FIRST VISIT- VERY DISAPPOINTED!September 29th was my birthday and I decided to do a little shopping, only to have sales associate 159206 almost ruin the end of my birthday. Maybe sales staff should think before getting snippy with a customer because she literally just observed them with their personal cellphone phone in their hand. Don’t give a irritated toned response after she asks you to sanitize your hands, then reply “I just sanitized my hands.” This happened to me at this store on my birthday which sucked. Definitely going to fill out my C/S survey. After I explained that I am a nurse so I need to take every precaution, he still was cold. EVERY consumer has a right to be reasonably safe in a retail store, any attempt not to comply by sales staff is unacceptable. I’m not there to be challenged about my right to be safe. Maybe next time I’ll just put the items back and walk out of the store if my business and safety is not appreciated. This is the impression I was left with. MANAGEMENT or OWNER, please check the cameras yourself for the factual proof. This person may have gotten upset because they were busy have a fun lengthy, loud conversation with another employee and wanted to get back to their conversation about which grocery stores bags hold the most items. Very poor, unsatisfactory experience at this location. HORRIBLE first impression.

This store carries more of the unique converse styles only problem is the staff. There’s a few girls that know the product wasn’t able to catch their names but shoutOut to them, but as far as the rest of the staff they are horrible. Yesterday I stopped by the entire staff but two of the girls were at the inner section of the store literally laughing out being loud not greeting anyone that walked in and worst of all just in the way . I actually had to ask them to move aside while I grabbed a box in my size that I wanted to try out and the dude gave me an attitude. Everyone that would walk in that saw this horse playing didn’t stay in the store they just glimpsed and walked out .

Service is not that great!Seems to me like if you want to get a shoe model you like, then you have to get it yourself! Basically if you see the number your looking on shelfs then your lucky! We didnt receive much help trying to find this special model, he didnt even ask if we want to place an order or look for it in a different location!

Needs more staff on the floor to work 1-on-1 with the customers. But other than that the sales floor is stocked pretty well and you can be in and out in a flash.

Store prices weren’t bad, but the short bald white guy wasn’t at the register to ring up any customers and after 5 minutes of waiting he came to the register and I told him that I had a coupon and he said they don’t do them anymore, but I told him that I received it the same morning of buying the shoes, then he starting calling me a liar and said he wouldn’t take it and was giving me attitude the whole time and he kept telling me he’s not gonna argue about it because he won’t take it, don’t come to this store until this guy is gone.

Almost too many let people in @once. Good sales. Ill go back.

This place always has amazing sales like buy on get one 50 percent off and yo top that off its at a cheaper price than any other place that you could go and you get the one of a kind selections that you wont be able to find at any other retailer that sell Converse always my first place I go to when I start my Christmas shopping.

I took 1 star off due to the limited selection. It is an outlet store but they definitely could offer a few more options. I was here because of the Family and Friends coupon. I was greeted by a nice staff member who directed me in the right direction. I needed a pair of classic whites which they had and I found a pair of tan classics for myself. Great deal! Store was clean and organized.

Great place to shop for basic color converse. They do have other variations like one stars, and Jack Purcells in the front aisle, but its not much. Theyre clearance wall has gems from time to time.
