A great place to shop or simply visit. The staffird are extremely helpful and polite nothing seems too much for them and they ate willing to share their knowledge and experience with you. I have also taken a couple of their classes which have really helped my skills along. Much better to learn hands on than videos or reading. I had a strange type of cabinet hinge and wasnt able to find a replacement at Home Depot or Ace. The service people was of no help, either. I remembered shopping at Rockler for a hard-to replace part in the past, so I gave them a try. No problem. I got the right hinge with Rocklers help and was in and out in 10 minutes. They know what theyre doing there.

What a wonderful team, and I do mean TEAM,helped me pick out the right router table and accessories, the team worked together while still helping others, they also answered questions about some saws from an old friend, they explained not worth it the store was bright and clean, waited till I asked for help and then they jumped in with both feet, they know there products and applications, but most of all, they dont act superior or that you are wasting their time, thank you, its been 30 years since I have touched my tools, being a caregiver, but now I have a team to go to...Mike

Great place for woodworking materials and supplies. I like WoodCraft, too, but rockler definitely has better prices. Good selection of pen kits and blanks. Im probably here at least once every weekend. Staff are knowledgeable and helpful.

I am always impressed with the knowledge and helpfulness of the Rockler employees. Not only does Rockler generally always have what I need, but the guys have always been helpful in giving advice and alternative ideas when I run into a snag with a project. As a female wood worker, Rockler has been the first store to treat me as the skilled tradeswoman I am. Unfortunately many other places have done the “well, here little lady, what ya need to do is...” routine. It has been a breath of fresh air to be able to come in, not be talked down to, and to get any assistance I need. They are also always really great about following up with me on recent projects - maintaining that small “mom and pop” shop feel.

The staff is experienced in woodworking and will gladly answer any questions you have. Customer service is too notch, especially when addressing product issues. The products generally have been good to great quality. I like that they have work samples to show the outcome of their jigs, such as the beadlock system. I would highly recommend Rockler for novices and experienced woodworkers!

Great experience at Rockler today. Mike Heart and Mike Ward were very helpful and knowledgeable. I had many questions about router bits and dust collection systems and they both answered my questions fully. I will continue to shop at the Orange store.

I’m new at woodworking and drove about 35 miles to check out the store I’ve ordered a few things online from. I was impressed by their stock as well as their customer service. Everyone was very helpful, especially Lou, who despite being very busy with other customers, was very patient with a “Newby”, making sure all my needs and questions were taken care of.

Mike V of the 5 Mikes in the store is incredibly knowledgeable. All I have to do is describe what my issue is and he took me straight to the tool. I wont shop anywhere else. Mike #1 is amazing as well!

Bad customer service! One of the salesperson didnt allow me to check/touch the tools before I purchase them! A salesman stood there, gave me attitude and no info/explanation for the tools! Its a Festool Installation Organizer Metric size....I bought a lot of stuffs from you guys. I used to love this store but from now on.... Not anymore!

Quality customer service unlike the big box stores.

It is the only game in town for certain items but I would avoid going in there if I find another source. I would expect the gents working in there to be helpful and pleasent since we all enjoy a common hobby, but just the opposite. They are short tempered, non helpful and condiscening. Ive learned to go in, find what I need and get out as quickly as possible.

They wont up sell you, and you can take whatever they say to the bank. I would and will continue to believe whatever they say and/or suggest.

I cant say enough about this place, I have been here many times and they always have what Im looking for BUT it is best to wait till they have a sale. It is the kind of place that has what you need except the price is a bit higher than online but you can come into the store and get it right away.

Okay...this is Disneyland for Woodworkers. A woodworkers dream and with a staff that really knows their grain. Check with the wife (and empty the piggy bank) before going because there is a good chance you are going to drop some serious coins if you happen to visit.
