I asked, is this M&G Appliance? they said, yeah and didnt say anything else.How about you answer your phone with some tact, class, and as a business.You dont need a person who barely speaks English answering your phone for 1, 2ndly, you answer with a Hello, M&G Appliance, how may I help you.Common sense and basic business to customer interaction skills.Location in Midvale, UT to be precise.Edit.After what I assume is someone seeing this review, they called me back and led with an oh, you called a few minutes ago.No guy, not going to happen.

We appreciated our experience with the guys at M&G. They were all very courteous and very helpful. When we needed help with anything they were always there for us. They always did what they said they were going to do, all with a great attitude. They made us feel like they really appreciated our business.We highly recommend them for your appliance needs!

This was the best scratch-and-dent appliance store I’ve ever visited. The warehouse was clean and organized and the dishwasher I got was a steal. I got free next-day delivery (!) and a 6-month warranty included with the price of the machine (half off Home Depot’s “new” price thanks to a small dent, and the thing is brand-new, never been used!). I’m stoked for my purchase. The employee that helped me was friendly and easily answered all my questions. I’m never going anywhere else.

We bought a washing machine and have absolutely loved it! They had a large selection to choose from. The customer service was great and they even gave us a free pedestal for the machine. I will definitely be back in the future. I would recommend them to anyone!

We had a good experience with M&G Appliances. There were times that I felt a lack of communication and a little confusion on what was going on, but in the end, when our refrigerator wasnt cooling, they replaced the unit completely for us and hauled out the one that wasnt working. No problems since, and really easy financing options are available.

I think these guys are out of business. I’ve called several times during business hours and even went by their location and it was all locked up. Nobody ever answers the phone.

My fridge died on a Sunday night. M&G Appliance responded to my SOS Facebook message quickly. They answered all my questions professionally and talked to me about at least 5 different refrigerators. They helped me make the best choice for what I needed and delivered and installed my fridge within 18 hours of purchasing it. I was educated about my fridge and purchased my fridge from my couch. I didnt have to go into the store at all. They were friendly quick and very knowledgeable! They even took my old fridge out of my house for me too. What a great company to work with. You really did save my christmas dinner ;-)

I am very impressed with the Orem M&G appliances. They are honest and courteous and a pleasure to do business with. They stand by their products and go the extra mile. My wife and I could not be happier with our purchase of the Samsung family hub refrigerator and our Samsung smart washer and dryer set. Plus the instillation and service has been amazing. The washer had a leak after the install and the service team was on it right away and had our washer fix in no time. Thank you for a great customer experience!

We walked in hoping to buy a washer and dryer but were greeted by a man watching a video on his phone. We hesitated, waiting for him to put down his phone and help us, but he only asked us if we wanted electric or gas then pointed out only 2 choices to us before returning to his phone. He never stopped playing the video, and we left after less than 2 minutes because we couldn’t get the info we needed to make a purchase. The actual building was clean and organized, so I imagine it could have been a good experience.

We were greeted right as we walked in. We had a budget to work with and they really helped out. They knew the details of each fridge and we walked out happy. Great service and free curbside delivery.

Very nice, but not very honest. Told us a fridge was new when the manufactured date was 7 YEARS old. They just put foam in it to look new. Check the dates on the back.

Ricardo is a total stud. They have a 6-month warranty on their appliances and are very easy to work with

Horrible customer service bought the warranty and still haven’t got any information. Bought a fridge in September it stopped working in October and they wouldn’t do anything for me. And still haven’t seen anything from the warranty company.
