I come here a lot, lots of products to choose from but the parking lot is always hectic and hard to get out of. They stock product so close to the front registers that if there’s a line of like 5 people then you pretty much have nowhere to stand and it’s gets crowded quickly.

Always a good experience at this Target. Today we went to buy a mirror that was supposed to be in stock according to the website. It wasn’t in the aisle where it was supposed to be so we asked Sam for help. It would have been easy for him to just tell us that everything they had was out on the floor but he took the time to look in the back and found us what we were looking for. Thank you, Sam!

Their card machine doesnt recognize international cards (my credit card is from Canada, as am I) which is not a problem Ive had anywhere else. When I ran into this, I was told theyd hold my load of groceries while I ran to an ATM. When I got back 20 minutes later, my groceries had been taken to the back and taken out of their bags, and I had to spend another 30 minutes going through checkout again. What on earth is the point of that? If you dont hold groceries, at least dont tell me so. Complete waste of my time and I will not be back here again.

Clean store. Excellent customer service in electronics. The guy was fast to respond when radioed and was really cool.

I absolutely love Target. Whether it is shopping inside, picking up items, or doing the drive up. I always have great service and get the items I am looking for.

Never had any issues at this target! It is always well kept and clean. It does get busy, but there are always available employees ready to help out. Self checkout is easy and the quickest way to go! They have a wide selection of foods, clothing, dog toys/food, soaps, and anything else you might be searching for! I’d recommend this place to anyone. It’s a great location!

I was going to buy a coffee maker for a friend. I found one I liked for $30 but when I got to the checkout, it rang up for over a hundred. The cashier seemed put out, so I bought one across the street at smiths.

My sister is from out of town and she was picking up a swimsuit for another family member that was marked on clearance (all swimsuits were marked clearance since its October). As she was checking out, the lady practically accused her of fraud and was very rude! My niece was a target employee in Pittsburgh and she has never seen someone treated the way my sister was at this store. Dispicable! They have lost several customrrs today. My sister is one of the most honest people I know and for them to treat her this way - shame on you. Avoid this store at all costs!

They never seem to organize dairy expiration dates, 5 times I have had to return products because they are expired. Yesterday I was hurry to buy a yogurt for my baby, and it was expired, my daughter vomited all night because we trust that the things they put there are with the correct date. Today we are August 12 and the product expired on July 26. definitely nothing close to the date! I pay for good products, not for expired things. It affected my daughters health. it affected my night and many other things that we had to do, due to the inability to verify well what they put on the shelves to sell.

I do enjoy my Target runs! This store has some great displays and is usually kept pretty clean. However, the shoe dept is a mess. Ransacked shelves, can’t find your size, it’s just a disaster. Make up aisle at times is the same way, a mess and not stocked. Out of every color or stuff is scattered. The grocery department is wonderful and they also have a special cooler for specially made organic dog food.I love the home furnishings, bedding, and I really love the holiday section. I’ve always had helpful service and I feel the prices are pretty good.

This location is by far the most poorly stocked Target I’ve ever encountered. When you look for it online, it shows that there are plenty in stock even as you are standing in front of the empty shelf. Most items are out of stock and not updated. Deals or promotions do not work when you check out, and it takes a miracle to get an associate to help you. At closing, the lights go out on the dot and then store employees are suddenly everywhere asking to help you find something. It is comical because during business hours they are hard to find and then proceed to run away from customers when you ask for help. I was quickly walking to the checkout a minute after 10 pm and I had 4 associates tell me in a 2 minute period of time that the checkouts were closing and that I needed to leave now. I was trying to get there, but kept getting stopped by target employees to tell me that they were closed.

Friendly workers who have great customer service. I am really only here to defend my cashier who had a KAREN go through her register, being as rude as ever and saying the cashier “sent her to get a price match”, not true. Very friendly and professional 😌

The associate was so helpful and I couldn’t believe it when he told me it was his first day on the job! He obviously cared enough to go the extra mile!

This target has everything I need and I get discounts when I shop there with my Red card. I especially loved the affordable meal prep bags filled with everything I need to make a tasty dinner at home.

Where there hell did all the little boy clothes go?! It’s ridiculous to have an entire children’s section covered with girl clothes and a tiny area for boys. Little boys are just as cute as girls! Also a little education for employees on how to treat customers is needed. They are snarky and rude.

I am 50 years old and new to Utah this year .Me and my family have shopped at Target as long as I can remember.But Orem Target is all about college shoppers not every day shopping.The I dont care attitude has killed me ever wanting to shop there again.The Halloween selection looks like Oriental trading company and wish app quality.Stop making excuses about COVID-19 .This store is junk something needs to be done scary bad store

Went to CVS Pharmacy hoping to take advantage of the nice discounts I can get there and discovered they are NOT available because I am really shopping at a Target Store. They dont sell CVS branded products.

I had a wonderful experience in this target! i came shopping for bras in the intimates section and a friendly employee named Kathryn greeted meand helped me find the styles and sizes i was looking for! she even suggested a cute pair of pjs that i ended up loving and had to get! she was such a lovely woman and had amazing customer service skills! thanks kathryn!

This is the second time that my husband has found something that has been available online (in this case a McFarlane Warhammer 40K figure) - only to get it to the register and find that the item cant be purchased due to street date. This allows for scalpers to be able to buy them right when finally allowed to be sold and instead of selling for $20 bucks if someone really wants that item they are paying 100. Target fully supports the scalpers instead of normal consumers and I am not alright with that. There was a full display of these figures, no where on it did it say that it couldnt be sold, and the actual sell date? Not until the second week of August.Update: I spoke to one of the Managers that responded to the target survey that I took, they stated that they would be doing a training with their staff to ensure they are abiding by street date from here on out. I do hope that they did, so that all can have a fair shot at getting collectibles, not just the scalpers that will sell it for an unreasonable amount.

I have always had a good experience here. The store has a nice variety of foods and home items. It is usually clean and well organized. There is a Starbucks and small Pizza Hut inside the store for food options.

Target is known for letting non-service animals into the store even though they have a sign that says, “Only service animals permitted”. Utah law and the FDA Food Code prohibit non-service animals from grocery stores and restaurants, but Target doesn’t seem to care about this law. A service animal according to the ADA has to be a trained dog that provides a specific task. Comfort animals aren’t considered service animals by the ADA.

I told them that I had shopped at Target elsewhere, & they were silly to be anything but elated. Target, ELEVATED our community ‼️We say, If Target doesnt have it, we dont need it! They have Everything ❣️ So what if you spend 6 pennies more for bread, you also might find the Sketchers, that were over $100 at the Outlets, 70% off, then an extra discount on that‼️ So you might spend 6 PENNIES (🙄), more on bread, but you also have a good chance of Shopper Scoring, on shoes, towels, a rug, or Seasonal Decorations😎😍 I always feel good leaving a great Tar-Zhay Shopping experience. The unique (seasonal), or super fun paper product just make me feel happy‼️ Thankyou Target‼️ My only negative, is how you changed the Pharmacy :( Not a good move, sorry, not a fan.

Not great for groceries. If I need something specific, I go a little farther to another store. Garlic powder, cilantro, and Pedialyte are just a few examples of things that were out of stock my last few visits.

Love having this super target so close by! It’s a great one stop shop, always has plenty of selections, and good prices. The buy online pick up in store option is convenient and makes it so that I can be in and out with my needed items and not worry about the items not being in stock.

I went to Target with my mom and my brother, Ethan.

I ordered a $140 heavy decorative piece that was damaged is 15 spots. When this happens with other stores like overstock and west elm, they just refund the cost and do not make you go through the hassle of returning it. I made the request online with 6 pictures of the damage and never heard back so I called the Orem store(phone number on website didn’t not get me support for the online store). They said there should be no trouble getting a refund but I needed to call a different number. After 1 hour of transfers they said that I would have to go through the trouble of returning this item. This was my first experience with Target in years and I will not be using them again.

I had a complex gift card issue due to a corporate internal control and the staff found a way to help me out with so much kindness when they could have turned me away and told me to just call corporate. Ian in electronics and the woman at exchanges and returns really took time to help me and I appreciated it. Thanks!

Used their pickup option and it worked wonderful. I was needing a few things before going on vacation and didn’t want to drive around to a bunch of stores. I was able to find which location had it, order it to make sure they didn’t run out, and drop by after work. Plus, the store looked nice, clean, etc.

Nothing about this company or companies they own is moral. They lie and cheat and steal. Tried to return something to a store they own, told to return to this store and then told its not possible. Covid screws up me returning it earlier and now they wont take it. Horrible customer service even worse practices. I dont blame the person at the return counter I blame messed up policies. Never going there again.

Junky store. Dirty. Well after Christmas and shelves are bare. Only 2 checker lanes open on a Saturday night. Poor selection compared to other Target stores.

I love this location of Target. It’s ALWAYS neat and clean. The dollar section is usually empty and picked through, which is understandable! The employees seem to not be friendliest :( They all deserve a free Starbucks to perk up their smiles!!

What a cool thing to have your cart waiting for you as you drive up to the store! It was a cold day and I didnt feel like going out shopping anyway, but I had already done it online, so it was a matter of getting in my car and driving to the store. The gal was waiting for me as I pulled into the parking spot designated for pick up. She was smiling, and loaded my car without a single complaint. She said they track the vehicle you are driving in so that they can be ready and waiting for you when you get there to the store. I love this!

Good store and has wide variety of items and has a good amount of each item. The setup of isles how ever can be odd. Although, the areas that the items are at make more sense then the isles. I would give out this store for anybody who need money saving with a variety of items.

Made my day! Couldn’t find diapers in the size I needed on the shelf, so I flagged down an employee from a completely different department who was transporting shoe boxes and clearly in the middle of something. But she kindly listened to me and offered to go look in the back. She found the exact box I needed from memory, brought it to me, and made sure I was okay to carry it myself since I didn’t have a cart with me. Fabulous service!

I went to target yesterday and I was very disappointed. There were so many people in the store that it looked like it was a regular day.Employees were cleaning shopping carts but there were so many people there that there was no way to keep the 6 feet distancing rule.There was no one at the door controlling the flow of the public like they do in other stores like Costco. You should not let so many people inside the store at the same time. Also, there were groups of teenagers walking around. They were not even shopping. You should not let people in your store unless they are shopping. Please take measures so you don’t have people just walking around increasing the risk to infect others, especially young people. At the self check out there was no way to keep distance from each other either. Self checkout register are too close to each other. They were all busy on both sides. Have someone controlling the flow of customers there as well. You can’t have so many people checking out so close to each other. Have just a few people check out or separate the register farther away from each other. The space in the middle of those two register lines is too narrow as well. Please target make some changes.

Target always has fast service, excellent quality products.

I dont know who is running this store, but it really shows when you have self checkouts running on both sides of the store and only two cashier lanes open at noon on a Saturday, that you have no idea what youre doing. So many employees walked by on their phones absolutely uncaring that the self checkouts and the only two cashier lanes that were open were backed up into clothing isles and the self care front sections of the store. Whoever is managing these people needs to be fired. As much as I hate Walmart, youd only see this from 8pm to midnight. Targets in other areas in this state are not nearly as bad, and have just as much, if not more volume. Even during these times, this is an utter fail.

My shopping experience is always pleasant at Target, we enjoy shopping here as a family.

This Target has been under stocked for months. They never get new items in and they dont re-stock the things they do have. Especially in the home goods area. There has been no new stuff for at least 6 months.

Their contactless drive-up pickup has been a lifeline for us during the pandemic, and were happy we can still get the products we need despite everything.

The employees lied to me about stock so I sat in target for 10 straight hours waiting for stock. And also all the employees gave me weird looks

It is ridiculous that there are no cashiers (actual people) when I come at night. I hate self checking and there is not one check out lane open. Also, time for Target to ditch the plastic bags.

Target had pretty much everything you would need. I love it because you can get something and go. There are self checkouts and plenty of cashiers.

I think I have almost always had great interactions with employees. They often have product completely gone with either the store brand or some other gauche selection full in stock.

I love Targets women and children clothing and shoes. I also like the cosmetics and beauty items, their household, furniture, and food. I would say I like everything they carry. I always buy more than what I stop in for.

Great selection, clean store, and generally helpful employees, but it seems as if some employees are misinformed. Ive had multiple issues with my wedding registry unfortunately. Additionally, Ive had online shipments go missing.

The weather was terrible today. So thankful I didn’t have to drag my kids inside. Also it was just so easy, convenient and FAST!

The quality of the products at Target is high and the prices are competitive. It is also clean and there is not nearly as many people as there are in Walmart. I can always find parking and cart stalls right next to where I park as opposed to other competitor places. I also like their deals!

Target has great style, quality products, at a price I can afford. Their stores have a great layout, and its enjoyable to just browse. I recently tried their online pickup option and was very satisfied with that experience. I will gladly return to Target over and over.

Every time I walk into Target, I walk out thinking that they dont care about my customer experience. Extremely unhelpful employees and downright painful store to go into.

Extremely rude staff. Anytime I have come to get anything in store pick up, or anything something goes wrong. At this point after every horror story I have had while shopping at Target I think its safe to say I will not shop here or advise others to steer clear.

A great store and great quality. Unfortunately every time I shop at Target I cant spend too much because of the 2013 credit card security incident, so my bank gets suspicious and declines my card if I spend too much there. Would love to give them all of my money though. I am always satisfied with what I buy there.

I went at 9:00 am and it was amazing! Very organized and the customer service was amazing. We had Gloria an older lady at the cashier and she was very helpful when we couldnt find the right thing. Overall come here if you want to be treated right.

I love this target, and have always had a great experience here! I bought something last week that didn’t end up working for me. I lost my receipt, and came and returned it today in under 3 min. Talk about a win!

How I received item before the expected delivery date, items socks, my daughters bras were excellent, my newborn socks were here, still missing 2 items otherwise everything is fine.

I had the worst shopping and customer service experience at this target tonight from the interactions with Tosha at customer service, Austin and manager Linda at the Orem, Utah. It is very saddening this target store does not follow target corporate values of a fun, ease, joy and customer oriented place to shop. They were rude and could care less about the customer needs. This is not the target way. Austin was extremely rude, yelling at me, the customer! His interaction was very uncomfortable and the manager Linda who I brought my concern to could care less about the situation. She did not say anything to ease the unpleasant and very upsetting situation. I walked away and left all the things I had intended to purchase for my family. Please review, train your staff and your management to be courteous, customer oriented and that customer harrassment is not acceptable and should not be tolerated by a company with such high customer satisfaction and values. Dissatisfied customer.

I called this super target to see if they had a game I needed to buy for a Christmas present. I felt as if I was a nuisance to the female employee who answered my call. I usually love target for their game selection, but it is the holiday season and they usually sell out of their popular games. I am glad I called and didnt drive 30 minutes to pick up this game because they were sold out. Please dont hang out on me after saying, we dont have anymore! I was super polite to the lady on the phone. I would like to be treated with the same respect. Costumer service does exist. The least she could have said was goodbye. I mean I was trying to give the store business. 😕 I really like shopping at target. This conversation left me a little disappointed

I love the ambiance of target and all the products they offer. I feel I am shopping at a luxury store with affordable prices. Although this store has a huge lack in organization and the store layout is a bit strange.

Their new Opal House line is AMAZING!!! They have the cutest stuff ever!!! I cant go to any other Target. This one is my favorite. Its always clean and well stocked.
