This company is OUTSTANDING. I had two springs that needed to be replaced and I called all over and every business was so rude and crazy high in price. I called AAA Door Company and they came on time and out in 30mins and it probably took that long because I was talking to them and joking around. But from the receptionist to the owner, very knowledgeable and down to earth. I love the sense of humor and their work ethic. Look people, they have 5 stars for a reason! But everything above is worth 4 stars! Now, what Im about to tell you will be the reason for 5 stars. Not only did they replace both springs, they also pulled full service on the garage door, that was already included in the price and they educated me on the system to save me money. They informed me the best lubricant to buy. They lubed the joints and made sure everything worked before they left! This garage door is so dang quiet now, its unbelievable. But on top of all of that, they support the MILITARY! I retired from the Army after serving for 21 years. I love supporting good establishments, like this one, that support the MILITARY. If you are looking for someone thats not going to rip you off, great service and support our MILITARY, look no further, you found them. Only AAA Door Company will ever touch my garage door. They should run for President, they got my vote. Yup, Im voting for them for President because they fixed my garage door! Hell, I have to put these guys on my Christmas list. They will get their card in the mail lol.
