We have had several good experiences here. The glass we have had made was always exactly to specs. They matched a broken mirror perfectly. It wasnt cheap, but it was perfect. We had some large pieces delivered, and it was a good experience.

I had the BEST experience! I’ve had a project mirror and frame in my garage for probably 2 years and was worried to get around to it because the mirror was just barelyyyy too big for my frame. Some places said they didn’t think they could get it trimmed, especially because it was beveled. The guys here did it! They were quick, SO friendly, and my mirror looks amazing in the frame. If I could give them 10 out of 5 stars I absolutely would!

We ordered 2 custom sand blasted glass window panes and we put 50% down. The estimator that came out and did our quotes had explained that they would install to window panes. Installation was discussed in length between the home owner and the estimator.Once they were finished with the window panes they called and said they were ready for pick up. even though we had discussed at length with the estimator about the installation of the window panes.After bringing this up with them I asked where the estimator was that quoted this project and they said he no longer works with them and that they wont honor his word.So they expect me (an average home owner with NO experience in glass) to be able to remove existing and install new panes of glass in our doors.Or I can pay $500 MORE for an installation.These 2 pieces of glass already cost $2,724 and that INCLUDED installation. They need to honor their word. It doesnt matter if that estimator still works there or not. They gave me a price that included installation and they need to follow through with that.

I may be a little bias because Dave Lynn and his sons are my friends. They have done work at my office and my home.That being said, you wont find better Art Glass craftsmen than Glass Images. Case in point, the new Provo City Center Temple. Dave and company did all of the windows in the Temple, and it is amazing. You need to go see it for yourself. Truly masters at work.Proud to say I know these craftsmen and I recommend them for any glass work the requires a craftsman.They are the Best.

I stopped by here because Ive always been intrigued by the beauty of stain glass. Inside the store you can see finished designs, projects in process as well as find books, raw materials and everything you need to create a stain glass masterpiece.

Best place to get glass supplies.... when though I dont like the way they have it set up anymore. The way it used to be... it actually FELT like walking into an art supply store... someones studio.... and I was instantly relaxed and inspired and felt right at home! Now its more like walking into a showroom where I would expect to be handed a cocktail and offered crackers and cheese and fell extremely under dressed.

The reason I am not going to go into detail is because I dont want to hurt local businesses, but my experience with Glass images was very poor communication. They kept passing the buck to other employees saying the job will get done right and it never did.

I dont know what went down with my order? It took months. It was custom and out of the norm but not that difficult. I felt communication was very poor and customer service was lacking. The staff is very friendly and I enjoyed my time at their store, but was disappointed with the end result. It put me in a bad place with my client because of their lack of attention.I have used them before and had better experiences.Lets hope this was just a one time thing...

They stand behind their work. If they built it wrong they will honor it and remake. Very helpful and friendly. Honest and will deliver if needed.

Needed a piece of glass cut for a shadow box. Walked out with the replacement glass in just a couple minutes! It was fun to see all of the beautiful projects they had lined up!
