I went into Mikarose at University Place Mall and I had found something I had wanted to buy I proceeded to go and check out, Heather I believe was the worker at Mikarose that checked me out. There was a sweet girl named Oakly that had helped me find some things to buy, she came to help the cashier bag and while she was doing that the cashier had taken it right out of her hands and told her she got it and to go in the front. I was at complete disbelief that worker treated her own coworker like that. Oakly gets a five star from me.

Wish I could accurately describe how poorly we were treated in this store. Purchased multiple bride’s made dresses from them. We were told they were clearance items being sold at a discounted price but then were charged full price. We were told we couldn’t buy the “damaged” dress on the rack that was tried on in the dressing room but when the “same size” dress was put on at home it fits completely differently. After repeated phone calls and messages weren’t returned we went back to the mall to simply trade the brand new dress for the “damaged one” on the rack. we were told that they couldn’t trade us for a damaged dress. Customer “No Service” at MikaRose !!I’ll make sure no one I know ever buys from you again!!

The dresses here are so beautiful and with grace! It makes me feel confident because of the beautiful styles of the dresses! I already bought 4 or five dresses and will continue to buy more!

THE cutest store in the mall! Great style, and great customer service! I came in the other day to find an outfit for family pictures. The employees were eager to help. I wasnt sure what I was looking for, but the bubbly girl at the entrance (I think her name was Victoria?) walked me through the store and showed me some of the latest styles and what was popular (I ended up buying one of the dresses she showed me). And then the girl by the dressing rooms (I think her name was Baylee?) was ready to help out when I needed different sizes, and was very nice. Though Ive never met those girls before, it felt like I was shopping with a friend. I usually dont leave reviews, but I was so pleased with my experience, I had to share it. They just made my day!

It was busy but the girls that worked there were great, very helpful and organized. And the store was super clean.

My daughters loved this place for the variety of clothes. The prices are more expensive than a lot of the national chains. Employees are helpful and competent. The selection is expansive. There is plenty of parking in this area. Egress is usually not an issue.

I went shopping for a last minute dress for my daughter and they were so helpful and directed me to exactly what I needed.

I had the absolute worst experience shopping on their online store! I was looking for a dress for a wedding I’m going to and ordered their green velvet dress. I wasn’t sure about sizing because I just had a baby so I was not sure what size I would be. I followed their measurements to ensure it would fit in the bust area but when I received the dress it was at least one size too big and l looked like my mom’s old drapes. When I ordered the dress I figured worst case scenario I’d just return it no big deal but upon receiving the dress the receipt informed me that it was a final sale item and can’t be returned. I went back online to go look for the dress again because I didn’t get how I could’ve missed that it was a final sale item. IT DIDN’T SAY IT WAS FINAL SALE. So I emailed them sayin that it didn’t say final sale and wanted to exchange it for a smaller size. I was told it’s still final sale even though it wasn’t labeled final sale but I could exchange it as long as I paid to send it back. It was annoying but I figured it was fine since I was getting a different size. I just got the package back and the sent me the exact same dress with an arrow pointing to the final sale stamp on the receipt and a written note saying it’s final sale and they didn’t have my size which makes no sense since I can order a medium online still so I don’t know why they claim not to have my size. I emailed again and explained that they said my size wasn’t available so I would like a refund considering it was not marked as final sale. I received an email saying that it is stated that clearance is final sale and that was it. What they seem to not get is the fact that first of all yes, if you click on the clearance section there is a label at the very top in tiny hard to read cursive it says clearance is final sale but when you go to their website it directs you straight to all their dresses clearance and non clearance all together which is how I found the dress in the first place and there it is NOT LABELED FINAL SALE. What kind of website directs you to all their dresses without specifying that some are clearance and others aren’t? The only possible way I could have known it was final sale is if I was looking in the clearance section which I wasn’t. I would have had to have picked the dress and then searched through all the clearance dresses to see if the one I wanted was on sale to know it was final sale! It is so sneaky and underhanded to have the main website page that we are directed to mix the dresses and then not properly label them and then be so unaccommodating! I will never buy another dress from them ever.

Love this place! Went here looking for a bridesmaid dress for myself, and found about 20 dresses in the right color. Lots of options if you need a certain color of dress, or want a variety of styles in the same color scheme. The girls working there were very helpful and sweet.

I ordered a dress from here before I went out of the country for 2 weeks. I needed the dress for a wedding 3 days after I got back. They assured me it would be here and that they would hold it for me until I got back. I called the day after I got home and the employee told me that it wasn’t it, nor were they ever ordering any of that size back in. I asked if it could come from the warehouse, like they told me it would, and she said “no ya sorry.” I was stunned at her unapologetic reply and that I didn’t receive notification. She said “ya so I don’t know that’s probably why we didn’t call.” Sorry, no. There is no reason why you shouldn’t call a customer and let them know the dress they were just about to spend $70 on wasn’t ever going to be ordered in. I will not be coming here to look for dresses again!

I never shop there but occasionally I walk in the mall with my mom and I stroll past thus store. Purely because of its prime location in University Place in Orem Im sure it does well. Im sure that everyone who shops there is happy, which also makes me happy!

This is a great place to get modest formal/semi-formal women apparel. Few of their outfits will land above the knees in length for most women (of course unless you are much taller than the average girl). The atmosphere of the store itself is often busy but under control by the workers and there are usually quite a few employees to deal with the high amount of customers they receive.Unfortunately, while their apparel is great for most women, like most places, they dont have many options for those with body types outside of the average woman. This is understandable because they cant afford to manufacture special fit clothing at the prices they advertise their products.Speaking of pricing, Id say it sits pretty average, nothing super expensive, but few things I would consider cheap for the average American. Dresses often sit around $50 while shirts and skirts sit around $25 to $30 each. They do often have clearance items, but they tend to be the less trendy styles and sizes. They often have great black Friday deals, but make sure to take a look online beforehand because the associated products will usually be out before noon on black Friday.Ultimately, a great place for most women to shop for modest formal/semi-formal apparel. Definitely worth taking a look to see if they have something you may want.

I have bought three dresses and two belts from MIKAROSE, and all are adorable. I get compliments on my dresses every time I wear them. They are very fashionable, yet modest. Very different then the clothes you find at the mall. I love all their stuff, its super cute. All my packages arrived very quickly as well. Thank you!

I have been coming here a lot since it opened. I liked it at first but the prices have always been high and the style has just stayed the same. You can walk through the store and rarely find something unique. Its a very trendy place. Its cute stuff, but its a tad over priced.

Honestly the clothes are cute but their customer service is a big thumbs down on the day I went in (April 12, 2019). Lydia was the only one who gave me the time of day and was very courteous and helpful... there were two other employees who were standing by the cash register just chatting and gossiping about anything and everything and any time I walked passed them I felt like I was disrupting their conversation. They’re lucky I wasn’t a secret shopper... just saying.

Came here with a friend once upon a time and was impressed by the selection. Also a smaller locally owned business which is a huge plus! Staff was friendly and helpful in navigating holiday sales and returns. We knew she was a quality store representative because she was honest and upfront with us even regarding what some might call the stores weaknesses.

I dont remember the managers name but whoever was working around 4:30 did a fantastic job of helping me find exactly what I needed for a good price!

I am 6 tall and needless to say finding cloths is a challenge. However I LOVE wearing dresses. I feel feminine and beautiful. I was amazed when I was in MIKAROSE they had 3 dresses for my tall not so thin frame. I love the modest, clean lines, and colors. I have the Audrey Peplum Dress. It so beautiful!! I love the fit of the dress. The length of the dress is perfect for church or work! You can easily accessorize the dress with jewelry or a cardigan. It is an amazing dress and I highly recommend checking our their clothing, especially, if you are looking for or like modest clothing.

I purchased the flamingo swim suit and love it but the only thing that I bummed about is the hardware in the back that is suppose to hold the strap does not hold the strap there is an opening on it and the strap slides out I called the store and they told me to clamp it down I just feel if I am going to pay for a swimsuit the straps should stay up on it. Plus the design is not original at all I have seen 2 other boutique type store carry the same swim suit.

I liked the style that was found in the store, however the customer service seems to be a joke. I went in with my sister wanting to try on some dresses, and the girls working ignored us while gossiping when we asked for a dressing room. After not trying on any dresses, we still wanted to make a purchase and had to wait 10 minutes at the register for anyone to check out our item. Workers stand around (in the way) and just talk amongst themselves. They do not provide any assistance and are not friendly. Dont waist your time here, I would recommend any other boutique where you will find similar clothes, with a much better experience.

MIKAROSE has been my go to store for the last 4 years and they never disappoint! All their clothing is great quality, so fashionable but completely modest and that has been such a life savor!!!! I love feeling cute and classy but confident that the right places are covered with class ❤ Everyone in store is so friendly and helpful and their customer service online and in store is incredible! I dont think this company is going to be around for very long. I hardly ever leave a review (good or bad) but I couldnt let this one slide. I placed an online order in June for roughly $250. When I received my package I received 2 of the 5 items I purchased. I was hoping to get at least one darling outfit from my order (as I am in another state and couldnt try the items on) for an upcoming speaking assignment. I was seriously disappointed when not only were some items missing but one of the skirts was smeared with black grease. I called in, told them what happened and they said theyd get the other items out right away. I told them not to bother, requested a return shipping label and my money back. 3 MONTHS LATER..... I have had to call in 4 times, have them track the return shipment because the shipping label that THEY sent had the wrong address on it, and now long story short, all they are offering is an in-store credit. Um......... no thanks. I will never shop here again. This is the worst customer service I have ever received.

I love their clothes and was excited to finally go into a store instead of just looking at the clothing online. Well that soon changed. The customer service is terrible. I walk in and wait a couple minutes and no one welcomes me. Theres at least 3 girls working and 2 of them were gossiping the whole time. When I went up to ask a question, they were super rude because I had just interrupted their conversation. Yeah, thats not okay because customers are first and gossiping is something for outside of the job.

Mikarose is one of the best dress shops I have been to in a long while. I love the selection of modest dresses for all ages and styles. I also can not tell you how wonderful the staff is. About 3 weeks ago my sisters and I were having a wedding dress fiasco and Mikarose staff saved the day. We called them and told them our dilemma and they quickly rounded up EVERY SINLGE burgundy dress they had at the store and at their warehouse and put them on hold for us until we could get to the store and try them on. The staff waited on us hand and foot and were so accommodating. Thank you Mikarose for making out experience the best it could be!

I LOVE Mikarose clothing! Its comfy, modest, and I always get compliments- even from strangers! Im not usually one to buy clothes that are over $30, but this is my one exception! Their clothing is durable and still looks beautiful. Ive only been in the store a few times as I do not live in the Orem area and it was a little bit crowded, but Ive always been one to love online shopping! They have a great fitting room area in their store, however. I love this store!

My wife likes this store, I will never let her shop there again. I placed an order a week before Christmas understanding that it might not make it perfectly on time, but still hoped to at least have it soon after. I have never received the dress I ordered. Ive contacted them twice in writing and they never return my emails. The store says its the warehouse, the warehouse says its the store. I gave them my credit card info and I have no clue what they did with it. Dont shop here.

Had an issue with not receiving a discount here, but they fixed it and refunded my money after a few days. The problem was they had a Valentines day sale where anything pink, red or purple was 15% off, and my fiance bought some pink dresses that said Pink on the tag but they wouldnt give us the discount. We eventually got it sorted out, but it was annoying they didnt give us the discount at first. Great store though.

I havent had the best time with Mikarose. I was at the mall about 30 minutes before close, I know its frustrating, but we had a death in the family and between making plans and dealing with it I realized the night before that I didnt have a black dress. I didnt want to be at the mall anymore than the associates wanted me there. The associate kept making remarks about waiting to buy an outfit, and how inconsiderate I was. Apparently she didnt think I could hear her through the fitting room. I ended up leaving without a dress. I told her that I would be sure to plan our next funeral around the schedule that works for her.I work retail too. I understand last minute customers. But the hours of operation are just that. You are open. You are working. I only planned to be there for 15 minutes to find the dress, because I expected help picking one out. I love the clothes, but Ill stick to online shopping

The clothes are all pretty modest (as LDS people think of modest). I would definitely recommend Mikarose to LDS missionaries especially. There have been several times where I needed a specific color of dress (eg bridesmaid), and Mikarose was the ONLY store that had the right color. The only negative is that it is kind of pricey... But they offer deals (like 10% off), just ask about any deal they have so you dont have to pay full price.

Let me start by saying with whatever you purchase from them you will not be disappointed. I bought some clothing from them back in the summer and it was most definietly worth the price I paid for. The employees were very helpful, friendly, and willingly when I had to exchange something. It was an easy peazy process and I will most definitely be purchasing from them again. With what I had purchased, I get asked where I got it and great compliments! Their prices are worth it because they are not cheaply made, their clothing are super cute, modest, fit great, great quality, they have more sizes up to try and accommodate those who need it and their importance is leaving the customers happy. I love Mikarose!
