They literally asked for my ID for purchasing a Heineken 0.0 alcohol free. They told us it was part of their policy. Whats next?? Are you going to be required showing your ID when buying milk?? Also the cashier was quite rude and refused to sell it to us. HEINEKEN O.O IT IS NOT AN ALCOHOLIC DRINK!!!

Ive been here since before this place existed, so Ive seen it grow from the bottom up. Harmons is truly an amazing store that continues to grow and change. They have a good selection of items and if you need something they dont have you can ask. I can usually find what I need here even though it isnt the biggest store.I m impressed with the bakery and deli and before the pandemic I used to be a regular. Not going right now is just a personal choice, but the bakery and deli are really good. The food is usually good quality from my experience. the produce is the same, it is usually in good condition.Ive personally never had a bad experience with any of the staff. Everyone seems to be nice so far. My whole family are regulars, so far we havent had any issues.

I usually get gas at Costco when I’m there because it’s cheaper. Harmon’s is a bit more expensive than most places but the low tire pressure signal lit up on my dash so I pulled into Harmon’s to fill the tire and then got gas. The attendant (Michael) came right over and asked if I needed help with anything and offered to wash my windows. I declined his help but was impressed with how friendly and professional he was.The air was free and actually lowered the pressure on two tires that were over filled.I stopped by again today with another car. I drove an extra mile past other stations to go to Harmon’s. Michael again came right over and said “you’re back” and offered to wash my windows again which I again declined, though I appreciated the offer.The station is cleaner than any station I’ve been to and I didn’t have to wait in long lines to get gas either time I was there.I’m now a permanent Harmon’s service station customer!

Staff are always wonderful here. They make shopping here great. Also I love all of the locally sourced food options they have.

The prices are a little higher then your average grocery store but you wont find better produce in Orem. On top of the fine quality, you will find a very wide selection of produce. All the workers are educated on product placement and are very friendly to speak with. My daughter personally loves the warm smiles and a free sticker at the checkout line, after a sample cookie from the bakery. They truly put the shopper experience first. This is my go to to shop for my groceries.

They have a huge selection of everything ‼️ They have such a clean, well run store. Their deli/salad bar is fantastic‼️ They have a gas center as well. The location is really convenient for picnics up Provo Canyon. They have a new Dairy Queen in the parking lot🍦🍟🍔👍🏼✨

Mask mandate is over. Harmons won’t allow anyone in without a mask. Thankfully, there are many other places where I can take my business. Its sad, I loved Harmon’s. RIP ☹️

As they say in Utah, this is the place!! I went into Harmon’s before work to grab a tea, little did I know it was going to be the best thing that ever happened to me. Fresh produce, beautiful flowers, organic and vegan options galore!! Yesterday, I was trying to find a store that sold fresh macaroons for a party I’m hosting. Sure enough, Harmon’s has them! The bakery was very helpful and got my order taken for pickup in a couple of weeks. I will be doing all of my grocery shopping here moving forward. Thanks to the friendly staff who made my morning great!

Ive been to this salad bar 3 times and its always empty and dirty. I wish they would stock the salad bar and clean it. I came today and they only had shrimp for protein. Very disappointed!

Exceed expectation supermarket and also nice and kindly service, wide parking. You can find many interesting food and ingredients from overseas.

I got chewed out by a store employee for walking in without a mask. I didnt see the mask sign outside where it usually is so I thought the store had removed it. Turns out they just moved it inside.Luckily Ive found another grocery store in the area that doesnt treat their customers this way so Ill be going there from now on.

In addition to having the best customer service anywhere, Harmon’s is a leader in promoting the safety of their employees and customers. Their house-made goods are the best and they have a great variety big products.

Restrooms are ALWAYS clean. Store is about as pristine as can be. The staff are generally helpful and courteous. Been going here off and on for years and will continue!

Its really funny to see all the negative reviews because Harmons enforces masks. Today I watched over 10 people enter the store with no masks, no one asked them to put one on. I then watched two of these individuals go through the deli area, lean past the sneeze guards and hover over the available selections, breathing on them with no masks, not select any options and walk away to grab a canned beverage. When I asked the store supervisor their policy on masks he informed me that due to TOO MANY AGRESSIVE reactions from customers being asked to put masks on, company policy is to no longer confront customers about masks at all.On the way out of the store a small child with no mask ran head first into my cart, when the father came to corral his child I asked him where his and his childs mask were before approaching me. A store employee then began harassing me until I got to my car that masks are NOT required at Harmons and I have no right to ask another person where their mask is.The reason I come to Harmons is for their outstanding butcher department and winder milk selection. Time to find a new butcher and a store that takes COVID-19 seriously and doesnt put their customers in a risky situation by just being there.

I enjoy the quality of the food at Harmons, especially their French bread. It tastes the way it used to in France when I lived there a long time ago and much better than the bread they sell there now. I like Harmons cheeses, their olives, the exotic things on their shelves. I dont like how they charge more, substantially more for everything, even the commodities. Consequently, I dont go there every time, or even every other time, but I do go when I want bread and cheese the way I used to enjoy it in France.

This location of Harmon’s doesn’t have some of the fun school/stationery items that the Bangerter one has. But it does have some great aisle items like bike gear—inner tubes, tires, bike tools, rear view mirrors, horns, satchel bags, headlights, bike racks, and locks. (I will likely go here when I decide to add on to my bike.)And like other Harmon’s, it does sell Hi-ball and the Promised Land chocolate milk that is smooth and absolutely delicious.—-Update: Today I shopped the bike section and picked up an Bell (TM) LED light set that was easy to put onto my bike with the silicone straps.I also sampled their delicious salsa and cheese, and bought a loaf of specialty bread.—-They no longer have their bike aisle

We picked up some fried chickens from the store last evening. They were dried. First time trying. Disappointed.

Great sales and wide selections. Best part of Harmons is the bakery. They make macaroons! Priced at 2.99 each a little expensive but so good- cant find macaroons anywhere. Also try the Pearl sugar, its seriously the best waffle recipe ever!

I love the convenience of a neighborhood grocery store, and their pharmacy has very kind and helpful personnel. However, I wish they would try to get customers to use social distancing and masks to protect the health of our high-risk population or provide more than one hour early on Wednesday mornings when those who want to be protected can shop.I realize you cant make everyone happy but in a community that claims to be so focused on caring about other people, its interesting to see that the small inconvenience and discomfort of covering a persons face to protect the health of others is such a big deal. Its pretty interesting.But because I live with people who are vulnerable, I would appreciate it if there were times when I could shop when I knew others in the store would observe basic distancing and wear masks.

I used to really enjoy Harmons, wont ho back now. Two of their managers took the two gallons of milk out of my hands and refused to sell them to me. They have turned into the Gestapo of face masks, even though one manager kept touching his while we talked and the other had a neck gaiter, which was obviously very dirty around the mouth and they touch all the products leaving the store. The hypocrisy runs deep.They said they offer online orders and pickup. No thanks, I like picking out my own fruits and vegetables. And face masks dont work in public settings.Nice knowing you, but goodbye forever. You treated me poorly.

Great selection of products with many different items that are hard to find in others retailers. There is a great deli and bakery and gas station all at a reasonable price

I have always enjoyed shopping at harmons....that is until they started requiring masks and discriminate against those who cant wear them due to asthma and such. Never shopping here again! Plenty of other places in the valley that wont discriminate and want my money!

I wont give my money to any business requiring masks until they stop requiring them BUT I WONT EVER COME BACK TO HARMONS. Youve lost a customer for good. Harmons mask policy is borderline hate crime/discrimination against anyone who cant wear a mask or believes it is more harmful to wear one than not.

Harmons has a great selection for everyone. The price may be a little higher than other grocery stores, but you can be assured that the products are the best available. Their chocolate section, bakery, and ice cream options are incredible and extensive. We always love shopping at such a clean and well stocked store.

The store was clean and immaculate and I did not feel rushed or strained, It was very relaxed. And they had brown rice and packaged my food for me. I love it.

I love Harmons for its unique yummy foods. This is where I bought the raspberry salsa for the first time - its $5 or $6 bucks but well worth it! Cheese selection is great! The food is a bit more expensive than other grocery stores. I wish they still carried the best yogurt in the world: Brown Cow Chocolate Yogurt!

We love the salad and soup bar here. Harmon’s has a lot of local products which is great. Their produce is always fresh and lots of variety. I also love their “homemade” hummus. I just wish their prices weren’t so high. The almond milk is about 3x as much as Costco or Walmart.

Harmons is my favorite grocery store to buy meat at. They have the best quality ever! They also frequently have a 5 for $20 sale on their meat, which I love to take advantage of. They also have a great bakery section with delicious artisan bread. Their pumpkin chocolate chip cookies are the best in the whole world! If you havent tried them, youre missing out. This is a higher end grocery store, so a lot of their produce and other items are overpriced, but if youre looking for quality, Harmons is the place to be.

During these unprecedented times Harmons has been extremely responsible. Their staff have been extremely patient with burdensome and stubborn patrons. Every time Ive gone to the 800 N I have felt extremely safe and have always had my needs met. The staff deserve tremendous support from the community as well as the organization and management of Harmons.

I love this store! They have the best produce selection. The fruit and veggies are always fresh, and they offer stuff that other shops dont. They also have a pretty good cheese selection. Anytime we are doing a cheese plate for a get together and want to try something new we head here.Very nice and helpful employees, always clean and organized.

Harmons is a great place to find meat. Good fresh meat on sale. Perhaps Harmons doesnt have the best prices in town but they are the most hip Grover I think Ive been too. If youre not completely natural foods but your also not convinced all the preservatives are good for you Harmons is the place for you. It is a good middle ground grocer.

One side of the store is only for in and the other is only for out. Can you tell me what good your handicapped parking is now? Its heading in to summer and it will be difficult for the elderly and handicapped to park on the in side, walk to get groceries, check out and then have to all the way across the store to exit and walk back across the parking lot to their car. Do the handicapped spots even meet code for the ADA anymore?

Store is so clean and organized and the employees are extremely helpful. Needed a fresh turkey day before Thanks giving and this was the only place after going to 4 stores to find one. Only bad I have to say is they are very high priced. The items in the store you could probably find it lower in price.

Went with a friend there for some stuff they told us to leave cuz my friend didnt have a face mask but he showed them a mask exempt card cuz he has lung problem and struggles to breathe with the mask on apparently they dont care if u have health issues the radio stations and commercials promote shop at your neighborhood grocery stores but they wont see us anymore

Harmon’s is the best place to buy meat. Their butchers were super helpful! And i got amazing meat to use for fondue.I will shop other places for frozen goods and other things, but Harmons is my ‘go-to’ for produce and meat.Plus the staff has always been so nice. Many of the workers are young, but are super kind. I will definitely continue to shop here.

Love that store.. They redid the inside and everything your can think of they have of those shelves...I bought cream of Rice gluten free cream of wheat.. So amazing.. Also a whole new bulk food section..

This is a great grocery store. And you can find a lot of healthy choices and have more vegan, wholefood, gluten free etc. more options then in other stores. You can also find more spices than other stores offer. However this grocery store is more expensive than others. But the service is good and the store has a nice vibe.

I love this Harmons. They have a redbox, an America First Credit Union Branch, and some of the nicest staff ever. That and they have free samples on occasion. That will always equate to an extra star in my opinion.Also, if you are looking for cooking supplies I would highly recommend this store location. It can be hard to find cast iron and ramekins, they have a pretty good selection of both.Would definitely come here again.

Harmons is my favorite grocery store. They have all the things I need. They have lots of gluten free items and if I want something special order they are happy to order it for me. The employees are so nice and helpful, especially Enrique. He always remembers my name. After all you want to go where everybody knows your name -Cheers theme song.

This store is not close to me but I make the effort to go a lest once a month. It is my go to store for unique food sections on the same food you can get anywhere. They have fun choices. They have delicious deli and salad bar. Everything is top quality and presented nice. The store is always kept super clean.

I gave them a 5 because they are clean, carry quality products and have a knowledgeable staff...BUT...Im a wanna be gourmet home cook and I just moved here from Florida and am disappointed to see MULTIPLE items that they do not carry, that are STAPLES in my home. Its hard for someone who cooks from scratch 7 days/week to live here. Ive tried 9 different stores...HARMONS is my favorite

Used to love this store because all the health food items were in one convenient location. So quick and easy to locate what you want! But even after wandering the store for 20 minutes, I couldnt find what I needed. Boo! to Harmons for eliminating this section.They still carry health food but now you have to hunt for it which just means people like me will frequent Good Earth or Trader Joes Instead.

This store is great! It has as huge variety of groceries and the deli is AMAZING! They have a huge variety if items that are already made and freshly packages that you can grab for a quick lunch or dinner. Quick and convient is great. The bakery has THE BEST lemon cookies. The are so soft with the perfect amount of tartness. The store also has a post office and bank to make this the best one stop shopping. I was able to accomplish a lot with 1 stop instead of 3. The store is clean and the employees are friendly.

Thank goodness we have a Harmons in Orem! I love their board head meats and cheeses. They have quality food and the store is always clean! Its never too crowded on a weeknight. I love Harmons! Its the only place I shop.

One of the better stores in the area, but it does come at a higher price. The meat department is excellent. Their selection of cheese is fantastic for the area. Their prepared food area always has good fresh items. They even have a good organic section. Their cashier lines are always fairly quick.

Definitely the more expensive store in Utah county. Does have more unique options to choose from though. They do have a gluten free isle as well which I love! You pay more $ for it, but its worth it. I also love that they have an America first credit union inside thats open until 7pm.

I like Harmons because they have a decent selection of organic/gluten & dairy free items. It used to be the only place I shopped until they moved everything around making it harder to find things and there are a couple of items that were regulars on my shopping list that they apparently dont even carry anymore. The car carts are fun for the kids.

Harmons probably has the best deli section of any grocery store in the area. At the very least, there is no better place in the area to get cheese of all sorts. Their produce section is first rate too. There may be places that are a bit cheaper, but I know of nowhere better.

This is a fantastic store. They usually have exactly what Im looking for, but if they dont, they sometimes have something better. The staff are friendly and actually helpful.

The rolls are as good as advertised. The rest was good as well. I had a steak and it was good but not great. But the halibut one of our party had looked terrific and she said it was delicious. I would definitely recommend you give it a try.

Excellent store. I wish all grocery markets were laid out as well. We especially love their produce and bakery sections. One of the cleanest markets that I have ever been too.

Its the most expensive grocery store in Orem, so I dont shop there very often even though I live super close by. However, it is the place to go if you want a good selection of fancy artisan breads and cheeses. And my sister-in-law loves their birthday cakes.

Huge store, great selection of cheese, love the sushi and deli counters. Great lunch special plate of tenders, beans and mac n cheese. Upstairs there is a nice place to eat, see the mountains and the hustle and bustle in the store.

This is our go to shopping location. They have all the normal grocery and non food items that their competitors offer, and for about the same price. They also have specialty items that are hard to find or only available online, apart from the store. All this offered in a clean well organized store.The staff are always friendly and helpful. They will answer questions, offer advice on their products (like how to cook a type of sea food that you havent tried before), and even spend a little time in friendly conversation while helping you.The store has a bakery with specialty breads made daily. These are made in one of two special (and very expensive) artisan ovens, and they will slice the bread to your order. Just tell them the thickness and they will have it right or for you. They also have doughnuts, cupcakes, and cakes available and, with advanced order, can custom decorate to your needs.The butcher block has good, high quality meats and sea food, including farm raised fish and seasonal wild caught fish.Their produce is always great quality. It is more appetizing than other stores I have spotted at.Its easy to see why we like to shop here.

Disappointed that they don’t update their store hours on their doors or online. Their door says that they are open first for seniors on Wednesdays. I purposefully got up early on Friday and went to the store at opening (Friday) only to find out that it was also a Senior day. It’s fine if they do that but they didn’t print up a paper and post it on their door like all the other stores. Guess I’ll have to wait another day for toilet paper since the seniors buy it all when they first open.

This store has high prices but probably the best quality produce, deli, and bakery. If you want the best quality and willing to pay for it this is probably your store. If you are looking for lowest prices you will not find it here. It would be better to go to Smiths or Maceys less than 5 minutes away. But you will not get the quality Harmons offers.

This store is great for all those artistian specialty items! The food is super fresh and the variety of fresh foods is huge! They have the best salad bar ever! However quality comes with a price. It is more expensive than the other grocery stores. You get what you pay for!

Love Harmons !!!. Love the whole store !. Such diversity of foods, from homemade soups, artisan bread, to some decadent desserts,(my favorite is the Creme Brulee), cheeses, olives, salad fixings, etc. Love their fresh meats, & produce. Harmons also has such a great selection of seasonal merchandise for Holidays, & anyday. Love the colorful dishware, crafts for the table, so many things to catch the eye. The atmosphere is also warm, & inviting, which probably is attributed to being Family Owned. 😁👍

Great grocery store! Easy to find location. Big, bright and clean. Lots of variety. Quality items. Their produce is amazing. Staff was super nice and helpful. They have a seating area if you are stopping in for a yummy deli sandwich. This location has a fountain drink dispenser.

Exactly what youd expect from a Harmons. Great variety. Great quality. Always fresh items. I do have to say though, I got some food here and decided to hang out in their little cafeteria area and I about froze! It was so cold. To be fair it is between two entrances so its probably hard to keep warm, but wow!

The choices of things to buy here seems unlimited. I especially like the produce and bakery departments. Theres even a section where you can buy a lot of local Utah products that you cannot find in other stores. the people working here are always friendly and courteous and willing to help.

Harmons has excellent produce, bakery and deli items, and specialty ingredients. If you are looking for an unusual ingredient that you cant find anywhere else, Harmons most likely has it! We love the range of freshly prepared foods available through the deli, salad, and soup bar.Harmons has a fun community atmosphere with special events (such as Anaheim chili roasting) throughout the year. During the winter holidays theyve even had a live pianist near their excellent cheese selection! The employees are friendly, respectful, and helpful.

Harmons is by far my favorite grocery store. They have a an amazing deli with a great selection of cold cuts and ready to eat food. The bakery is absolutely amazing and their fresh baked bread is delicious! They also have an enormous variety of cold drinks, candy, chips, dairy products and basically anything you may need! Plus the staff is rather kind and helpful.Edit: Thank you for taking the safety of your guest seriously by requiring face masks. And to those that cant wear a mask: FIND ANOTHER WAY TO GET YOUR GROCERIES OR STAY HOME. Again, thank you Harmons!

Harmon’s, if you can’t keep it together, I don’t know where I’ll go. Please step it up.The deli is absolutely a mess and understaffed. I understand that it’s lunchtime rush, but please take care to have a sanitary work environment!Two things:1) don’t touch your walkie talkies with the same gloves you’re handling food with. If you need to make a call, finish helping the customer, take off your gloves, and put on fresh ones before helping the next customer.2) keep overflowing trash away from food! See the photo. Inches away from a work table with food, and about a foot away from a woman filling coleslaw containers, is a huge overflowing trash container.I love Harmon’s and always shop here, but this hasn’t been my first bad experience at the deli. They need to review food handling protocol at a minimum, and increase staff to keep up with the business.

After visiting Harmons the 45 minute drive from my home will be worth the shopping.Been a long time loyal Kroger customer but, moving to Utah and experiencing several Smiths no longer will remain loyal. The cream of the crop for high quality selection. Dont expect the white glove service to come at discount prices, either. Harmons is a cut above, and caters to those who dont mind paying for it. Their cheesemongers are extensively trained and know their businesses. Every department is run by experienced and high caliber folks, and ranks are not replete with unfledged high schoolers like all the other discount and big box grocers. Order your whole Thanksgiving dinner ahead and pick it up for a stress free meal. They do it all, and more.

You cant beat the quality of the food here. And their in store creations from cheese balls and breads are wonderful. Produce is always great and meats are tasty. I love their deli. Youll never be disappointed.

We typically love Harmons for the variety they offer, its out of our way, but we love some of their cheeses we cannot find else where. On October 1st around 4:45 PM we made the trip to buy some cheese. The cheese we wanted was only offered in larger than we needed sizes. We asked the woman if she could cut it in half. She acted put out and said there were boxes on the cutting block and it would be awhile to clear them off and sanitize the area. Needless to say we just bought the larger size instead of waiting. When a store charges the higher prices they do, youd think the employees would accommodate its patrons. Not the case with that particular employee. She deserves a zero star.

Harmon’s is always worth it for me. I know I can find everything I could possibly need for my upcoming party, dinner, or a lunch on the go. And if they don’t have something specific I am looking for I can usually ask about it and the next time I shop it’s there! The customer service is amazing! Employees are kind and very helpful. I especially love the quality and variety of the deli meats and cheeses. They also carry local produce and products! I wish our Orem location could be a little more “revamped” like some of the other locations. But overall, Harmon’s is the best!

Harmons is working to be a high end grocery store. For the most part, it hits all the important areas. Wonderful deli and bakery. Fresh produce and lots and lots of cheeses. Im kinda a regular (just not to this store)

Local grocery, with lots of tasty and fresh food albeit more expensive than, say, Wal-Mart. The produce has always been good in my experience.

I prefer to grocery shop at Harmons because the quality of meat and produce is far better than that found at Smiths in Provo. Harmons is slightly more expensive but I feel that I have never been disappointed with the goods I have bought here. Their deli has very tasty lunch options at affordable prices ($5.50 for a thigh/drumstick meal and two sides).

So, the great thing about one of my employers, is that if I do a great job, I get a monthly bonus... Which consists of a various amount of $$$ in a Harmons gift card.There are pros and cons of this situation...First off, I was really excited to go check this place out, for I hadnt been inside before, but after entering I was shocked by the prices on everything!!!It seemed that all of the prices were 30% higher than any other grocery store in the area, and it didnt make any sense to me.The gas, was also 10 cents higher than at the nearby 7/11 or Maverik. Regardless though, I decided to go try and purchase a few of their bakery items, and see if they met the price range.Well, lets just say their bakery puts out AMAZING products, and Im not afraid to admit that.Their staff is very friendly, and very courteous!I was impressed by how clean the store was.The high prices though seemed to get under my skin
