I don’t know what to say other than the girls up there did a great job and helping me troubleshoot my device. And the thing that I appreciate the most as they didn’t try and upsell me on a new device they actually took the time to try and help me fix the old one. Being true and honest with your customers it’s not something you see these days everybody always wants upsell. Being honest with your customers gains loyalty from your customers. thanks again!!!!!!

First off I would like to say Tristan and Emily are all around awesome!! (It wouldnt have happened if they were working) I know people are stressed about possibly loosing their jobs but if you cant be polite and professional, you shouldnt be working! I have been a pretty loyal/consistent customer and have spent a good amount of money there but after the way I seen myself and others treated tonight, I will be shopping elsewhere!

Okay my expired ID doesnt work, how about your sense and youre eyes?.You appreciate the feedback, but accuse me of being a liar! To be honest calling me a liar is very unprofessional, regardless of what she remembers.

Love there weekly specials on disposables and sales on vape stuff! ONLY thing is it depends on who is working, some are WAY nicer than others....

It was okay but the workers was talking bad about management and was causing a lot. Over all they were being very unperfected and card machine charges you 3%.

Great local shop for vapes, glass, and all your various needs. They have vaporizers for medical cannabis patients as well and the staff is chill and friendly.

I absolutely love Starry Night!! The atmosphere there is awesome. The employees are all super nice and helpful. They really know their stuff! They have a lot of variety too. We used to go there all the time! Sadly, we moved kinda far, so we can’t go as often, but when we do go, it’s always something to look forward to. We know we’re always going to walk out with at least something (the incense is our weakness 😅). I definitely recommend this place!

I like this shop allot but personally don’t think they should say “open until 10 pm” if they lock their doors at 9:50. Just wanna run in and grab a last minute vape before closing and their doors are allways locked before 10 pm so I won’t even try anymore. Just wish theyd adhered to the posted times “open till 10” should mean OPEN till 10 imo

When I came by the other evening the gal outside asked if I had a mask. I let her know I cannot wear one. I was told, You cant come in. I thought your place would be one of the last that would discriminate against those with medical and health reasons.Shame on you guys. In a most difficult time on this earth were all going through right now, the last thing we need is discrimination from a comfortable, familiar place we thought we were safe from that.

Hands down the best smoke shop in Utah county, if not Utah all together! The girl that helped me last night was amazing in picking out a new battery, and I’m highly satisfied with it. If you’re looking for a new battery definitely go with the V-Mod! The shop is clean, smells amazing, and they have little dog treats for your pups if you have them with you! Another amazing part is they have a 30 day warranty on batteries if they break or anything which no where else offers that. I’ll definitely be coming back!

My husband and I like this store because they have a system where when you purchase stuff it adds up to points and once you get to certain amount you can use them to purchase other fun items.

If youre looking for a smoke shop with a variety of good quality products then this is the place. The staff here is rather friendly and kind. The only reason for the 4 stars is the fact that the staff can get rather sidetracked even when theyre helping out a customer. Other than that, not a bad place :)

Starry night is hands down my favorite glass shop in Utah. They have incredible deals and beautiful pieces. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable, never pushy. I love this place! Needed a smoke shop after 9 in Utah County (why is that so hard?)and luckily stumbled across this great little place. I arrived 10 minutes before closing and didnt have a whole lot of time, but great first impression! The lady who helped me was thoughtful and kind (even though it was closing time) and the place was clean and really well lit. Will definitely be going back!

I bought some really bad kratom and no ifs ands or buts they replaced it with equal value on another type of kratom I spent 45 bucks they exchanged it regardless I ended up using about 15 bucks worth of it so I decided 30 bucks was fair compensation of exchange. These guys are really great to just go in and talk to about quality and variances in product great place and to go I recommend heavily. If you go in with a good attitude they will return the favor. Thanks for all your hard work and effort it goes to show.

I had a great experience there. The two women that were there were so nice and very helpful. I did drive past it a couple of times and had to call the store for help because the sign is hard to see, but besides that its 5 stars for me.

My fiancé and I have spent hundreds of dollars here over the years. After being treated poorly several times, we have decided to find a new shop. The employees can be very rude. We’ve realized they way over charge for certain items, and refuse to honor price matching even when their price is double of what the original MSRP is. Also the employees have their young kids and fake service dogs running around the shop on a frequent basis. We use to love this shop but over time it shows they don’t care about frequent customers.

Im definitely so much happier taking the advice from the employees at this store. They are all very friendly I have delt with over 5 different employees that all helped me get exactly what I wanted so I have gone back for other things rather than trying to buy something online that may be cheaper but I know I wouldnt have been happy with it.They have a good selection on most everything in the store. There Vape batteries all different shapes and sizes. And there Vape Juice they have a big verity and book with all the flavors they have. I couldnt decide so I told the guy I wanted a fruity and he suggested a strawberry kind that is delicious.

Nice people I wish theyd stay open a little later. We need a shop thats open late. Were a big enough area to be able to have a place to go when you get off 24/7 . Whether its get rolling papers or screens or just admire the art of smoke and accessories. Nice seemed like they pass no judgement and are helpful.

Straight cap. Everything is more expensive here then any other smoke shop for the same products. The new puff xtra bars they got are unauthorized. They are not bought out by puff bar. The actual Xtra bars are authentic an is a separate brand not the same bar.

$26 for 4 boxes of Fantasia is one of the better deals around, but they charge you a dollar to pay with credit or debit card. Today, the girl added the $1.00 charge on the register, and added it in the total on the card machine but didnt understand why that was overcharging me. So I got charged an extra $2 just to have the honor of paying them for goods. Most likely will not be going back.
