I am not one to speak badly of a business but the service I received from this company was HORRIBLE! I did read the company reviews before deciding to work with them, despite having such bad reviews I still went with them because of their competitive pricing. I regret this decision and would have paid double with another company if I would have know just how horrible their service was.When I first went to Naumann Signs I was giving a quote that the sign would be up within 3 weeks at the latest. 3 months went by and I still did not have my sign. After contacting them several times a day for 2 weeks straight they finally came and hung the sign up but failed to hook up the electrical. I paid for the sign and install and to this day (about 6 months later) the sign is still not hooked up and he claims it is my job to hook up the electrical not his installers. I am now having to hire another company to do the work he was suppose to do.I am extremely dissatisfied with this company. I hope by writing this review other will see and hopefully not have to deal with the frustration I have had to deal with when working with Naumann Signs.

WORST Service EVER! LOOK ELESEWHEREMy order was for 30 shirts with a simple design. Gave them more than 30 days to process our shirts. They told us that would be more than enough time. They ended up giving us our shirts a week prior to our event and half of the shirts were off centered and poorly designed. We gave half our shirts back to get fix and kept calling them for updates. Out of the 20 calls throughout that week they only answered one of our calls and told us they would call us back as soon as the rest of our shirts were done. Our event day came and we did not receive the rest of our shirts until after the event that day. The person in charge sent us an email stating that they had left our shirts hanging outside the store for us to pick up. What professionalism! Worst part about it is either they think their customers are stupid or they just don’t bother to fix their mistakes. When we checked our shirts they were the exact same shirts with the exact same errors we had returned them back for, except this time they had dog fur all over them as they usually have their dog walking around their business. No one bothered to call us to apologize or offer a refund or a discount. Needless to say this is the worst experience I’ve had with this kind of service. LOOK ELSEWHERE !

Ive always had a great experience with Naumann signs over the past few years. Im a Realtor, so I have plenty of printing needs. I simply e-mail it over, and pick it up later that day. I always recommend these guys.

Go somewhere else!!!!!!!. The banner was not even the size I ordered or had the information that I need it on the banner. The owner was trying to talk me into a banner that was not even the size I need it . Telling me you should be fine with it I was specific and told him I needed the requested size.The owner was very rude he wanted to make me pay more to supposedly fix it. It was not even done according to my specifications or the information that was sent to him via e mail.He started swearing at me . He was given the measurements and information before hand I told him to check his e mail he said he did not even have it. But he had my logo printed on the banner that he was trying to deliver ????. He was swearing and very rude no customer service at all . He just wants to collect your money and get you out. Do some research on better business bureau he has so many complaints.

We have used Naumann Signs for several projects and have always been very pleased with the price and quality. We highly recommend them.

One of the WORST companies I have dealt with in a long time. Their quality was terrible and when brought to the owners attention he said he would check on it and never did and moreover never intended to check on it as he told me later. So basically he is a liar! He so much as told me to get lost and that my business was not important to him. The owner is rude and has no concept of customer service. He just wants to take your money and give you whatever crap he turns out. If you want it to be done right dont go here!!! We have found a much better sign company in Lehi.

The owner was very rude and difficult to work with. They never finished our sign, even after waiting for months and after multiple calls and emails. I would never use them for anything again!
