Super impressed! Truly. I had visited a few shops looking for new speakers for my 66 Caddy. Sound Warehouse was the last spot I stopped. Not only were they the cheapest, they provided the very best customer service (on the front end) to find me some great solutions. To me, I would rather spend an extra little bit for great customer service, but this time, I got BOTH (great customer service and the best price). I recognize this is the exception. So a huge shout out to Harley over there at Sound Warehouse! He did such an incredible job on the Caddy that I had him upgrade the 79 Jeep when picking up the Caddy. Well done and greatly appreciated!

UPDATE: Store manager contacted me and let me know that the system installed in my van had actually been recalled -- my issues werent unique to me. They provided a brand new system replacement (the updated version), despite technically being out of warranty. The new system works perfectly, and Im grateful for them making it right! Thumbs up on good customer service. Ill be back again for any future sound needs!Got an overhead dvd system installed in my 2013 Toyota Sienna. The remote provided never worked. I came in for a replacement. Replacement remote worked for a few months then stopped. The buttons on the actual unit never worked, except for play. We pushed through just watching all the previews, and now the unit regularly won’t read any discs. Waste of $700 for a system that barely worked, and never properly.

I have had many a things done at Sound Warehouse and their service and work has always been top notch. I recently moved to the East coast and got a system installed in a new truck and the shop jacked it all up. I called back and spoke with Harley who spent 15 minutes on the phone with me trying to help me figure out what the deal was. He knew he wasnt going to make any money but his passion for the job and willingness to help others was very apparent. If I lived in Utah again, I would be looking forward to going back to them.

I spend a good amount of money with them seem liked they rushed my install amp and wire exposed everywhere the reason I paid to get it installed is for a professional install they where a bit pricey but didn’t mind due to me wanting it installed professionally they keeped all my old equipment and removed a few things that I paid for never asked me if I need my old stuff back called to get or check if they had an accessory for the equipment and blew me off bad communication after spending some money but I’m extremely happy of the quality things I bought sounds awesome wish they did a better job hiding my amp and wires

When I called to ask about it they said it should still be covered under a warranty and set up a time for me to bring it in. I was able to work with Mitch Hensley. He took really good care of me. The best part of my experience was that he didnt get me anything over the top. I needed a security system and remote start that was reliable and just met my needs. Most people simply just find the one with the highest price tag and work as hard as they can to sell it. What he did was explained to me all the differences in the best detail, and we didnt end up with the system of the highest price, but I feel like I got the nicest one for the price and even better- it can be expanded to do more! I cant ask for a more honest person!

All the guys there have been awesome! Went in fully expecting to replace speakers that werent very old, they could have sold me new ones but they were 100% honest saying the screws came loose and I didnt need new ones. I wish I could say good things. Had a product installed which stopped working and also disabled many factory functions when it would fail. No refund offered, partial or otherwise. No product I paid for. Just well figure it out followed by months of disregard.

This is an awesome team. Jai was so helpful in recommending the right system form my Jeep TJ. The deck, back-up camera, and new speakers are incredible. Whats more, I needed a little fine tuning after the installation was complete and they jumped right in to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction. Will definitely be buying from them again!

Harley was great to work with. He explained the differences between the speakers I was wanting and they installed everything quickly and it looks great.

We had an appointment at 1:00pm and were done by 2:30pm. The service is here is impeccable. Jai Griffiths walked us through what we were getting and after it was done he walked us through what hed done for the vehicle. The waiting area was clean and we watched TV while we waited. This place is superb!

I just needed a simple replacement for the radio in my car and these guys were super helpful. Harley was super helpful to show me good quality radios but he wasnt pushy and didnt try to get me to buy something that I didnt need. They said it would take about 45 minutes to install the radio and then it only took about 30. I had also priced out doing the same thing at other places and Sound Warehouse was by far the cheapest. Great experience with a great business.

Staff is willing to discuss options about what can be done. They are upfront about costs and time. Prices are reasonable, they always have some really low price closeouts.

I called the Orem Sound Warehouse last week looking for a small part for my old vehicle remote. I had contacted other types of stores and ended up with a car stereo retailer. The first place I called couldnt/wouldnt help me, but the very helpful customer service person at Sound Warehouse told me he thought he could help me and to come in. I went in and even though they dont carry the product I needed a part for, they found a couple of old remotes and tried until they found the part I needed. then they didnt charge me anything! I appreciate good customer service, and they deserve a 5 star review for their helpful, pleasant manner. I went in feeling frazzied and left feeling happy and my remote worked!

These guys were recommended to us by our mechanic a year and a half ago. They installed a DVD player in our car. Whenever we have had user questions and even a recent issue with some funny noises, they have always been super helpful and accommodating.

Would give 10 stars if I could. Kyle immediately set aside what he was doing to tend to me. He got my car in the same day, called me with updates allowing me to make decisions that were best for me and my budget, then completed the job considerably under budget. Service at its finest.

Great product and install?

I had my Daughters car for one day only, taking care of some basic maintenance that needed to be done. I decided to stop in at Sound Warehouse to see if there was any possibility they could install a new stereo receiver while I had the car with me. Not only were they able to make an adjustment to fit me in but I was only there for maybe 30 minutes tops. I told them I just needed a good, well priced receiver that was bluetooth capable. They did not try to sell me anything more and I felt like I got a really good deal on the receiver that was recommended. While I was sitting in the waiting area, I noticed all the awards the store has received. After my interaction, its easy to see why thats the case. I will be a customer for life going forward. My Daughter started crying when I surprised her with her new graduation gift. Thanks, guys!

Warehouse:Mitch did a great job installing a replacement radio for us and he was so quick about it. It was done before I thought hed just got stated and has worked beautifully ever since.

I have had stereo systems put in three of my vehicles here over the years and Im never disappointed. Professional and timely service! Harley has done all of my work and hopefully hes there for all of my future needs.

I took my car here because I wasnt getting audio through my door speakers, only bass through my subwoofer.After a $35 diagnosis, it was discovered that my amp is bad. Paid for a new amp on the spot and had them install it in about an hour. The guy doing the work was cool, gave me the old amp to take home and mess with, and did a professional job.The price on the labor and amp was high, but such is life. If I had time to go buy it on Amazon before having them install it, Id probably have been happier, but thats the cost of owning and operating a storefront. They have overhead to pay for, so I wasnt that upset just paying their price for it.All said and done, Im glad it was done by them, and same day.

I went here to get all of my speakers that were blown out in my car. And they completely took care of me. From getting me a good new system and making sure I was happy with it. But the guys that work their are super nice and friendly. I cant even remember the name of the guy that helped me but I needed something fixed and I brought it back in and then everything was fixed and I left. He called me like 4 hours later and said he didnt get to talk to me before I left and he was wondering if everything got fixed and was making sure I was happy. I love this place and will definitely be going back to them soon.

I never post reviews, but I had a really good experience with Jai. He was honest and helped me pick out the best subwoofer option for my car. I had my mind set on a more expensive sub, and Jai presented a less expensive alternative, and it actually sounded way better. It really is hard to find that kind of service. Ive been to Sound Warehouse 3 times now (I worked with Dan, hes a great guy), and am about to call to have them do more work on my car audio. I am quite weary about others touching/changing my things; however, the factory speakers were replaced and the car put back together without incident... it sounds amazing. In fact, they had told me some of the clip were broken so they went ahead and replaced them! Awesome service, and they price match Crutchfield - you cant beat that!
