Our window well cover is great. They came out quickly to measure and returned with the custom cover in just a few weeks. Looks better than our neighbors grate. We are very happy with the company.

I just stopped into the Mountain Land Supply Company location on State Street in Orem because I saw a cool light fixture. Needless to say the light fixture wasnt for sale. I did however meet Eli, who was their sales rep. He walked me through all of their clearance deals. I went back with my wife and bought a bath tub, two bathroom sinks, a kitchen sink, and a faucet. They were all such great deals that I couldnt wait until next spring when we were planning on finishing our basement. Great service - great products - great prices. BTW this is an unsolicited review...

We have purchased everything from appliances to sinks, faucets and other accessories with the help of Eli. Eli goes above and beyond to help and find information and products that we need. When Eli wasnt sure on some of the details I needed he referred me to Breezy and she was super helpful too. She was able to take my order over the phone and have the product delivered to my home. I’ve got mixed feelings. My first visit I felt like an interruption and the salesperson I worked with didn’t seem patient with me when I had no idea what to choose from the huge variety of options. After choosing an option for a bid, I tried to contact the salesperson and played a lot of phone tag and felt like I was annoying the salesperson when we did talk. Thankfully, when I ordered, I worked with Terri. She was great, but she couldn’t give me the original bid and I had to purchase an extra shower head in order to get it on time for my install. This was frustrating, but at least I didn’t feel like I was an annoyance to her. Now it is installed. I love the shower head, but the faucet and spout don’t line up like I would like and it isn’t the install. It is something with the product. It also drips longer than I’m used to after turning it off. I’m not sure I’d go through them again for any future needs.

I would recommend the showroom to ANYONE building! Teri knows the product in and out. She was helpful with design, cost, usability, and quality. We have been in a few times, and she is always helpful even when the showroom is super busy. We are building a custom home and have changed our mind a few times. She has been helpful in making all of the changes so our home is perfect! We love Teri and Mountainlands. We would highly recommend them to anyone building or in need of updating!

I had a backflow preventer that leaked. After doing extensive research I decided I needed one, possibly 2 new gaskets. After wasting time and money trying to match the gaskets up at Lowes, I decided I would just purchase the gasket replacement kit I had seen online. The sprinkler supply offered this kit for $60, so thats where I went. The guy behind the counter gave my valve a cursory glance and told me that the valve most likely had a hairline crack and needed to be replaced. I asked about the gasket repair kit and he told me those were out of stock, and wouldnt help anyway. Fortunately for me it was my lucky day as they happened to have one valve left for a little over $300. I left and drove across the street to Mountainland Supply.After a brief wait I was helped by a guy named Dalton Pope. I tried to explain the gasket that I needed, showing him my valve and a couple of pictures on my phone. He spent a several minutes with me and offered several different options. It was only then that I remembered the repair kit and inquired about that. He looked it up, walked in back and returned with the kit. Not once did he make me feel like an idiot for wasting his time for not knowing exactly what I needed or for not inquiring about the kit right off the bat. He also didnt mind that I wasnt a contractor or didnt have an account there. He was courteous, friendly and professional and an added bonus was the kit was only $25!I would definitely return to Mountainland Supply as well as reccomend this place!

After originally having a slightly frustrating experience, they really made it up to me and ensured I was happy with my purchase.Excited to get our tub!

We worked with Teri at Mountainland Supply in Orem when building our home in 2016-2017. She had some great design ideas and helped us pick some great fixtures for our home, especially our master suite. That said, we found the level of follow through and communication to be very poor. After 8 months of trying to get Teri to order a simple shower arm for us (including several emails and a phone message through one of her associates at the showroom, I finally gave up and decided to order the item myself online. Thus the motivation to write this review and let others know. I think they have nice stuff, Teri knows her stuff, the showroom was good, but shes just too busy to deliver the level of service one would expect from a high-end retailer.

This rating system doesnt go low enough for what their showroom deserves. Teri acted very put out to have to get up from her desk to assist my wife and I. The other woman there didnt even acknowledge us.The experience was so frustrating that I actually created an account to give a review. Hopefully others wont be insulted and treated so poorly as my wife and I were.Little did they know Im an engineer for a water works department so I knew of Mountainland. As of today I have instructed my guys to no longer purchase materials from this company. I will not support a company that treats people with such a manner.

Surprising how many 5 star reviews are from employees that work at Mountainland. Makes you wonder if theyre trying to bury the bad reviews or raise their Google review score ??? A little deceiving to customers who want honest reviews from real customers. NOT COOL MOUNTAINLAND!I originally got on here to leave a review about the lack of counter help everytime I visit their store. I was in the showroom today and Terri was more than helpful even though I could see that it was a busy day with many people coming in. She does a great job and has always been so professional every time we go in.

The customer service at Mountainland was awful!! I have been working with Jen for 10 weeks trying to get a sink that I ordered. She said it would be four to six weeks, when I called after 4 weeks she said she didnt know where it was. She told me she would call me back and didnt. 4 days later I called them back and finally talk to a different person. He told me it would be in in 3 weeks. After 3 weeks I called again and they said that they would have to look into it. Now shes telling me that it will be 30-60 more days! Jen told me she would look into finding a different sink that was similar that would be in sooner. Its now been a week and shes never called me back. I never leave reviews but this place was awful enough that it needed a review!

Called these gusy to see if they had a part I needed. Yeah they had it but then he started asking questions about what model I had and what the problem was. He then told me what to try first and see what if it fixed my problem without replacing the part. If it doesnt they still have the part I need to fix the problem and for $20 cheaper than I found it on line. Best part. I was refered to these guys from a competitor that didnt have what I needed. Mountainland has a new customer.

Filled my 8500 sq ft homes with products from Mountainland. Have had trouble with multiple toilets and toilet seats and shower heads. Every time I call they are never helpful! Like why I am bothering them with my questions. They get a D- on customer service!
