We sat in the drive through for 40 minutes!! A good 10 minutes of that was just waiting for our order to be taken at the intercom. While we were waiting, we watched the grinders employees do a food trade with the pizza place next door while there were a good 5 or more cars in line behind us. Extremely slow service and disappointed. The employees here should pay more attention to their customers than the workers next door.

Great environment! Will say even half sweet the coffee felt overly sweet but it might be personal preference.

Such a comfy interior, great view out of the windows and delicious coffee. The verity of drinks is surprisingly good. On my first day I ordered plain double espresso and it was disappointing but later I tried latte and the undertow and it made it right. They serve undertow in a nice small cup which adds to overall delight.

Best local coffee shop in Utah county. The baristas are kind, knowledgeable, and excited to help. Come here for the best coffee for an affordable price and wonderful baristas. l would give them 10 stars if I could.

First time, going through the drive-thru. Arrived with 3 cars ahead of me. Waited maybe 2 min to order.. Line moved very fast, no more than 7 min total.I ordered the Honey Bee, not too sweet & earthy flavored.. Just as the Barista described. I used Oat or Coconut Milk substitute, went with Oat this time since I wasnt in mood for too sweat.I love that the have Kirkland juice boxes available for kiddos. My eldest Online schools from a school based out here & had to come to town for end of year testing.I was greeted with a friendly face & attitude. I would definitely come back here, while visiting Orem. Their inside looks nice & would probably do a coffee date with friends, if I didnt have little people who can ruin that kind of Mom time 😘

Coffee was good a little sweet I got a blended mocha something with an extra shot. But it doesnt help i dont ever know what I like. The girl was great. The muffin was fresh and the vegan cinnamon roll was good. Cute little place.

Ive come here many times, and I dont want to come here anymore. Isnt the point of a coffee shop to enjoy a drink and have a conversation with someone else, or read a book, or get a little work done? Thats impossible when there is constant, nauseating music being played. I asked the counter to reduce the sound levels, and it went back to sounding like a nightclub 30 minutes later. We live in such a noise-driven society, and if we cant find a few moments of peace in a local coffee shop, were going to drive ourselves insane. I should not have to ask a coffee shop to respect the values of peace and quiet. Well...guess Im headed back out into the chaos of the real world, which at the moment appears about as unrelaxing as this place, so there is no real loss here.

Coffee is good, but the service was awful. We waited in the drive thru line for 45 minutes. Not to mention our pumpkin bread was frozen.

Grinders has amazing coffee and a homey yet professional and rustic feel. Their drive through is a little tight, but their customer service is amazing. Also they have awesome art for sale including, StarWars, and Pokemon water colors.

Been going to Grinders regularly for a few years now. Ordered a medium coffee with cream and sugar at the window and was charged $5.52. I told the lady working the window that doesnt sound right and if that was correct for a medium coffee? And she said yes, I tried to tell her that is a lot more expensive then its been in the past as I handed back the receipt and she just interrupted me and said have a nice day and closed the window. Checked prices when I got to work and I was overcharged. Its just an annoying way to start the day. I know its not a lot, but being overcharged and then being told it was correct and not double checking anything just rubs me the wrong way.

My bf and I regular Grinders a few times a week because they have the BEST espresso drinks! Their frozen drinks are a great consistency and dont separate into chunks of ice after a few minutes. Theyre hot and iced drinks have always been spot on for me as well. They have great specials and friendly staff! I love the Pancake latte on their menu! 😍 Thanks, Grinders! We love you!!

Service was fast, friendly, and efficient, despite the morning rush. My muffin was excellent and reasonably priced. Great feel, too. Will be coming back soon!

I always go through the drive-thru on my way to work. Ive tried several of their hot coffee drinks and always enjoyed it. Helpful staff when I needed to figure which drinks were dairy free!

I’m new to Grinders, but was so happy to find a new coffee place. Staff is incredibly friendly and service is very fast. I took my mom there, who isn’t much of a coffee drinker, and she’s in love! I’m so happy to have a new coffee spot! Prefer this coffee stop over Starbucks, to be honest! Great prices, fast service, great taste, I love it!

Love love love! Great coffee options - lots of unique store creations to try when Im feeling adventurous. Great meeting place (when COVID isnt around), Ive met a few groups here just by chance when doing homework. Staff is really down to earth and helpful.

I was on the area when I saw Grinders and thought I would give it a try. I tried out their blended frozen mocha and I was pleasantly surprised! I absolutely loved the balance of sweetness, chocolate and coffee. Rather than using espresso they use their cold brew and i lived the combination. They were quick getting my drink too.

Great spot, friendly employees, chill music/ vibes, open relatively late which is also a big plus.

The whole family loves Grinders. Every drink I have had here is amazing and the staff is super friendly. I love to support local businesses and this one goes above and beyond any chain I know. They have lots of options including coffee, non-coffee, and tea drinks. There is something for everyone in my family here and we always leave happy!

Ive been going to this place litte while now mainly because of their vegan gluten free pastries. I went the other day and they were out of their GF muffins. I was told the cinnamon rolls were GF. I double checked and was reassured twice that it was but I have been feeling really awful ever since, I just contributed it to my covid vaccine. I go today to order another one and was told that they werent and who ever told me that was misinformed. I would not recommend this place if you have a food allergy.

Everything Ive ordered here has been delicious. I used to like coming here to study pre-Covid. Great atmosphere inside and really friendly employees as well. I would come by every day for an iced chai if I could!

Came here today for the first time to get a drink and study. I was asked to leave literally at 6 on the dot and the employee was really rude about it. i prefer to support local business, but i’ll probably stick to starbucks from now on. bad customer service and the drinks are mediocre at best.

Love this coffee shop. My partner and I ride our bikes here almost every weekend. Love that theyre open on Suday. The coffee is STRONG, but tastes amazing. I really appreciate that they have a wide variety of non-dairy milks and I love that theyre so great about safety during COVID. I go out of my way to come here if Im on this side of town because of how good the brews are.

We opted to walk into the shop. Neither of the two employees greeted us or even looked up from what they were doing. We stood there for at least 5 minutes before even being acknowledged, let alone our order being taken. No apology or friendly greeting when that time came either. We ordered the nitro cold brew, which was watered down & bitter tasting- not smooth or creamy like other shops. In giving my feedback privately via Square Up, the owner refunded my purchase but also went out of their way to refute each of my claims. I appreciate my $6 refund, but I won’t be giving them my business again.

Great WiFi, Hot Chocolate (or FROZEN hot chocolate), and Pastries! If youre near Orem or on your way through as you head to Sundance, you need to check this place out. Its on 800 N on the way to the canyon and they have awesome hot chocolate. It feels weird to get excited about that, but its really good. I havent tried the coffee, but Ive heard good things.Its a new business, but they seem to be doing things right. Ive tried some of their pastries as well and havent been disappointed.

Just nothing to write home about as far as being amazing. They have coffee grounds available for garden, very awesome they do this. Support local go here for sure over Star Bucks. They have rewards card. Many great options for putting up stuff in your coffee. They also have a large selection of Italian Soda. As well they do have different kinds of tea

Not a coffee guy here, but hot chocolate and lots of other choices at this place. The staff was very friendly, and the service was quick. The hot chocolate, with half a pump of raspberry, was right on. I dont love the bitter of Starbucks chocolate, so this was perfect for me. And priced better than overpriced Starbucks. Im a fan.

Grinders should be booming with business. I think Starbucks is so close that it takes some of the customers. Thats unfortunate because this place is a million times better than what Starbucks has to offer. Plus, I really appreciate that they have oat milk.

The dirty chai is really good! Great staff, very knowledgeable and helpful with requests. The store is very vegan friendly with different milks on request, and the vegan baked goods they stock are pretty good!
