I feel terrible that I didn’t get the associates name, because he was awesome. Best customer service I’ve had in a while. Truly. I don’t normally post reviews, but this guy was so good that I had to. He never rushed me, even though there were other customers, and asked me how I was and got to know me. He seemed liked he cared. So rare to find. He truly deserves a raise and I don’t say that lightly; I’m hard to impress. He was great! I’d come back just because of how well I was treated. I have returned to shop at the silver loft frequently over the last couple of years! I am always satisfied with the customer service and help getting there product I need. I love the options for men’s rings that are offered in the Orem location. If there isn’t the size I needed, the wonderful lady would make sure she got it in speedily. Very happy with my reasonably priced jewelry and will absolutely be back.

I mean I wouldnt get your fine jewelry here but I had to get a simple band while my wedding ring was being sized and had to get my fiance a silicone band for work. Prices were pretty high, I spent about $40. That was for a plated gold band and rubber ring...yikes.

I visited the silver loft around Christmas time and purchased a lovely charm bracelet for my wife for Christmas. The light in her eyes was enough to tell me that I made the right choice. I will be returning again to shop. Thank you, for helping me select the perfect charm!

Theyre professional but still chill & make you feel comfortable when it comes to ear piercings. Besides that I havent personally purchased anything else from their but the staff & quality of the earrings are great.

I went in on Thursday, December 22nd to pick up a quick side gift for my wife. I explained that she may want to return it so she can possibly get something else that she may need. The guy said that would be fine. Sure enough she already had a toe ring and wanted to get something she needed instead. I go to return the ring and the girl said no returns. I told her that the guy I dealt with before said I could return it. She pointed to a sign that was obscure and hardly visible on the register that is behind the counter that said no refunds. This place sucks. No returns? What the hell for? No business does that anymore at the cost of losing a customer, just like what silver loft just lost.

Well I saved 5 bucks on a pair of gauges when I bought 2 pair... within 24 hours the star that covers the plug already fell off 1 guage and is lost! Guess I wasted my money, cant wear em now🤦‍♂️

I have gone to this location twice recently. Both times I waited 20-30 minutes and was never helped.

Ive been coming to this location for over 10 years. The last few visits have been unpleasant. The middle aged woman who helped me was dismissive and rude.

Sales people can be a little pushy.

They sell crap, dont buy from them if you want your stuff to last.
