Store is kept clean, friendly cashiers, and well stocked. They have a great pharmacy that includes flu shots and other type of inoculations. Best of all great meat counter, bakery, deli, and includes on site sushi chief.

I had a good karma experience today @ VONS. For all those times that Ive let someone with a few items go before me in the checkout line. This lovely senior woman was kind enough to let me & the customer before me cut in front of her. She had a full cart so I was very grateful seeing that I was in a rush. A glimmer of hope for humanity in this dismal time in our lives. 🙏🥰

Vons is a favorite of my wife and me!Its pricier than other grocery stores in our area, but we dont mind because this location is well-organized, well-stocked, and the staff is pleasant.Nothing is perfect, of course. We had a problem with self-checkout today and they didnt have any cleaning items to clean our basket, but thats just me being nit-picky, lol.Anyway, happy shopping!

Bakery is awesome, the fruit tartst are perfect for entertaining or special occasions! The service is a little slow, but worth the wait

Well organized and well kept store. Occasionally out of stock on some key items and the produce department could do a bit more to keep track of fresh vs spoiling products. Overall is a pleasant experience.

Its particularly recommended if you want to try something new! This grocery store near our home is one of my favorites because they have such a large selection of fresh fruits and vegetables! What I like about this store is that they always make sure to have the most new pieces on sale, rather than the older ones!

I had an appointment with Quest Laboratories for a blood draw and I needed a face mask for it otherwise they could not aw the blood. It was already 4pm and I had been fasting all day. Nobody in the store had a facemask so I was going to have to make an another appointment for next week since it was Friday another appointment was not available until Monday to come again. I asked Manuel the Manager here and he found his only facemask that was given to him and it was sealed. He gave it to me the facemask so I could have the blood drawn. It was really kind and generous. Thanks, Manuel. Vons should give you a promotion. Its this kind of help that goes a long way and Ill certainly let everyone know this Vons has great employees! Ill be shopping here next time for my groceries. 🙂

So dont get me wrong Vons Market always has high quality items so one has various choices of unique eats. My quest was to find matzo ball soup. My go to place closed after 40 years and I needed repair and was in need of healing! To my surprise they do a pretty delicious soup! I recommend this Vons place

Nice staffs. Plenty of food choices. Prices are reasonable. However, there seems to be a lot more strange and uptight demographic in this store today even though one would expect to see strange people as a norm at a super market. This is not a Vons problem though.

I always go to this place to buy my groceries. They have all organic produce. They have the best customer service.

Vons at this location has a pretty tastey chicken pot pie by the roasting chucks. this is one of my main go to markets

I occasionally run in to this store to use their bathroom because they have two they are in the corner and are always open but today i broke a vase with my backpack i took it to the counter and lady said it was fine that it happens all the time i feel terrible the thing was $42 the employees are always nice at this store

I was told today my medical condition didn’t matter (very offensive!) and I had to wear a mask to check out or leave my groceries. I told the individual forcing the mask on me that we were exempt but we were still forced. So just so your employees are aware and do not harass others with exemptions. This is from the California Department of Public Health website stating the exemptions. Also I was told it wasn’t discrimination because I can shop online. 1) so basically every single time I need an item from the store I will have to pay a delivery fee and pay more than everyone just because of my medical condition. That is 100% discrimination. 2 ) every single time I’ve done pick up they have cancelled items that were fully in stock. I had to walk into the store still to get them and they were FULLY stocked every single time. So yes, to make it this difficult to get groceries is very discriminatory when I am supposed to be able to walk in the store

This supermarket had everything that you needed! Every time I purchase goods here, I always got it easily because it was well-organized. Their staff will help you and assist you very well. You will never get lost in this place. Everything was available!

I was harassed for not wearing my mask today. I have a medical condition I never wear a mask for this reason. I told them this and the manager after I had finished my shopping and was standing in checkout forced my girlfriend and I to put mask on. She also has a medical condition. He said our medical condition doesnt matter and that we have to wear a mask to accommodate others... well what about us we tried shopping online they usually mess the order up, it cost more, and also tell us stuff is out of stock just for us to see it at the store when we go in. This is discrimination! Also if you are so concerned about my mask how come the checkout area wasnt properly disinfected for me to use let alone disinfected at all. It has been months since I have seen with my own eyes the checkout areas disinfected with many of people one after another touching everything. Especially when it says clearly on Google that staff is REQUIRED to disinfect surfaces between each visit.I will not stand for being harassed and being told that my health doesnt matter!

I love this Vons too. Their pet aisle is bigger and includes wild bird seeds for my bird feeders. Also, I love they still make you wait to go up to the cashiers laneOther Vons have excluded that and it gets dicey sometimes at stores that are elminating social distancing

Ive been here many times and the products here are very good and in good quality. Its very accessible since the mall is located in the heart of the city. They have a lot of cashier station which makes every consumer attended quickly. For me, this is one of the most convenient stores in the area. Highly recommended!

Not so great today. 1pm, line all the to the deli dept, not enough help, it seemed. Cashiers dont call for the next person in line quickly enough. My big pet peeve, checkers and baggers chatty chatting with each other, and not paying attention to the person checking out. Seemed no one watching the the store, literally, when I was there today.

I was shopping at this supermarket and everyone was kind helping me to get what I needed. I really appreciate the sincerity they are giving to customers. Please continue being good so I will like to come back, again and again, to shop for my needs.

SUPER EXPENSIVE and customer service is meh BUT they have good products however most of those same products are cheaper at other grocery stores.

This is a very nice store with a lot to choose from. I just wont buy the cold, cooked, cut up chicken they sell packaged. I bought it twice, but its too overcooked and dry and I couldnt chew a lot of it, so I wasted money. The second chicken I bought they left out a piece of chicken,,,,but the main thing is it being hard, dry, and overcooked. I also find lack in some customer service there. Some cashiers are very unhappy with their job,,,and whats with the guy that has to direct you to a register to check out?

First time in this store! They had plenty of self serve sample throughout. Their meat and cheese selection is amazing. Very clean well organized store. I was actually surprised to see they still have meat unpackaged in coolers so you can pick your own. Most places are pre packaged. The deli and bakery are not lacking, great looking food all the way around. Will Come back over the other local grocery we visited.

We visited the bakery today in Orange and needed last minute cupcakes. We found chocolate cupcakes but they didn’t have frosting. Irma was working and she quickly frosted the cupcakes we needed and was super helpful. I would highly recommend this bakery, everything always taste amazing too! Thank you Irma!

If you want a one-stop-shop for dry and wet goods, be here in this supermarket! They had all the stocks here. Surely, customers will not regret their visits here the same as me.

Very very very bad customer service. Its not even worth that one star. I will not go back there nor my friends and family. Its so sad to see that the employees, including managers, are simply NOT hearted people. You would think they will be more friendly during these hard times!!!! The guys at the meat counter are always willing to answer my questions, usually about roasts and which cut I want. Also, they graciously re-cut a larger piece of meat into two smaller pieces whenever I need. Im grateful they are so willing to help.

I shop here both for home and work. They are doing their best in a difficult time. But a real good selection and layout of product.

This particular Vons is always clean, stocked and has Starbucks to top it off. The employees are pleasant, most of them, and make an unpleasant necessity, shopping, bearable.The new closing hours are the one thing that had me only give 4 stars. They now close at 10pm instead of 1am. It was great before with my schedule. Now its a hassle.

This is an exceptionally large store with a wide presence of goods categories. Its well-lit and the checkstand traffic is organized to accommodate foot traffic in the absence of self check terminals.

Everything about this place is awful. I saw a worker in produce pick up some kale that fell on the ground and just stuff it back like nothing. The cashiers are rude and dont listen. And of course, Everything is extremely over priced. Ill stick to my poor-people stores. The inside was clean for the most part though.

Neither does the East Coasts Kroger chain whose C.S. sucks! Again, Ive personally never had any problems whatsoever with any Vons/Albertsons Market/Safeway stores!

I know we are still in the pandemic, but I dont think they still need the stringent people line management system they have. I appreciate they have the fedex pickup, but I have to go in the entrance door (thats ok) but then in the store i practically have to walk to the exit door just to get past the check stands. Then I have to back track to get to custoner service to drop the package

I actually went to Quest diagnostics in Vons. It was clean and not crowded. The nurse was very nice and she got blood on her first try which is impressive! However it felt like she was pressing a little hard with the needle. Overall, it is a nice Quest diagnostics facility.

I love going to Vons during times of day where its not crowded. Plenty of friendly help always available and they are well stocked on a variety of items. But I dont like being there in the evening hours when you stand in long lines behind so many others and they just dont open up enough new cashiers

I always enjoy the nice sized bakery they have here. But I always like to check the clearance shelf first. A lot of times you can get the same thing at a fraction of the price.

I like the store. It is bright, clean, and well organized. The people are friendly and helpful. What I do not care for is the prices. They go up and keep rising. I find it to be one of the most expensive grocery stores in the area. It forces me to go elsewhere and I prefer to be a one stop shopper.
