This is an updated review for a previously published review.I initially posted because I wanted others to be aware of production delays related to Covid. I ordered April 1 and was initially quoted delivery in September. The person I purchased with no longer works at the store. I received an email in July stating that there would likely be up to 6 weeks additional delay. When I tried to get updates, the person did not reply to an email or voicemail at all. I got in touch with Josh who was very nice and professional. He wasn’t able to give me a solid date, and the date was pushed back even after what he had discussed.However, I am happy to say I have finally scheduled a delivery date. It is just short of 8 months from purchase to give everyone an idea of what is happening.So, for now I am anxiously awaiting the product and will update on status after arrival. The reason for less than 5 stars is simply because I felt as a company, communication could have been improved, and the delays have been significant.

Because a couple of our neighbors have bullfrog spas, and hearing how happy they were, we decided to investigate. After some practical testing in our neighbors spas and some on-line research, we decided to make a trip down to the Orem factory store. It was our good fortune to meet Franz and to do business with him. We’re sure the other sales people are just as good, but we couldn’t be more pleased with the service we received. Franz is extremely knowledgeable, answered our questions and even anticipated questions given our limited knowledge about spas in general. As it’s not always the case, our after sales experience has also been great! Bullfrog gives you 30-days to try the jet packs that you’ve selected when making your purchase and if you’re not pleased with any of them, they’ll allow you to try others and replace the ones you don’t like. We’ve gone a couple of times to swap a jet pack out for another. Always greeted with enthusiasm and willingness to help us get it right. So far, nothing but praises for Franz and our R8 hot tub. We LOVE it….Thanks Bullfrog for making such a great product!

We had been researching hot tubs for a long time, when we went in to bullfrog the staff was great, not pushy at all. When we left with a brochure they marked the tubs we likes and that was it.Within the week we placed our order knowing the crazy lead times with the current market, shortly after they called with an available tub. 4 months sooner than expected.Because we were removing our old tub and needed to expand our deck arrangements were made to remove our old one before the new one showed up for no additional costs.The installers were extremely professional, and helpful on setting up the tub and how to use it.Love the Tub, amazing friendly staff.If your in the market for a hot tub it’s the place to go

Finding a great hot tub these days is a lot of work. We wanted a Bullfrog M series, but couldnt find one. Met with Nick who offered to help us locate one. Honestly, I was a bit surprised to hear back. Normally when you hand your information over to a salesperson you never heard back. Low and behold Nick came through for us! Really excited to be getting the spa that we originally wanted. The craftmanship of these spas are top notch. Nothing better than a soak after a long day of cycling or skiing.

Had the pleasure and convenience of purchasing my Bullfrog Spa from Nick at the Park City Home Depot. Nick has been with the company a long time and was instrumental in finding the right spa for me. His communication was excellent throughout the purchasing and installation process. Stop in to see Nick and he will build you a wonderful spa!

Earlier this year after much consideration and planning we decided to take a leap of faith and make a purchase of the Spa A8 series, and to be 100 % honest it has been life changing for our family. We absolutely love it! it has brought about a whole new dimension of therapy, relaxation and fulfillment. The icing on the cake was how Davin @Bullfrog in Orem treated us. Davin has been so amazing to work with. He is always highly engaged every-time we call or go into the store. Davins intense custom care and attention to detail is rarely experienced these days, Bullfrog is very lucky to have Davin. He always makes us feel like a VIP’s.

Franz in Orem is the best. He helped us design the perfect Hot tub getting the options we needed and not spending extra money on stuff we really didnt need. I love the custom features of Jet packs with Bullfrog. The hot tub was built just for me and my family and our needs. We can even upgrade it in the future.

You cannot ask for a better person to help you with your spa purchase than Davin at Bullfrog. We have bought two from him and referred several friends and family also. Don’t waste your time going anywhere else!

We have shopped around at SEVERAL, and I mean several hot tub manufacturers. We went to the Springville Bullfrog spas store and that salesperson was not eager to earn our business. We decided to try Orem after my friend had a positive experience. We were very impressed by Josh and Franz. They gave us a good deal, the hot tub was delivered ahead of schedule, we got to customize our tub and we couldnt be happier! The delivery team was super efficient, friendly and super helpful. I am SO glad we purchased from Bullfrog Spas in Orem.

First and foremost, I must point out that Ive never been to the Bullfrog store in Orem. We purchased our spa from the store in Layton from Franz. For months and months after we received our spa, Franz continued to help us get our chemicals right, and just make sure we knew what we were doing. I found myself going to the store once or twice a week at one point, and Franz was always willing to help. One day I found out that Franz was no longer at store, and unfortunately his replacement was not helpful at all. Ive not been back.I recently discovered that Franz is working in the Orem store, and I just want to say that if you work with Franz, youll be glad you did! Hes not a pushy salesman, but you can tell he honestly loves bullfrog spas and will help you make the choice that is best for your family and support you along your journey. Im sure the other representatives are the same!

Great staff! Great products and good prices on chemicals. If you’re having troubles with water chemistry, they can easily and clearly explain what changes you need to make. You can also bring in a sample of water and they’ll test it for you! I also bought a grill here (Black Olive brand) and love it!

This post is unsolicited, I felt strongly that I should share my awesome experience with Bullfrog and Davin.I visited the Orem store in Oct and Davin was terrific. Very friendly and comfortable to work with; he knew his stuff and was able to easily explain all the differences in the tubs and highlight the benefits of each one.Davin made it simple to purchase, stayed in touch during the manufacturing process, and saw me through the entire delivery and installation process.On top of all that, the tub is amazing! Best hot tub out there! My family members are in our tub every day and it works beautifully! Cant say enough good things about my experience with Bullfrog and how much I love this hot tub.

I’m so pleased with my new bullfrog spa! It’s easy to use! I love being able to control the temperature right from the app on my phone! From purchase to installation everyone was amazing. I especially want to think the installers. It was 29° the day they came and worked outside in the cold for over an hour setting up and teaching me how to use it. They were so helpful!I’m hoping the company buys them heated jackets for the great job they do!😀

I recently needed some replacement parts for my 2013 Sport X131 spa. First off I gotta say that the spa has been awesome! I bought it new in 2014 and it’s been extremely reliable. Other than a fluke mishap with the main control board I haven’t needed to fix anything. If this tub ever wears out I’ll definitely be replacing it with a Bullfrog. In need of parts today my path crossed with Franz at the Orem store. Though the parts weren’t available at the store he got me hooked up with Daniel at Tech Services, and between the two of them got me taken care of. Franz was a pleasure to work with, a true professional. I’ll be directing anyone who even mentions “hot tubs” to Franz at the Bullfrog Spas store in Orem!

Are hot tub electrical board went out and these guys were number ☝️ one. The technician came and was very knowledgeable and fixed it right away. We have always been treated right with hot tub spas when we have a concern or questions they are very nice and they know what they are doing I would highly recommend them!!!!

We worked with Davin and he was great. There was no pressure in the sales process. He worked with our budget and just helped us learn more about what we were looking at. There was a slight delay in the delivery from the original date, but no problem. Things happen and they communicated it to us. Delivery was great and the delivery team did a great job teaching us the ins-and-outs of the hot tub. Great all the way around.

The crew that set up the hot tub was very professional. They knew what they were doing and gave great instructions. Delivery was on time, everything went smoothly. The sales person was always very available, very knowledgeable, worked with me to get what I needed.

Best customer service around. Plus. Super happy with our new purchase. We use it all the time. Ive been in several times in need of product like Chlorine, filters, weekly maintenance pouches. Prices are fair compared to whats available online and most of what I need is in stock

I feel its rare that you find a company with an excellent product and incredible customer service, but Bullfrog Spas wins at both. The year of COVID has thrown a lot of challenges into the mix. Bullfrog Spas was always upfront and transparent about the whole process and even took responsibility when necessary. They bent over backwards to take care of us. Oh yeah, and the spa is a dream! We get in it every night. It has exceeded our expectations!

We worked with Davin at Bullfrog spas. He was excellent as a salesman and as a person. He wasn’t pushy. He was honest and knowledgeable. Also, I’ve reached out to him over text since and he’s been responsive and helpful. He’s also helped me get a quick install 2 days after purchase. I can’t say enough good things about our experience.

We purchased our Bullfrog Spa a few weeks ago and it was delivered and set up last Saturday. I can’t say enough good about it. We’ve been in it every night and one day twice since we’ve had it. The purchasing experience was easy, our questions were answered by people who knew the product. Delivery and set up was quick and on time. The spa is incredible, it’s a quality product that is fun to use and has features that enhance the use. Thought about one for years, glad we finally did it.

We bought a spa here a couple of months ago, and we have loved it! The manager Davin has been a great salesman. They also have really nice outdoor furniture. We tried looking at other places but none of them could compare to the prices at bullfrog. And the atmosphere there is very nice. I would highly recommend trying Bullfrog Spas if you are looking for a hot tub, or outdoor furniture.

Davin helped us understand the models, the options, and the features in a helpful and comfortable way. I never felt pressured to buy. Instead, he kept me updated on deals and when we were ready, we moved forward with an exciting new spa. We are super excited to add the spa to our home.

My husband and I have wanted a hot tub for years, and we finally found a beautiful one for a price that cant be beat. We recommend Bullfrog Spas for their well made product vs. some that dont last long because of the inner workings of the system. We also recommend you talk to Davin, it was a great experience!

You really owe it to yourself to learn what the Bullfrog difference is. Beautiful craftsmanship, built in Utah and the customer support is second to none! Davin rocks and we cant wait til our spa arrives!!

I would say I am definitely not the easiest customer to deal with. I wanted a good deal on a quality spa and I needed it all done and installed in a short amount of time. I am also a new spa owner so I had a ton of questions. Austin and the staff at Bullfrog took care of me and then some. They took the time to answer all my questions. They genuinely cared about my concerns and made me feel like I was an important customer. Austin even took my phone call questions on his days off. I ended up buying a Still Spa from Bullfrog which is such unique and well designed spa. Happy Bullfrog spa owner here!

Bullfrog spas in Orem was fantastic to work with! We decided to buy an above ground pool from Costco having no idea how to maintain a pool. I walked in and Davin was awesome and walked me step by step on how to keep the water clean and safe to swim in. I would certainly recommend them!!

I myself, work a production job with a busy schedule requiring me to be on my feet all day. I started looking into spas for relaxation and therapeutic purposes. I came across the Bullfrog store in Orem, closer to home. When I visited the store, I was clueless to spas. Davin was more than helpful with any questions I had. He helped get me into the spa of my needs! The design and choices of jets are everything! My Bullfrog truly is a personal masseuse and more energy efficient than the usual conventional spa. I’m so glad I went there! I highly recommend Bullfrog in Orem for any spa needs! Out of this world customer service and amazing prices!

We love our hot tub a lot. My wife has rheumatoid arthritis and the spa seems to help reduce her pain and swelling. She sits in it almost every day.

We purchased a beautiful Bullfrog hot tub from Bullfrog Hot Tubs in Orem.We actually were curious to see them so we decided to stop in. After looking at several of them we decided to purchase one. The out lay of the store is beautiful, clean and extremely friendly service.They delivered it as promised and set it up.It has been a great purchase for us, I particularly like the different areas you can choose what jets you need depending on your personal aches and pains! I love my Bullfrog!! I dont know we lived this long without a spa.. Met LynnDee at a demo near Provo Towne Center Mall. She was great in explaining the different features. Within the week were were at the Bullfrog Spas Factory Store and ordering our spa. It helps so much with my body aches. I can even sleep at night. LynnDee has been a great support in helping us as first time spa owners. I love the different jet packs that we got with our spa.. Just great all around!!

One of the only places that specializes in actual BBQ and not just Grills. Made the trek down from Salt Lake; defiantly worth the drive to perfectly finish off any backyard with both a Spa and BBQ.

Spas are great service not so much

The best spas.

Overall, the store is nice and the people that work there are nice and know how to put on a good sales pitch to get you to purchase their spa. Look for times of years when they do end of year sales. You can get a really good price on a spa. There are a lot of options in the showroom and you can feel pretty comfortable with a large ticket purchase.Cons, the company is really backed up in making the spas and if you purchase one, dont expect it to be delivered for several months. This is kind of the reality with a lot of things these days and waiting is part of life. The other con, if your spa comes with internal damage, the people installing the spa actually dont have any replacement parts with them, so you then get introduced to Bullfrogs terrible customer service and the classic hand off. This was the case for us. The spa was delivered and installed by 10 am. Then, the installation team said one of the pumps was broken and that a technician would be out shortly to replace it so we could use the spa today still.However, after 5 hours of waiting and having to cancel a lot of different plans, nobody showed up. We started calling the support number and a person would answer and then transfer us to a voice mailbox of a random person. This happened 8 different times, over the course of several hours, and no response. We sent emails to the sales employee at the store, who did not respond and at almost 5 pm we still had zero contact from Bullfrog. We felt very scammed and soured by our purchase.My wife found a cell phone number on a sales receipt for the manager of the Orem Bullfrog store and sent a text about the situation. He was proactive in getting a technician out, after hours to replace the pump. He followed up with a text to make sure things worked out and was the one to provide good customer.Lessons learned. 1. You can have a good experience at the store and the local store is great. 2. If you have a problem with your spa, be prepared for poor customer service, poor communication, and an overall poor experience with Bullfrog Spa. 3. For the kind of money you spend on their spas, be aware that they quality behind them leaves you wondering if they are built to last or built to make a quick buck. I would use caution when purchasing Bullfrog Spa.
