We purchased a second unit thinking all of our stuff wouldnt fit in the first unit we bought. After we loaded up the first unit we realized that purchasing the second unit was unnecessary. After explaining everything to the district manager over the phone we were granted a refund for that second unit since we only had the unit for less than 24 hours. The district manager was really friendly and would recommend Public Storage worry free to anyone looking to store their personal belongings.

Initially was satisfied despite several issues on the move-in date because the lady that was working when I moved in seemed to want to be helpful, but after paying one price for my space rent for the first two months I’ve now been charged a higher rate for the third month and when I called to ask why, I was told that’s just what my rent is and that I can come in to have my “new lease” printed at the office? It doesn’t matter that I was given paperwork specifically listing that my rent is lower. I asked to speak to the person that initially rented the space to me to see what went wrong and how I was given the wrong information but I’m told she’s not available. I was specifically told upon move-in that the unit I was given didn’t have a promotion, so how I could have been given one rate for the first two months and then somehow have a higher rent is unknown to me so this sounds like shady business scam if you ask me. I’ll be looking for somewhere else to move my things to because who knows how much they’re going to auto-charge my card for each month now since I can’t trust the info and paperwork I was given when I signed everything on day one. Don’t bother renting here.

Working with this storage facility was great! They have great prices, facilities and staff!Everytime I called or came into the office to ask a question or deal with something I got great customer service. Everyone was professional, kind and knowledgeable. Special thanks to Kayelahni. She helped me with an issue and was prompt, helpful, and extra professional.I definitely recommend this place!

Great and easy experience, Dee at Public Storage in Oregon City was wonderful and very helpful. So was Charlie who took the initial call. I reserved the space and paid for it upfront for a move-in in 2 weeks.

Experienced few hiccups that will hopefully be remedied. The unit I reserved a week prior was rented out to someone else by the time I got there on my move-in date, I was told nothing is actually reserved until payment is made. I was able to rent a different less expensive unit, then that units door wouldnt close properly so I had to be transferred to a third unit that works just fine and is even more inexpensive. Im waiting on a refund/credit of the rental difference for the payment I made on the unit that wouldnt close, and if there are no issues with that then Ill be satisfied. Nice feature is being able to access the gate control via their app just by clicking one button, so I dont have to remember my gate code and it is contactless.

I love storing at this location. It is clean and quiet. I enjoy chatting with the property staff. Always friendly and ready to help. If I could give 10 stars I would!

Worst customer service ever. I understand if an employee is new... But if they are giving wrong information to customers and not honoring it theres a problem. Definitely going to be emptying out our multiple units at this location. I would rather have a full garage then deal with them ever again.

This place is an absolute joke!!! My father has stored items at this facitlity for years. As a sales person he uses it store samples for his business. He sells outdoor equipment throughout the pacific NW and represents multiple brands. There was trade show in clark county last week and my father had to come in and out of the stroage unit multiple times a day for about a week. For whatever reason the people running the place deemed that he was conductiong business out of his storage unit and have now evicted him with less than 5 days notice prior. Please note-We have a record heat wave forecasted over the next with tempatures expected to reach 105 and above. So long story short...if you wnat to store items that are related to your business do not use this facility. They will evict you with zero notice.

The WONT give you a price on the phone, stating their prices will fluctuate wildly even the same day, they are dependent on Corporate, they literally want a full on cavity search (invasive questioning about your identity) before they will even talk to you and once they talk to you... oh we cant give you a price to store your RV!! Seems like a very, very shady organization, out for one thing MONEY only! Your price fluctuates wildly even during the same day???? Give me a break!!

Place is well maintained, the property manager Dee is an excellent resource of information about public storage also supper friendly, she made my transition very easy and comfortable, 5 stars for her.

I received an enrollment to complete everything prior to going in to the facility. I recommend this. Very fast and easy. When we arrived Jim took us to the unit for inspection. Nice and clean. They even have locks to purchase. In and out in less than 30 minutes. If you forget to pay on the 1st you get a reminder on your email. They really do cate about there customers. We have had a unit with them over a year. Prices are a little high, but your stuff is safe and secure.Thanks Jim

Judi, quite specifically, made our Public Storage experience FUN. We came away smiling, days in a row. My spouse and I are retirees. We value our meetings with providers retail services. When we come away having had a good experience, it is extra special. Judi, in particular, helped us select and transact a new storage unit as we up-sized from a 10x10 to 10x15 unit, taking three days to do the moving, ourselves.As for this Public Storage site, we find it to be consistently clean and bright. There is very ample width in the driving lanes between buildings. We can back our vehicle into the 10 storage unit door for transfer of goods, out of rain. The property is well maintained with the trademark orange sparkling. We appreciate the unlocked restroom inside the fenced compound of storage units. One reservation: Price. But surely the location is very convenient to our residence at Country Village Estates.

Our storage unit was not very clean when we moved in, the monthly storage rate is ridiculous and when we went to move out, they charged us for a full month when we were only using it for the first couple days that month. The manager suggested we try to dispute the charges with the district manager but the manager would never answer the phone or return our calls, even after several voice mails. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone and Im really surprised they have so many good reviews.

Great first experience with Public Storage. Judi did a great job ensuring that we had the right unit at the right price. We were shown various units until we found the right one. Great customer service and very friendly.

I moved from Central Oregon nearly 2 years ago and rented several units for the past months. All we clean and well kept. The current unit is temp-controlled and it nice. The only issues are no light outside my unit and has been out for nearly a year. There is a step inside and easy to trip. Also, the double doors closest to me is not working. I have to enter from an end door. We finally able to empty our unit. My biggest concern was the increase in rent the longer we stayed. I dont see how businesses are able to stay in any of these facilities.I would recommend this facility for short term use. The managers have little say over upkeep. They are always helpful.

Crystal is just simply ALWAYS SO AMAZING! She is the reason we rent here, its too bad we dont get to see her all the time around here anymore. It hasnt been welcoming without her here!!! It was SO GOOD TO SEE HER TONIGHT!!!!

11/24/18 - I stopped at this facility to try and find a really large box for an unusually large Christmas gift I had just purchased. Judi went above and beyond good customer service to help me and found a perfect box. Thank you to this very efficient and personable lady!

Great place to store, The manager Taylor was super friendly and helpful and was able to find the right size space and a fair price. It definitely shows that she cares about the store. Its great to be storing at a place that is friendly and that the manager seems to bond with a lot of the customers.

Storage place is clean and well kept. However our storage unit items somehow got wet inside and when we opened the door it had tons of leaves inside. Not sure how that happened.

We needed a storage unit for our business asap, I called the 800#, received information on the local PS facility. Within minutes, Judi called me and was willing to hold off on going to lunch so we could drop in and get all the paperwork done. We were moving our equipment into the space within an hour of my initial call. Easy peasy. Thanks Judi for making this quick & easy!

Been searching for a secure clean place to put belongings in as Im moving. Have been to quite a few locations and spoken to a few managers. This location has been the best looking location Ive been to, spoke to a lady named Taylor who was able to answer all questions I had and was very kind. The units I looked at were very clean. Will definitely be back to rent next month when I need the space.

Helped my friend vacate her space today, Taylor was fantastic and a great help today! If I could give her more then 5 star I would :) I would recommend this location over any other around the area. Very clean and management has a wonderful attitude.

UPDATE: WOW Crystal went above and beyond to help one of her customers. I mean she is absolutely the BEST AND THE DEFINITION OF 5☆ CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Crystal has been so super helpful and never lost her cool even after a bunch of ppl had come in and yelled as well as over the phone. Way to bring some integrity back all with a smile in her face.

Historically I have been very frustrated with the employees of this property. I kept getting different information from different people time and again and I found that to be very frustrating. However now there’s a wonderful employee named Crystal Thrush who is working in the office and she has given me accurate information every time, and never hesitated to tell me that she would get back to me if I asked a question she didn’t have the answer to. She is very professional, very polite, and very willing to assist in anyway she can.She has helped turn a negative experience into a positive one. Thanks Crystal!

We rented a new unit today. Crystal was very helpful in finding the right size unit for our needs and explaining all the information regarding the rental process. She is a very cordial and efficient manager!

Manager Jennifer was super helpful and friendly. She showed us several size options and explained the discount programs she had running at that time. Facility was clean and easy to navigate through. She also gave us a reminder that if we use the bathroom, to please pop the button on the lock when we leave it or the next person cant get in!

Ive lived near this location for years and driven by it hundreds of times. It always looks super clean a secure so when it came time to look for a unit, I knew right where to go. Judy was extremely helpful and friendly with helping me get situated. Thanks!

Just rented a 5×10 space, from Judi. What an adventure! Judi was so welcoming and energetic, I immediately felt at home. She explained everything quickly and efficiently, then showed me my unit. Ive rented space from the same Oregon City location, years past, but dont remember it being so easy.

Taylor has been extremely helpful with any questions my husband and I have had. Have to say this store is very clean. Its great to see someone with such a great attitude and take so much pride in the store, its improved over the last few months.

5 stars in terms of service from the employee I interacted with - Alysson. She was incredibly helpful, patient, and had excellent communication.5 stars related to quality of unit: stayed dry, temperature fluctuations seemed to be adequately controlled so that my unit got neither too hot or too cold. Pictures, slides, a few pieces of wooden furniture that I stored in the unit were not damaged throughout their stay there.2 stars related to management - policies changed and I was not notified, incredibly frustrating.2 stars related to pricing - I had the same unit for 3 years and the price increased by nearly $100/month.

Taylor was extremely helpful and assisted me with all my questions and concerns. She was very quick and happy to greet me with a smile. She has excellent customer service and deserves a raise in my opinion.

Started an on-line application for a storage unit at this Oregon City location and within minutes I had a phone call offering to help. Taylor was working on a Sunday and was able to help me complete the application process, select a unit and allow me to start loading it within an hour or so of beginning the process. Manager friendly and helpful. They have a policy that all units must be locked when they arent being accessed. We had no lock so they put one on for us until then. I went today to put a new lock on and found out that they wont leave them unlocked. The manager explained the lock policy to me and took off theyre lock so I could put mine on. 4 stars instead of 5 because the person who helped us the first time did not explain that if we didnt get a lock on that day they would lock it, and didnt tell us the code to access the indoor lockers. Today would have been 5 stars, but the last time would have been 3.

Jennifer was very helpful, thoroughly explaining rates, unit availability, and payment options. She had storage cartons and supplies available for purchase at the main office in case you need. The storage units were clean and dry. Its in a convenient location just off of Cascade Hwy/213 onto Molalla Ave.

The young lady that helped us was a lot nicer than the usual help from most places. We were able to see the different sizes and compare to each other. My husband is a price shopper and with the special rate we got to move in he felt we got a solid deal. Everything has been fine so far.

We used PS for approx. 5 months while our house was up for sale. The manager was great & very accommodating. I like the fact that you dont have to rent the units for a specific time period - month to month was great. Lots of boxes, paper etc for sale. Would definitely recommend.

1. Advertised rates online, and online specials somehow just dont apply to what you end up paying. Even when the website IN THE OFFICE is showing $92/mo, we could not get anyone to authorized that price, and I actually had to pay $103/mo. Forget the $1 move in specials, 50% off the first month and 15% off. Not happening.2. A 5 x 10 foot unit is actually 5 x 9 feet. Took my tape measure. This is just dishonest on corporates part.3. Be aware that insurance is required. Its moderately priced I guess, at $15 per month for $5000 coverage with a deductible. So just add that to the cost of your unit.Joe, the gentleman filling in for the usual person was very helpful and nice, so no complaints with him. I am just really steamed over the bait/switch pricing.

Great customer service especially crystal who has help us make arrangements for FedEx and UPS to make delivery to our unit if where not available for delivery.

A clean and welcoming business, I was given very good service by Taylor. She took all the time needed to lay out all the prices and options and answer all of our questions.

I would recommend this business based on comparisons to other storage companies Ive used. This location is clean, well run and an excellent place to keep your belongings. Ive seen lower prices, but I think you get what you pay for and this is worth it.

The property is kept very clean. Jennifer who works there is great but the company has raised my rent on a 10X20 from $157 to $272 a month in a 3 year period. I was forced to move to another location.

My wife and i had an awesome experience at the oregon city hilltop location. Great customer service and the prices were decient.

I’m not sure if their prices are as low as some of the other storage companies, but I am happy with this public storage and Judy because she was extremely professional and very funny. Made us glad we came there.

Used storage at this place. When we went in May 6th to start the process I was told I needed to get insurance on the unit at the price of seven extra dollars a month. I asked the older lady who appeared to be disorganized dropping our money(cash) many times including change that she later stated we still owed fifty cents. I told her we gave all the money she dropped a quarter under the table and reminded her she got down on the ground and looked for it and the other quarter is under the paperwork. Ive used Public Storage in the past and have never been told I was required to pay an additional amount for insurance. I remember it being a choice. The employee couldnt give me a straight answer. We paid the insurance. All she seemed to care about was making sure we have her a good review on Google. She was pushy she didnt seem to care about the customers needs it was all about making her look good for her new bosses. When we went back in the following month I questioned another employee about the insurance and explaining I didnt want insurance and when we got the unit last month I was told it was a requirement. She assurred us that we didnt need insurance it was our choice and removed it from our account.I understand as an employer you directing your employees to have customers review their experience for more exposure, but maybe this employee needs to sit down with her supervisor or owners to review some video tape. Inside the office and outside as you walk to show the unit on some other ways to approach and communicate with customers. Maybe if she sees her behavior and the way she makes people feel ( uncomfortable) t could be a learning experience for her.As for my unit it was in s good location and easy to move in and out. I used Public Storage from May 6th - Mid July. I would recommend this storage place if the employees were all given or used the same language when starting up services.
