Although they have a lot of varieties of ice-cream etc and three people are serving including the cashier yet you have to wait until you are served.

Terrible. Not sure if its just the staff, but this was my second visit here and the woman gave me a single scoop that was fit for an ant. Seriously, an ant may have skipped over it as it was not worth their time. This time, I queried about the small portion for nearly $6, to which she replied it was what they offer. I left without it and promptly removed their app from my phone. I shall not be back. Plenty of other food places at the Outlet to worry about it.

They made a blended drink and when I asked for a straw, she pointed to an open bucket on the counter with a few exposed straws that everyone was free to breathe on and touch. With all the precautions people are take these days, this made no sense!

I really enjoyed coming to this ice cream shop. I loved the fact how they were not afraid of putting ice cream scoops on your cone. They really filled the cone and left no empty space like other places who just focus on the presentation of it. Not to say that the ice cream was really delicious as well. Overall great shop to stop by for ice cream

This place offered a refreshing refuge from the city heat on the day of our visit. The place has a cool (temperature and look) atmosphere to it as well as a variety of unique flavors. Having never had Earl Grey Ice Cream, I had to try it. It was just what I expected. I appreciated that they also offered milk-free ice creams.

Haagen-Dazs has to be one of the best ice cream makers ever. Love any flavor they come out with plus taste more rich than the other ice cream distributors. I recommend getting the chocolate chip cookie dough best flavor they got nothing better than a cookie tasting ice cream.

SITUATION RUINED MY FATHERS DAY:Ive always loved Haagen Daz! Amazing ice cream ever!BUT, theres this ice cream Parlour at outlets of orange. Im very frequent customer of them and the manager is very good friend of me.. and he gives me good discount like a $1 or some (Since Im very frequent). Theres this Chubby girl(like me), (I dont know her name) who started spreading comments on me LINKING UP me and the manager(old man) being very close and stuff. I observed once and kept quite. But this happened AGAIN yesterday. I was so pissed off that I had to complain to the manager about her acts. The manager tried to tell her to not to do that. Though he warned her, she has been laughing and passing some comments on me to the co-employees.I mean, is this the way you treat your customers... being a girl, how could she pass comments on her imaginary relation between a manager and a customer(girl). I really felt offended by this whole situation. And I hope Haagen Daz would react on this and take necessary actions on such employees.

Amazing!!!! From the moment i walked in, the place was very well kept up with, clean, well lit up, well set up, a great variety of ice cream, better then any other ice cream shop that i have seen. The ice cream was all to die for. Most places have maybe a couple of good flavors. But with haagen-dazs every flavor was fantastic. I had such a harx time deciding which 2 to get. I finally decided on midnight cookies and double chicolate chip. The only thing i wasnt a fan of was the flavor of the chocolate sprinkles cone. The chocolate sprinkles did not taste quite right. But it was a minor thing. I would go back every day to try 2 more flavors if only it wouldnt make me gain weight. Haha. And the lady working there deserves a raise. She was so polite, and kind. It makes it a pleasure to buy ice cream there. I cant stand grumpy employees who hate their job so much they make my experience so terrible i never return. She was great, she let me and my son try a lot of the flavors, she was quick and always had a genuine smile on. I wish her the best and i hope next time i go i will see her again. But i am serious when i say she deserves a raise, for being the only employee in the shop she can manage it better than ice cream shops with 2 employees. I definitely recommend this ice cream shop, and it will be the only one i go to and i have been tooooo many. :)
