Pro Signs met with us and created a number of different proofs for us to choose from and we are very happy with the final results. Fantastic Design, Professional Service! I recently got window graphics on the back three windows of my car through Pro Signs for my dog training business, Wasatch Canine Camp. I am extremely pleased with the outcome of the design and how quickly it was designed and installed on my car. For the quality of the service, Pro Signs prices are extremely reasonable. DISHONEST. Their crew dropped a tool through our glass door. They wanted to use cheaper glass to replace our door, but we refused. We insisted on putting the same quality of glass back in that we had before they broke it. Then they refused to put tint on our glass door--which we originally had. They are blaming it on us, saying if we had let them use the company of their choice to replace the glass, the tinting would have been done. I have spoken with both Fabricio and Fernando and both of them keep telling me its now my fault that I insisted on having a quality company replace the broken glass, and therefore they flat out refuse to put tint on. They even question my integrity, saying maybe I didnt have the tint on there to begin with. Completely unprofessional. They tell me they will be at a loss on the job. Well, its not my fault their crew broke my glass. I dont care if they are at a loss--its their issue they need to fix it. I now have to spend another $100 to re-tint my window because they refuse to pay.
