Good discounts especially during the holidays. Quality clothing that won’t rip or tear like some of the cheaper brands. Friendly staff.

My first time in the Orange, CT location was today. What a wonderful shopping experience from start to finish. Patty, my sales associate, greeted me quickly and helped me find flannel shirts in my size as well as 2 gift items. She had great product knowledge and made good recommendations. Check out was a breeze. I will definitely return.

I had never been to an LL Bean before. I was researching the return policy for this organization and even though it has changed recently, I still think its a great policy. Anyways I called this location and asked if they were pet friendly and the person told me they were. I loaded up the dogs and arrived. Viewed a few items and even tried on some dog backpacks. I plan on making a few investments soon.

I have seen the catalog.. was reviewing Julias bakery next door.. I had no idea they were here... high end products at a moderate price.. store has a great presentation.. with Christmas around the corner... Check them out.. also was greeted with a big smile..

3 Stars: its ok. Worth checking out if youre in the area, but dont expect prices to be much lower than online. Also, the general organization and layout of the store makes it somewhat difficult to find what youre looking for if youre there for the first time. Staff at checkout was friendly and helpful. Location is good.

First of all, I love L.L. Bean for their superior product quality as well as their phenomenal return policy. Tim at the Bean outlet at the 560 Boston Post Road location is a great guy and was incredibly helpful with my return. He was friendly, personable, and truly concerned about my needs as a customer.. even at 8 oclock on a Tuesday. Awesome guy, awesome experience, could not be happier!

You get to pick through all of their returns, its LL Beam quality for a fraction of the cost. And who knows you might find something with your name already monogrammed onto it! We enjoyed stopping through on our way home from Christmas.

LOVE this place!!! Was in the area for a conference. Needed a large bag and went purposefully to get a signature canvas Bean bag. If I wasnt restricted on what I could carry on a plane, I could have had a party shopping at this store! Folks were great, and got what I needed. Love LL Bean!!!

It is hit or miss with good deals here. Know what the best price is for what you are looking for before coming so you can determine if their price is truly discounted. Staff is helpful and friendly.

Love LL Bean. Will miss this outlet when it closes. Large square footage for an outlet. Over the years Ive found great dealanon boots, pants, button down shirts, flannels, jackets, sweaters and more. Too many great deals to mention in this space.

Love this store. I am very upset to find out LL Bean is closing this location because of their new location in New Haven. This outlet has everything I have ever needed with great pricing. The new location in New Haven is very limited. Not happy.

L.L.Bean is one of the best consumer retail companies they stand behind their merchandise. Had a pair or boots I purchased on line eight years ago and they split at the seam. I brought them into the outlet store and they gave me a full refund from my original purchase for store credit. Definitely a stand up company.

I am not a shopper but I LOVE LL Bean outlet. We make at least 2 trips a year to visit the New England ones. I am so excited that one is coming near me in Lake George. I wish I could work there but I am already too busy. Awesome buys!

I used to love this store. Your new store layout and inventory of clothing is really disappointing. I used to stop in once a month to browse, but since I never find anything interesting anymore, I rarely need to stop in anymore.I think now that REI is down the street you feel you need to ramp up your inventory of outdoor gear.The only thing that has a great selection here is outerwear or jackets/coats... But theyre pretty expensive for an outlet.Disappointed to hear this store is closing in early 2019 despite my discontent with your store recently.

Great quality products at a better than catalog/website price! I stop in from time to time just to see what they have in stock. Great LL Bean warranty which makes me comfortable giving them my business time and time again.

Worth going to if you have a specific item in mind. You may find a great deal. Smaller than I had hoped though.

Stopped in here for the holidays to buy my dad his favorite shirt that he wants every year (cant knock his consistency). Its a pretty store and they had a lot of stuff-- but alas, not the shirt that dad loves. Gift card to the rescue! and the person who completed the sale complimented my coat and boots (which are the furthest thing from L.L. Bean-style clothing one can imagine-- picture Bushwick rave creating a love child with Bootsie Collins), so I walked away feeling charmed.

Excellent customer service. Store manager and staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They strive for 100% customer satisfaction and deliver.

Good for clothes, footwear, and some home furnishings. They have sleeping bags and a few other gear items, but very little. Really just good for clothes.

You can definitely find a great deal for what you are looking for...but dont expect great customer service..nope. but deals outweigh cashier only mentality.

You can find some tremendous deals here if you stop in frequently. Like any other outlet, the inventory turns over pretty quickly and is hit and miss depending upon when you go.

Decent amount of product.... Place is a little dishevelled and prices are a bit out of perspective for a USED outlet, but its brand name so you get what you expect.

Awesome place. My wife bought another $500 stuff, again this year.

Staff is always friendly but this place kind of sucks. Outlet prices are extremely high. Most of my complaints are with the LL Bean brand and products themselves. This store focuses mainly on clothing and has very little in the area of gear. Products are not suitable for serious backpackers and enthusiasts. Quality is usually poor and heavy nevermind usually aestetically poor. Everything is designed for the yuppie parents who like to look like they belong outside. If youre looking to be properly outfitted, stick to the internet, the local REI or EMS.
