with us and helped us figure out which table we needed. I came back today to purchase the table and it looks great on our deck with our existing furniture and umbrella!The high quality customer service that we received has earned our loyalty. I have been dealing with Jeff for over fifteen years. He was just an employee for the original owner back in the day. He was professional then as he is now. The sales and service are fantastic and will continue doing business with them in the future. Its great to see someone work their way up the ranks and then finally owning the establishment where they first started.

Staff is easy and friendly to work with. Always have what we are looking for. Plan to pay more but quality products with warrantee and lasts a long time.

We bought a fire table 7 years ago. This spring we realized some parts needed replacing. Jeff came to the house and replaced the parts. When I asked how much it cost he said we stand behind our product.
