Ive used several CNC router through the years. This is by far the most accurate, easy to use and best results of any machine Ive ever used.

I have owned several CNC machines, this is by far the best in its class. Well built, dependable, accurate. The presales and post technical support is excellent.

The product was good quality. It had some loose screws and was pricy but far better than the cheaper alternatives. Customer service responded to my inquiry late but apologized and said it was overlooked on accident. They refunded part of my order to make up for it.

We had been struggling for weeks to carve windows for a project, since we couldnt get the 3D object correctly formatted for carving, and as it neared the deadline I called every CNC retailer in Orange County (as well as the customer service for the software) out of desperation. Ron at Velox CNC was the only one who took the time to listen to me and offer help (even though our CNC Machine was a ShopBot!). When ShopBots customer service didnt get back to us, he spent over an hour on the phone helping us troubleshoot our issues. I cant even imagine how generous he must be when helping his own customers with their Velox machine issues.Eventually, when all of our efforts still failed, he was generous enough to send over one of his technical support staff (despite it being an incredibly busy week at their shop) to help us correctly format the toolpath and get things working.Across the board, everyone we spoke to was kind, patient and incredibly helpful. I would highly recommend Velox CNC to anyone looking for next level customer service and a long term commitment to its customers.

Purchased the 36x36 for my high school wood shop program. It was delivered a week early and VERY well packaged. The thing is a beast. Thought I over-bought as a knee-jerk reaction to my last cnc from Rockler but after getting it up and running and seeing what it can do, I realized I bought just enough.The Customer Service was actually incredible. I saved just a couple of bucks and provided my own computer instead of having Velox put the whole working package together. Unless you are an experienced computer AND cncer, please do not attempt this at home! Not to name names but Curtis was and has been VERY patient and just as knowledgeable. I say has because even a year later, he still helps with stuff I have forgotten!
