DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY...I ordered a living room set and rug of March 2020 and it took 6 months for me to get my furniture after it was paid in full at time of purchase. Of course I had to chase down my furniture..they never call you back when they say they are, they always have a song and dance when you ask about your items. It was a horrible experience. I ended up getting a $300 refund for the inconvenience but I feel thats the least they could have done. They are full of excuses and never can give you a answer about anything

Thank you Sammie for delivering my bed set today. When I found out that my delivery wasn’t coming on the scheduled day Sammie made it possible for my things to be delivered when I was available and in a timely manner. When my things were delivered they didn’t deliver the footboard in the right color but U.S furniture gave me a call and made it possible for the footboard to be delivered today. I really appreciate it. Even though there was miscommunication they made sure to still find a way to meet the customers needs.

Don’t order from here save the hassle and go to a legit place! They only give the run around and don’t delivery Within the time frame, multiple excuses and they never get back to you! I was given a time frame of 4-6 weeks ordered in aug now I’m being told I won’t get it until middle November mind u only found this out after calling multiple times they never even had the courtesy to call and tell me. When I threaten to write a review I was told by Tom to go ahead and good luck! Horrible customer service!

They were our fifth stop of the day looking for a sofa. We knew the style we wanted and they were able to offer it to us cheaper and with a better warranty.Ordered couch last Saturday and got a call for delivery by friday. The 3 guys that delivered were professional and supringly fast considering i live uphill. Had both couches inside and together in around 20 min.Took all the trash as well! Couches were perfect and exactly what we were shown off the website. Will be going back again.

I like a good bargain so I purchased a living room set from this place….my set costs 200.00 less than what I would have paid at other stores AND they gave me a free rug to match my set…(very good quality rug). Barack helped us…he was very friendly, personable and easy to work with…I was concerned because there was a delay with my furniture due to the storm in Texas earlier this year but we received it earlier than expected…The delivery guys were quick and professional too! I would recommend this place for anyone looking for a bargain.

I ordered a liver room set back in April and here it is July bout to be August and I still haven’t received my furniture yet I call and ask to speak to a manager and they have me on hold for a while and when I did talk to someone he was very nasty and smart like he didn’t even cared that I spend money with them..... They have really nice furniture but they take forever to get it delivered to you.... I will never buy anything else from them and wouldn’t suggest no one either....

This was a “last stop on a whim” while hunting for a dining room set, and I am forever grateful that we did! We explained what we were looking for (like a walnut wood, nothing gray or rustic) and Eli was amazingly helpful. He gave us an incredible deal on a 7-piece set and server, that beat the larger-name chain that sold it by far! It was a great deal. When we explained that we were having a big family dinner for the first time in over a year now that everyone was vaccinated, he was so sympathetic and expedited our order for us. It came super soon, the delivery was speedy and impeccable, and now our dining room is complete. We are constantly complimented on our beautiful furniture, and we never could have done it if we hadn’t gone to US Furniture! I highly recommend checking them out if you are on the hunt for high quality furniture but don’t want to break the bank.

The staff here were friendly the furniture is great and the prices were even better! It took a few weeks for delivery due to Covid but it was definitely worth the wait. The 2 gentlemen who delivered and set up my furniture were also very polite and respectful. My kids and I love the furniture. I have also recommended this place to my family and friends.

Horrible!!! The women that works there never remembers anything, always by the end of the week. We have been waiting for a mattress for 4months now. When i asked to speak with a manager they were not available nor was i provided with a name! The sales rep was great but i should not have to chase furniture that we are already paying for. Terrible experience! We ordered a sectional and ottoman on a Black Friday deal. They were honest that it would take 10-14 weeks for delivery due to Covid. Our sectional came and was delivered around the 12 week mark. No ottoman. They said it would be about another month - nothing. We called the store and delivery company a bunch of times. Every time they said “next week”. Once they even said “tomorrow”. Here is it 6 months later- no ottoman. They refuse to refund my money and you always have to call back when the manager is there but he is NEVER there. They said they can’t do a refund once the furniture is “in”. I said, “Where is it? I’ll just pick it up if you refund the delivery fee.” She wouldn’t even tell me where it was, just that it was in CT. As of today, no refund and no ottoman. Don’t buy from this place. It’s a joke and they just jerk you around.

This place is a scam. They take your money and tell its normally 3 weeks for delivery, but will be 3 to 8 weeks because of covid. I ordered on Feb 11th 2021, it,s now August 8th no chair. They told me in March it will be at my house my the end of April. They told me in April that by may. Now its August 8th, and on August 11th they are violating their own contractI will be personally goingo. To collect my money on the 11th.

NEVER order from this place!!! Nice furniture but it’s definitely NOT worth the experience that you have to go thru. I had to wait 6 months for them to deliver 1 of the chairs that I ordered... after them telling me that everything had came in. I ordered a sofa and love seat set on February 2020. They told me it would take 4-8 weeks to get he. I kept calling to check on the status and the first time I called the rude guy said “well just wait” and hung up. The second time I called it was another guy. He was extremely rude and didn’t even let me finish talking. He talked over me through out the entire phone call, until I asked him to please stop and at least hear my side as well. He was extremely rude and left of as well just wait until the end of the month. It’s been going over 2 months now and we now have to wait another month for our furniture. They seem so nice and polite when they take your money but afterwards it’s all attitudes and yelling from their customer service. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yitzi was fanstastic. She was patient and diligent in helping me find a bedroom set for my disabled sister. Keeping price down was crucial, plus I was in need of the set right away. The manager, Barack was great too. So accommodating. He promised delivery on Saturday. As promised it arrived right at 7:00am. The set is absolutely gorgeous! If quality, price, and customer service matter to you....work with Yitzi and Barack!

Please BUYER BEWARE: To ensure that my post wasn’t based off of sheer emotion I waited. I ordered furniture on 10/6/2020, paid deposit..Barack said to ensure delivery bring the rest in cash. On 10/13/2020 I brought in cash. Barack was super friendly and even kind, he said US furniture would have the same customer service and operate like any other furniture store. He said due to covid the longest item on the order would be 12 weeks. That has not been my experience. He said I would deal with him because my order was large, after exchanging money, I couldn’t reach him, he didn’t return calls.I ended up dealing with the young lady at the store from this point on. My delivery came right before Christmas. To my surprise all items weren’t there. It’s been 20 weeks. I am still waiting for my the rest of my furniture, the young lady who works here was kind. She started updating me and calling me, two days ago she called to inform me that my last pieces were received and would be a week to deliver, the furniture warehouse calls today to schedule delivery but still doesn’t list all items. I ask if I can call the store first to see what happened. I call and Barack answers. I try to tell him what was communicated, he says. Yea the pieces aren’t there. I say but I was told they were all there. I ask to speak to the young lady. He says very rude “ I am above her, it does not matter if she says it’s here if I am saying it’s not”. I then say Barack you told me you would handle this delivery, but I haven’t dealt with you since the cash hit your hand. He says he is gonna call the warehouse to see if the chair is there. I ask would he be willing to just refund for the sectional and send the remaining pieces to the bedrooms. He says No! The only reason I even bothered waiting is because I spent a lot on my furniture, and believed that my experience would be pleasant. It has not at all. The attitude and sarcasm. If he had of shown me that in the beginning I would have just walked away. Please don’t spend here. I may end up seeking legal advise just to retrieve what I paid for. Don’t do it!!!! I’m not even upset. I just feel really bad as a customer you are not valued and He doesn’t use the same tone of respect and professionalism he does when you are in the store. He speaks to you as if he could careless. This doesn’t even touch the furniture that came warped, scratched and slighted with damages. The delivery company damaged a custom door. I sent photos to Barack. Nothing! He said “name brand doesn’t always mean better, I’m here to say, maybe not but no one should have gone through this. I wished I could post the photos.To be fair. I received an updated call 3/5/2021 saying my furniture will finally all arrive in 7-10 days. I am happy to amend this review as far as remaining pieces go. The original experience is what it has been, and I have to stand by that truth.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! Ive been getting the run around about my furniture for 3 months. Partial furniture was delivered and was defective, delivery men ruin 2 out my plants on my lawn. Went to store to speak to Manager about defective couch and ruined plants and still Im still getting the run around 2 weeks later. Salesmen that work there wont give the owners name or information now I have to take legal action. I have called and went to the store countless times for help and they are unhelpful, rude and unprofessional. This experience has been hell!

Stay away! Theres a reason why this story is always a ghost town...They don’t do any returns, nor do they inform you before you buy anything that there isn’t any returns...bought some couches from here 10 days ago, you can’t return or exchange once they are delivered. Also, ordered my bedroom set... they told me 4 weeks, now they are telling me 10. I asked to return before even I even got them because I didn’t wanna be stuck in the same situation as I was in it’s my couches. Then I was told no returns at all! The supervisor was so unprofessional, wouldn’t let me get one word out, then proceeded to walk away and said that he “couldn’t listen to me anymore” this place is run by scammers.STAY AWAY!!!!

Went here to buy a new living room and bedroom set. Paid the extra fee for delivery and installation for the Ashley furniture brand which is sold in US Furniture stores. On the day of delivery they not only brought off brand couches that were not the same ones we ordered in store, the delivery drivers dropped our couches off in the front yard after cutting sofa cushions open with a box cutter and refused to bring them upstairs. Was told that a service repair crew was coming to take care of the damages and they never came. We dealt with the owner, Barack, personally and he is one of the biggest scammers we’ve ever come across. If you want great furniture then invest in the real thing. I have known several other people who have had similar experiences with this particular location.

Amazing amazing amazing!I sm very thankful with Barak, I bought some furniture from the location in Bridgeport, they were giving me an extra hard time fixing something that broke the very next day of delivery. I called this location not really expecting much, because they were not who i bought it from, they helped me a lot! Someone was at my house two weeks after i called fixing something that had been broken over 3 month and the other store had been avoiding.If you are interested in shopping and are planning on going to the Bridgeport location, STOP right there and take a little detour to Orange.

Paid for a couch. Was told 4-6 weeks for delivery. I called for 14 weeks to check on the delivery status and was assured it would come soon and that I could cancel at any time. When I called to cancel the order they got very upset at me. They threatened me with a restocking fee and said I would lose a credit card dispute against them. The dispute was finally closed 25 weeks after ordering. Rude, deceptive, waste of time.

We bought a new home in the midst of the pandemic and went to US furniture to check out a bedroom set for one of the rooms. Left this place with furniture for my ENTIRE house. Not only was everyone great, but it took us way longer to get our home than we hoped. Barack, and Sara arranged for all the furniture to stay in the warehouse until we were ready (even with their limited storage space during COVID). They honestly explained to me how some items will take a while to arrive given the circumstances, but still managed to get everything even sooner than promised. Best prices for amazing quality! Couldn’t be more happier that I chose this local business for all the furniture and great customer service !

Zero stars !! Do not shop here!! It’s been 2 months since I ordered a love seat and sofa. I called over and over to know when my furniture would be delivered. They gave me the run around and told me they do not know when it will be delivered. I asked to a refund because I got BETTER SERVICE AND SAME DAY DELIVERY from big lots. When I called for a refund they told me it’s a 30% restocking fee on furniture I never received and obviously they never received. This place is unprofessional, rude and they have horrible service. I loved that Eli gave me and my fiancé a good deal for everything we bought from him. However after I paid us furniture the remaining in cash they tried to send my furniture to my house knowing I didn’t have my keys yet to move in my things. They ask you when do you want your products for a reason but don’t go by it. Secondly when I had a problem with my furniture the woman who work in the us furniture store office in orange acted like she was going to help me but instead ignored my issue Nd left me in the other line waiting. So would I go bck probably not.

Ordered a dining room set August 19th 2020. It is now December 22nd, 2020 and Im not not able to sit 4 people at my dining room table because a piece came broken and it still hasnt arrived. I know that US Furniture resells pieces from other Vendors- this set specifically came from Ashley Home Furniture, but I would have rather dealt with Ashley Furniture directly. Would have probably gotten money off of my order instead of not having a full dining set for 4 months.

Horrible! Just horrible. After being miss informed about the details of purchase of my couch, the district manger Barak had the audacity to tell me it had not been delivered because whatever “money issues” we were having. This is after we have waited over TWO months for a couch that has still NOT been delivered. Then upon receiving a call from third party company that couch is finally here ready to be delivered, the manager Barack, said that we were still missing a piece to it. Now Im confused, is my couch here or not?! This place is a rude, poorly trained, miss informing establishment.

Us Furniture was very unprofessional, I ordered a sectional and explained to them our basement doorway was tricky and may not be able to fit. Barack assured me that they have someone that can disassemble the sectional to fit in the basement and put it back together. I was told the furniture would be in on a Tuesday, it arrived on a Friday. Delivery came on that Sunday but as expected the sectional did not fit. The delivery men were very confused and told us we had to call the store to get this problem resolved. Of course I’m not keeping furniture that do not fitSo we sent the sectional back. I called Barack and he told me that their was a $300 dollar charge to have it disassembled, I told him that is not what he told me and of course his response was i thought it would’ve fit so that’s why i did not tell you about the charge. We asked for a refund because at this point I’m frustrated and customer service was poor. They then tell me in order to get a refund I had to pay 30% for a restock fee.. Now Barack gave us the paper to sign, but also he rushed us and told us that the paper we were signing was for the delivery not a contract.. This place is horrible and I would not recommend them, read everything that is put in front of you and ask plenty of questions, it’s a lot of hidden things prior to purchasing..

I went to the Bridgeport location to purchased a king size bedroom set but the way they were accommodating me on everything and dropping prices like nothing was my red flag so I decided to leave then I come on here and read all the reviews and I can’t thank you guys enough. It’s so sad how these people just take people’s hard working money SAD SAD SAD I knew something was wrong I went twice and left I just had a gut feeling.

My husband and I visited a few stores and didnt find the kind of deals we were looking for and thank God we decided to go into USA furniture. This place is the worst i’ve ever dealt with EVER! I got a living room, bed room, & mattress from them and I wish I would’ve never spent a dime there. My dressers were missing screws that I had to pick up and put together myself & the screws & holes didn’t even match. The mattress was not the fluffy comfortable mattress I tried out in the store. The bed is squeaking & my couches make a noise every time I sit down. They gave me the run around for a month straight. Barack told me he would make sure everything is taken care and send a service technician and every day was an excuse. They will keep telling you they are with a customer and will call you back. I could not be more thrilled with my experience at US furniture. We originally went to US furniture after going to many other different furniture stores and not being able to find what we were looking for. The first time we went, we were SO pleased with our interactions with Eli. At every other furniture store we had been to, we felt that the furniture salesmen were pushy and overbearing, but not here! Eli cares so much that we love everything we purchase that on many occasions he even told us NOT to purchase certain things because he didnt think that they would fit with our vision for our space. He even encouraged us to take time to think about our decision before buying rather than making a decision on a whim, which just shows how much he cares that were happy. We first purchased a couch, chair, and bedframe from US furniture. We were so happy with the quality of what we purchased that we then went back to buy an entire bedroom set. Everyone who comes to our home compliments us on our furniture and how well everything fits together. Every time we go to US furniture I feel that Eli genuinely cares that we have a good experience and wants us to be happy with everything we buy. In my way out from Bob’s furniture I saw the sign for US furniture I go inside the store it’s a very nice i was helped by Buy a gentleman his name is Barack He’s so kind and nice he was helping me with the sectional for my living room he spent almost 2 hours with me and he give me the best price for my living room thank you Barack for everything

Horrible store with horrible customer service. They deliveredthe wrong furniture and also broken furniture and tried to blame my wife and I for the damages. They are working with a loan company called cornerstone that is demanding payment after we have been disserviced. There is no way to contact the store manager but the store is functioning and operating and has been regardless of restrictions put in place.. I would highly advise not to buy furniture from this company. They are running a scam!

Beautiful furniture, but decided we wanted a sectional so called to cancel right away and was given many problems. Was told they werent sure if I could cancel and that I would be given a call back the next day. I never got a call back after calling everyday for a week. Called my bank regarding the transaction and was refunded my money. Told them how shady this place was and my bank didnt give me any issues. My husband got a call saying they were delivering the furniture today and my husband say no take it back, my wife canceled it . No one knows whats going on here. I would never go back.

The worst place ... I purchase a bedroom set with mattress & box spring & two lamps which came too $2870.00 & I put down $1500.00 which left my balance $1370 which include taxes & Delivery .... I decide to finance the $1370.00 for 90 days no interest with kornerstone credit.... Once I receive my furniture I receive a texts from kornerstone informing me of my balance which was $1370.00 taxes included, I then downloaded kornerstone app & seen that my balance have went up to $1439.00, so I made a call to kornerstone to see why was I been charged more & they said it taxes, which I already had paid in store . Now I’m play phone tag trying to get a hold of the salesman Barack & calling this kornerstone...Barack is not picking up or returning my calls & kornerstone is saying that they talk to Barack from Us furniture & he said he don’t have a Record of me putting $1500.00 down but I have a receipt from US furniture .... I will be contacting attorney general of Connecticut better business bureau & The news channel.....

Me and my wife purchase some stuff from here we did had some issues on delivery but they came thur Barack went out his way on his end thanks you

I went to Ashleys to get this living room set & it was very expensive. One of my friends told me about US furniture and I found the same exact set for much cheaper. Barack had great customer service and definitely hooked me up with a great deal. Now I can move in my new home with all my furniture.

I read the reviews after I purchased my sofa bed. I was then extremely nervous and regretted my purchase even though Barrack guaranteed my delivery by a certain date. Well, the sofa bed came to me earlier than expected and it was in great condition. The delivery men were very nice and helpful. My only concern is that I was never called with the delivery date/time. I was lucky I was home.
