We love Mountain West Security! From installation to continued monitoring of our system, we have had such a great experience. Everyone we’ve interacted with has been friendly, knowledgeable, quick and efficient. We feel safe in our house knowing we are protected by Mountain West! We will definitely use them again in the future buildings!

We move around a lot, almost every winter we have a new temporary location, so its not just a one and done deal for us, but they always get us taken care of. I have used Mountain West for over 6 years to protect my law firm. They are professional, knowledgeable about their systems, and have a consistent response. Once in a while my staff has accidentally set off the alarm and I get a call, just as I am supposed to, and I can look into it. Although an alarm cant prevent break-ins, it can definitely deter them, or prevent them from stealing everything. I have recommended them to several businesses around me and they are happy as well.

Have an old system on my present home, when planning on moving to the new home -- called MW Security -- -- Wonderful people from the greeting at their front office door to the completion of the job. Where do I start. I have never left a review for a business until today. I feel however it’s neccessary in this case. I used Mountain West Alarm at my current location in Orem. I own a firearms retail business. Obviously security is among a top priority for us as to the nature of our inventory. Without going into detail we’ve had a laundry list of issues from day one with our system. I’m an understanding person and know things happen. However, when your not provided the customer support for failing cameras, cameras not recording, cameras not even pointing in the right direction, non functioning motion sensors etc.. I would expect a quick response in getting these items fixed. We’ve had the system for over a year. When we can get a tech here, usually the tech will have to send another tech cause he’s not trained to fix the issues. It’s all just been a huge headache.

Initial contact and installation was okay, but any request for follow up help has been a nightmare. It has been over 10 days for Mountain West to simply respond back to SCHEDULE a tech after a system failure.

Great service from start to finish. Excellent communication and completed job exactly when they said they would. Awesome.

I scheduled an appointment with Mountain West Security at our commercial property. At our scheduled time, I received a call from the representative that was scheduled to meet me stating he was running late. I wasted approximately 1.5 hours. I cant imagine how they treat customers after the contract is signed.

You have some horrible drivers on the road. Wouldn’t want them coming to my house.
