I am so very pleased with my sunroom! The entire experience was great. Steve and his team are impressive. Every single person I interacted with was professional, timely, honest, and the kind of people you feel comfortable having in your home. I would recommend this to anyone! I love my space. I love the natural light and the quality of material. It was the perfect addition!

Dont go to any other company, if you want your sunroom done with best materials, professionals and excellent value for the money. Steve Anderson is the best. His team Payden and the others are friendly, competent, go the extra mile, detail oriented, everything you want to feel good about in making this investment. Steve and the manufacture stand behind theyre materials and work. Steve and crew have come back to adjust and fix little things, several times after finishing in February 2021. I made a mistake as to which door I wanted to use as an exit. All the hardware was in place. I asked them to switch it. They did. Didnt charge extra. Very considerate. They will be there when they say they will. You will understand why everyone on this website has only excellent things to say, after you work with Steve and crew. I would and have recommended Steve to neighbors. Steve has close to 30 years in this business. Dont waste your time looking for anyone else.

Payden frequently checked in with me for my approval on my project, never acting annoyed or frustrated when I made major changes to the plan in the middle of my project. Utah Sunrooms created the most beautiful room in our house! We had a large deck that was too hot to enjoy on sunny afternoons. Steve and his crew came and made a BEAUTIFUL sunroom for us that we use as our office. One of the things we most appreciated was how they addressed every question we had and worked on every little detail until we were 100 percent satisfied. And we are 100 percent satisfied. It has modernized our home and everyone who sees it loves it!

We used Utah Sunrooms for our sunroom addition last year, and it is the best thing weve ever done. We did a main level remodel at the same time and worked with several contractors, Utah Sunrooms was by far the easiest and most professional to work with. They came when they said they would, worked hard, and stuck to the bid/budget....which never happens. :/We highly recommend adding a sunroom and using this company. A sunroom provides such great experiences to watch all weather changes while staying comfortable...it is honestly the favorite room in the house.Thumbs up!
