I really like attentiveness of the staff throughout our visit. Portions are generous and prices are way more affordable than the other franchises in santa.i really like the rocky road and the fresas con crema are our favs.

This place is a family favorite. So much good stuff under ine roof. Sweet stuff. Salty stuff. Crunchy stuff. Smooth & Creamy ice cream in so many flavors.

You want ice cream? This is where you want to go. My husband and I both got a medium sized waffle cones, most definitely worth it. Not pricey and the Abuelita Chocolate ice cream is heavenly.

I had the ice cream and they were good. Will come back to try the other treats.

Bomb tasting ice cream every-time I come! This time there was this Awesome woman with a bridge piercing, and her make-up was on point, hella cute just her over all customer service was speedy and friendly! Everyone wore a mask and gloves, the food was hot and delicious. I got a lot of ice cream and she even informed me of a special going on if I bought two more. Which I love because they don’t have to say anything but it’s the best people that do let you know!

Outstanding selection and perfect flavor/texture. I was in the mood for creamy ice cream. Ferrera and Queso are my favorite. My daughter wanted something salty. We got several things to go.This is definitely a Happy Place.

The best paletas in Orange. This place has every imaginable flavor of paleta. I had the mazapan. It was delicious. There are many, many, different flavor combinations. They have a wide variety of sweet treats. And they even have elote.

Lots of flavors and varieties and combinations ice creams fruits flavored drinks very clean friendly customer service not so expensive.

Ice cream bars are way too small and over priced. Better at the one on Chapman ave cheaper and bigger bars.

This place has the best strawberry water Ive had. They are not stingy with their ingredients and the staff is extremely friendly and attentive

Great place to get some authentic Mexican desserts for a hot summer night. Carlos was awesome and he took care of our big party of guests. We love it here and will come back often. My daughter loves the strawberries and cream and we all love the great variety of ice cream and sorbet flavors. When I get brave, Ill try a mangonada! Lots of seating and theres outdoor seating too. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Thats a hard time with this ice cream shop not necessarily this particular one but just in general.you cant get more than one scoop so you have to enjoy only one flavor. The price of the ice cream is substantially more than thrifty ice cream. The taste is about the same as thrifty ice cream. now if youre into corn on the cob, ice-cream bars, or fruit bowls this is definitely the place. But if youre wanting ice cream with tons of toppings and several flavors then I would say stay away and go to heider 31 flavors which is about the same price or thriftys which is about half the price.

An online menu and nutritional data needs to be posted for those that have dietary restrictions and needs. The mango chili is out of this world as was the rum Raisin. There was a reply posted today 3 months after the fact regarding their nutritional data. Again it should be posted forthwith everything is very yummy there but its necessary to have nutritional data for food sold.

Delighted to finally have the opportunity to try La Michoacana today! The ice cream and paletas do not disappoint! The flavors are rich and everything is fresh. And they serve the most delicious esquites. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Plenty of tables and chairs in a bright, clean environment. I met the owners and found them to be enthusiastic as well as having a heartfelt commitment to their business. Support this local small business!

They wouldnt do samples because of covid. But the one on Chapman does. The didnt had acai bowl but the one on Chapman does. This store is to small didnt like it.

Fresas con crema have a good taste but a tad bit to watery...if the cream was a bit thicker then i would give 5 stars. Staff was ok..could be a bit friendlier.

Had my face covered but because I didn’t have a real mask I couldn’t order looks like they would rather lose business. I hope you guys go out of business

This place is an ice cream lovers dream. Homemade ice cream. It is not Baskin-Robbins its better. Dont forget to take a pint home for those midnight snacks.

I am super excited that there is a La Michoacana in my city now. The chocolate abuelita was really good. Our family also really loves cookie monster, passionfruit, tamarindo, Walnut and the Nescafe is the best coffee ice cream wemhave ever had. This shop has come along way from where it was when it opened. My family is now there weekly.

The paddles of rice with milk, I did not like it because the rice is too raw, the consistency very hard.And in general if they put less sugar to their snows, paddles and water would be much better, and more desirable are too SWEET.

The star is for two things on Sundays there a girl who refuses to give you another fruit according to why it does not go with what you ordered. I ordered a glass of fruit and wanted melon instead of mango and she said no. The second thing is that the mango seems pure apart that the one they gave me already tasted a fermented sign that it no longer served. The mango is a very delicate fruit and not there need to be bitten too much. Excuse my humble opinion.
