The staff was super helpful and friendly. They taught me what I needed to know when it came to the dreaded bra shopping. This place has lots of nursing bra options!

Ok.. so I’m going to start on a positive: there clothes are great. Great quality, fits great, different colors and very diverse sizes. Now I came to the Orem location Wednesday the 26 of November at around 6. The one and only lady working there didn’t greet My husband and I, then she didn’t ask if we were looking for anything. ( which yes I was. I was looking for help with sizing this being our first child I was unaware) my husband and I are quite young but we live in Utah lady... being pregnant at 20 is not uncommon. I feel like my service was based on our age and how large I was ( or wasn’t) I feel like if your going to work at a maternity store you should at least act like you don’t care about that stuff. I was very upset with my experience here and I really hope someone is talked to about it. I have heard target has a great selection of maternity clothes that I will go to next because I WILL NOT support a company that lets their employees act and talk to customers the way I was treated. She would barely look at me, barely speak to me. Women come in this store already feeling to big or to small, or this and that. And we DONT need to feel like worst by an employee.FOR MANAGEMENT: she was tall, long brown hair.

Great clothes for pregnancy and nursing. Get on their e-mail list though because they have lots of deals and specials so you shouldnt ever have to pay full price.

The employee was sweet and helpful. They were having a great sale on nursing bras and I was able to get four!

First time getting Maternity clothes, the employees completely ignored me when I went to ask questions about the right size I should get. Ended up buying a flannel, but the customer service is horrendous. They wanted me out of the store asap so they could go back to gossiping. Will not be going back.

My husband and I went there tonight and were super impressed with the customer service. We went in when there was 10 minutes until closing time, not really expecting to look around much, but I ended up having questions about the bras. McKenna was so eager to help out! She sized me and grabbed four different styles for me to try on, in two different sizes per style. She had great advice and was super knowledgeable about everything I had questions or concerns about. She said not to even feel rushed or obligated to leave right away, even though they were closing shortly. She politely referred to me by name throughout our entire in-store experience, asking me how I was doing while in the fitting room, and answering any and all of my questions. I will be going back.

This place has the best nursing bras. I was so uncomfortable with the bras I had before and they were the wrong size and making my back hurt. All my problems were solved at motherhood :-)

We ended up going as they were having a store closing sale

I hate shopping here. Operations and processes are archaic. Their systems are a mess, you cant just purchase an item like a normal store. They want to know your life story and every piece of sensitive, personal information you are willing to fork over before they will sell you anything. It takes WAY too long to checkout. Good luck trying to return anything. FYI, you can find the same clothes at many department stores, without the hassle. Although, I dont think their clothes are anything special.

Kinda pricey, but not too bad of place to get these types of clothing. The saleswomen was very knowing of her product.

Cute styles, decent variety, but overpriced. 4 stars instead of 3 because they carry so many bra sizes that no other physical store does!

Employees arent trained at all. Cant even load gift cards. Had to leave empty handed.
