Well, today was the first time I ordered curbside pickup. The lady brought out my box of four cookies to the WRONG vehicle. What’s the point of entering in a vehicle description? Then she brought it to my window and I was waiting for her to open it like they do inside to see if all the cookies look good. She did not. She just handed me the box. When I opened it later, one of the cookies did not look as good as the others. This was NOT a good experience.

I really love their cookies and the fact that they have a different menu each week with the tried and true chocolate chip one always on the menu.Also, I would love to buy just a cookie dough. I thought they had this as an option a few months or maybe for years ago. Would that be a possibility again?

Super thick and rich cookies! Perfect for splitting a cookie for multiple people! Employees are nice and helpful, with a clean and aesthetic building. Butterfinger and heath were my favorite!

Love Crumbl cookies!! I of course love the classic chocolate chip cookie, but I love trying all the other flavors! Best part is when you aren’t in the mood to make cookies yourself you can order Crumbl, and have them come right to your door. Work brought in a few varieties a while back: A fruity one, chocolate and peanut butter one. Having tried another cookie shop, the Crumble ones tasted more like store bought ones and artificial. Hopefully the varieties change out and things taste more homemade and fresh next time.If the cookies are made new every day, Im not sure why they taste like hints of packaged stuff from a store. Maybe I just had bad luck with the ones I tried.

Best cookie place out there. I look forward to their changing menu every week. They have made cookies I never knew could exist. Still waiting for the banana cream pie to return. Dang they got some good bakers behind these recipes. No other cookies place compares. I’ve tried them all.

I am still fairly new to Crumbl. Wow! What I was missing. The quality and consistency are great. I find myself checking every week for the current line-up. We end up ordering about once a month. The chocolate chip are always included. Beyond that it is hard to name a favorite. If you haven’t tried cookies from Crumbl yet, what are you waiting for?

I ordered cookies an hour and a half ago, the app says they were delivered, but I never received my order. Customer service said the only way to get a refund is through this store. I have been on hold for over 45 minutes now and no one is answering the phone. I’m extremely frustrated as there is no other way to get in touch with this location short of driving to the store itself. My order was almost $30, and not being able to get a refund or even get someone on the phone is unacceptable.EDIT:I understand that Crumbl as a corporation is not going to be the party to refund my purchase, which is why I left this review for the Orem storefront, as it is where my delivery was supposed to come from. As I am still unable to get any response from the location itself, I will contact customer support, but to be clear, this review is for this storefront, and not the Crumbl Corporation Offices located at 815 W University Pkwy, Orem, UT 84058, although it is close by. My original review was very clearly directed to the store I ordered from.

There were 7 people working there and very few customers around 4 people total, I was there before most of them (there was only one n the counter when I got in to pick up an order ) and they didnt even greet me they just look at me and decided to take the orders of the people coming behind me. When there were 0 walk in customers left a girl decided to ask the name of the order I was picking up and it was seriously the easiest order a box of 4 chocolate chip cookies so It made me feel very uncomfortable, I think you guys should train people better for customer service, even if we are delivering for someone else WE ARE CUSTOMERS as well.

I have to say the Orem location has had the best track record for quality of cookies, presentation I’ve seen for a great dessert. What’s impressive to me is the design of the app as well as the order process, for cookies?! They are a model of what many franchises should take note of.

We love crumbl cookies! So yummy! The only problem is each week there is usually only 1 or 2 that look good.... we need a week full of the absolute best cookies!

It is a fun place to try new cookies with fun flavors. They change most of the flavors weekly so I enjoy trying the new flavors they come up with. Their app will tell you the flavors of the week. The cookies are really big too.

Crumbl is our favorite place to come for cookies! It’s the first thing we think of when we want a treat. The cookies are decadent and oh so scrumptious. We love the different flavors every week but the sugar is always a good go to as well. The employees are always very friendly and we always have a good experience. The one cookie we don’t usually get is peanut butter because they tend to be dry for us. We love Crumbl!

These cookies were something unbelievable. I had both the sugar and the semi-sweet chocolate chip cookies and they were delicious. This location is brand-spanking new so its still being worked on and theres not really any seating, but they indicated that they are working on getting those soon. They also do delivery through a third party that I cant remember. Definitely stop by here for some gnarly cookies!

Cookies are great, definitely a fun treat for home and work. Can you guys please change your nutrition information to be the same, realistic serving size for each cookie? We all know everyone cuts them into fourths so you can try more than one, no one is going to cut a cookie into 5.5 servings 🤨

Crumbl has delicious cookies and there are always plenty of flavors to choose from. The staff is always really nice and I’ve always gotten my cookies really quickly.

I had a frosted sugar cookie and thought it was tasty enough (very similar to the other popular sugar cookies that you find around), but was unimpressed by the chocolate chip. It was not bad by any measure, but it wasnt good enough for me to finish either. The chips are milk chocolate if that is important to you. In store, the cookies are $3/ each or 4/$10.

These cookies are so yummy and its so fun trying new flavors each week! We have started a tradition that when one of our friends has a bad day we get crumble!

Ive never had a problem with the cookies when I go to the store but I wanted to send cookies to my sister-in-law at the hospital, she just had a baby and I figured it was a great late night snack. I ordered on the app at 4:30pm, it showed it would be there by 5:30pm. I was thrilled, que 5:30pm and nothing happening. I call the store and get there we are closed answer machine message ...... Im really confused. Check an hour later, same deal, no cookies, call the store =answer machine. Getting upset and wanting to cancel the order but cant get a hold of anyone.7 am the next morning, I start getting post saying its on its way, call the store still get the saying message, closed. Its 9 am now, my brother and sister-in-law have checked out, the cookies still arent delivered, and the store still isnt picking up, just the same after hours we are closed message. I just want my freaking money back, this was a headache. Never using the app or the orem Utah store again.

I was actually a big doubter of the cookie fad I had heard about in Utah. Decided to actually try it out and Crumbl among them all has been the best one so far. The cookies are actually pretty tasty, I like how they rotate weekly the flavors and this location is very clean. The only thing is that it is pretty pricey, but worth it to treat yourself every once in a while.

Crumbl is my favorite cookie place around. I like that they always have multiple cookie flavors, so there’s something for everyone. The self-order kiosk at the Orem location makes it super convenient and easy to order in store.

Awful customer service. They say they will check on the order but never come back to talk to you. 30 minutes waiting and had to hear that they first help people at the store and then help people with take out orders.

Great cookies, good atmosphere. I like the cookies here more than the ones at Chip. They have chocolate chip and sugar cookies all the time, and then I think four special cookies per week. Ive had Smores, Twix, and Oreo, and they were all really good. I also like that I can buy just one cookie at a time.

The wait time for curbside pickup is unprofessional. And they automatically add a tip to your amount without asking if you want to or not. The cookies are yummy, but not worth the wait.

We ordered a party box and only received specialty cookies, the first one we opened had a large dyed hair in it. 👎🏻 Gross! Don’t order a party box on an important day! It might be wrong and have hair in it. 😬🤮 when we called, the store it came from didn’t answer the phone. Horrible. We’re happy to give our business to their competitors from now on.
