Good choice of alcohol. They finally have TerraMana, which was hard to find in Utah for a while.

Love going here for my wine! They are extremely nice and deserve a raise. The employees are extremely knowledgeable and they are a asset to the store!

The sign is small so you can barely see it when you find it on the road. They have no coolers to keep drinks cold, not sure if thats just a Utah thing or what. Selection isnt big but at least its something. Visited during Pioneer Days (not on purpose) and they didnt let us know they would be closed for three days, but I guess they expect out of Towners to know this.

This liquor store is small however they have quite a variety of lower price Spirits as well as higher price Spirits while maintaining quality and are knowledgeable on their stock

Store was clean and organized. An officer carrying a gun should not have both hands occupied with boxes, bags, etc. Good intentions trying to help the cashier, but not the right place.

I dont actually drink myself, but I came here to pick up some red wine for cooking. The selection was quite overwhelming, but thats more of a comment than anything. Everything is pretty well organized and I was able to find what I needed without knowing much about alcohol. The line was quick, and the cashier was friendly and efficient.

It was hype. I went in there in my pajamas and nobody batted and eye about it. True judgement free zone. Also, the cashiers are super pleasant.

I dont really ever go here. I have drinken 1 time in over 5 years. I came in for New Years Eve and it was a very busy night. But I was very pleased at the speed they got people in and out of the place during Covid19. It was a really cold night and I was glad I didnt have to wait outside to long. They always have kept the place very clean and its really simple to find your way around the place.

Fabulous. Lets put it this way. Election night....I was stressed who was going to win, so I Googled the liquor store to see if it was open. Yay....I raced there strolled inside, grabbed peach smoothie, Margueritea and strawberry daiquiri made it home before the election was called. The premixed drinks are lovely. Pop in freezer wait a bit. Cut open enjoy 😉

This liquor store has very helpful and friendly staff— if you’re like me, you like chatting with people to find out what’s good and what’s new in stock. The staff were cheerful and helpful, which cannot be said for every state liquor store! When they were out of my favorite drink, the associates helped me find something similar that we loved.

The store is fine. The problem is with the DABC not allocating product adequately. I would had to drive to Pleasant Grove or Springville to get Glenlivet 18 year if I wanted it today. So instead I restocked my essentials for the home bar and will make a special trip for my birthday Scotch. Also, theres 3 bottles of Rittenhouse rye in the state! How do you run out of $25 a bottle bonded rye?

Terrible experience. I have a renewal form from the DMV because my license expired. They wouldnt serve me. The lady told me to take it up with the state. So even if you have a valid temporary license dont go there. What a joke.

This is a hard rating. Every time Ive been in the store, the clerks there have been friendly and helpful, 5 star worthy. The selection of alcohol is really good but due to liquor laws and how the system is set up, you just cant get specific brand or items that you can in other places. And you arent allowed to bring it into the state so that makes the store situation frustrating. Utah should expand more if they are going to limit alcohol in other ways. Also they should make the stores nicer if they are going to make us all go to their stores to get what we need.

I love this store BUT I have things to say. They are nice, friendly, personable and most of all...... They give me my liquor! Thats all I need!My problems! Its a state mandated liquor store. (Those who do not live in Utah look up our liquor laws and scoff) When you walk into the store you think.... This is a palace of shame. Everything about that store is designed to make you feel bad about yourself. Again, this is a state thing. Not a personal thing. Long story short. Staff at the Utah liquor stores get it. DABC GET YOUR THINGS TOGETHER!!

Its Utahs monopoly on alcohol. No one loves going there, but they are usually happier when they get home. Oddly, they have just about the nicest staff of any store I have ever been to in Utah.

This is a pretty small Utah State Liquor store, but its one of my favorites. Everyone that works here is really friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Because of state law, they cant offer you suggestions unless you ask first. But, if you ask questions, everyone is extremely helpful. I like the layout, and they have a great wine and beer selection. Also my favorite tequilas are almost always in stock. The sales are crazy, too. Check every month for different sales.

I needed brand for a baking recipe and not being a drinker I was totally lost in the store the staff so super helpful. The parking lot is a little sketchy but over all it wasnt a horrible experience.

Yes, the local liquor laws are ridiculous. But you cant blame the individual stores for this. Indeed I find the stores very well run, clean, and nice to shop at.Orem and Pleasant Grove in particular have really great staff who are helpful and pleasant.

Employees are nice, it closes earlier than other liquor stores and is smaller.

Its the liquor store duh!! If you dont love it youre not a professional drinker and we probably wont be good friends

This location is a little smaller and without as good of a selection as the Pleasant Grove location but the place is well run and staffed. The location is set back from the road a bit and can be hard to notice from State Street. Closing at 7 is a con as well, PG location is open until 10.

Its...ok. Its certainly not the largest in the county, so dont look for a lot of options and it actually feel pretty cramped in there. I feel like I have to turn sideways just to make my way down the wine aisles. The parking lot is also incredibly small. If there are more than 4 people inside of the store you feel like you run the risk of your car getting hit.

Try to advise this location at all costs. The last clerk I had was super creepy and had needle marks all in their arm 😳 the only reason this place is open is because it’s state run.

This place always delivers. Very inexpensive for the quantity of whats usually served. If authentic is what ur looking for, there may be better places. For value and fairly decent food, this place should do the job.

Its convenient but the lindon store has a wider variety to choose from.

There is a great selection of alcohol here. I love the beer selection at this location. I always get friendly service when I come to this location.

Its set back a ways from the road (almost like they dont want you to find it). Well organized, friendly cashier and well stocked. I got the 3 things I needed and the stop may have taken a whole 15 minutes.

I always go in during peak hours and Im in and out in 5 minutes or less. The staff here is great and the prices are awesome! The only thing that isnt too good are the hours.

Definitely not much traffic at this Utah County store. My only complaint is selection was limited, and it closes at 7:00pm. Other than that, the staff was friendly and talkative.

I found everything we need for the drinks we wanted to make. A really friendly lady there helped me find what I needed. Its was clean and orderly.

I went in there looking for a specific wine. The employee that I encountered knew exactly where it was. Good selection of wine/beer/spirits. Due to the local laws, Ill be back.

Despite the best efforts of the State to quash any form of humanity and friendliness, Orem perseveres. There are few State Liquor stores with a good personality. All of the ones I know are the few older locally located ones. Now they want us to go to the soulless PG store instead.Crystal is a gem as the manager. Everyone else is nice. Yea, Im a fan.
