Purchased a car from them in January and the engine blew by June also found out it could have rusted a little more and the entire engine would have fallen out. This little dealer is awesome! Sure they don’t have the largest selection, compared to the bigger dealerships, but what they do have is amazing and they are very nice, personable, and not pushy. Our sales specialist was Stephanie, who’s been working with my wife’s family for years, giving them great deals on great cars. My wife bought her Toyota Camry there around 5 years ago. It’s a 2000 Camry and now has 130,000 miles and it still runs great! My 2007 Honda Civic needed repairs which cost close to what the value of the car was worth. Stephanie gave me the best trade in deal that no other dealer in the valley could beat. We traded my Honda in for a beautiful 2006 Lexus RX330 with only 92,000 miles and it had recently received all its tune-ups so it was in great shape. Stephanie gave us an amazing deal on it! Im not normally one to write reviews, but I wanted to share the experience my wife and I had with Berge Auto. We bought a Subaru Outback from Berge. The sales guy and owner were helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, within days of buying the car we noticed a burning smell coming from under the hood, so we had it checked out by an independent mechanic. He said a leaky hose was the reason for the smell. He also said we needed to have both front axles replaced. We took it to Berge because they offer repairs for a discounted price through their mechanics. We should have paid a little more and given the business to the first mechanic. The owner at Berge acted put out and rude. My wife had to go back three times with our toddler because their mechanic forgot something. And now the display that shows what gear youre in isnt working. I will never take our car back to Berge for repairs no matter what the price. And we will definitely never buy another car from them.

After agreeing on a price on two different cars, the dealer added some things at their cost after the fact. The mechanic worked with us in the first couple of weeks on a couple of minor issues, again without any cost to us. I cant imagine going anywhere else in the future. We sent our young married daughter and son in law in with a limited budget and they were able to get them in to a very reliable car within their budget. 5 stars all around for these guys!

These guys are awesome. They have a 90 day/3000 like warranty that basically covers anything under the hood and they have on site mechanics thatll check things out if you ask them. They dont get cars from auctions or repossessions so you can rest assured that youre dealing with vehicles that have been taken care of.They have other locations in Arizona and basically get to pick the best cars from the other locations and sell them up here.They do auto loans through UCCU. We dont have much credit history and were still able to get ours at a 3% interest rate.Extra credit for not being pushy. Youll definitely want to check these guys out.

I recently purchased a 2008 Acura TSX. It is beautiful, they cleaned it so well. They provided a carfax report, and allowed us to take it to a mechanic for an inspection. Came back looking so good the mechanic wanted to buy it from us! Friendly, family-oriented people. I would absolutely recommend.Update: I’ve had this Acura for about 6 months and not I have not had a single issue.
