Switching from praxair to Norco has been a great choice! Cheaper prices, amazing customer service, and speedy delivery times! Daryn is by far the best sales rep Ive ever worked with. He almost always answers the phone, and if not he calls back shortly. Hes great at keeping us stocked with what we need and taking inventory for everything, and if I ever need something in a bind, I can count on Daryn to get the job done quickly. Daryn is very very knowledgeable and can almost always tell you what part you need for a welder/plasma cutter and he even has a lot of the pricing off the top of his head. Hes always been good at helping us diagnose and figure out what we can do to fix welding equipment. Also shoutout to Kevin the delivery guy! Very friendly dude, hes always in and out quickly and is great to work with as well! I cant say Ive had this positive of an experience with any other place Ive done business with. 10/10 recommend to anyone without any hesitation.
