Didnt have the beverage I wanted, they didnt care what I wanted, 3 clerks came at me from 3 directions to escort me out of the store. Funny experience. Will never shop here again. I have to give them a two star rating for fast customer service and a clean well organized store!

Very nice place to eat I would have liked a little more food but they share it amongst the people will you sit at the top with their for my daughters birth date everything was great the drinks were good the food was good a little pricey but its not where you go every week

Horrible prices and staff knowledge is suspect!Go to Jacksons in Lafayette for great prices and a actual Sommelier in the house! Joe is a great wine buyer and ask for Bill for Italian wines!Great price on there Turnbull Cabernet also!

Well organized and stocked BevMo. First time in this store in Orinda. Large signs stating what liquors and wine aisles contained. Young woman at the check out was helpful. This store is not as big as the one located in Jack London Square in Oakland, but if it is great brands youre looking for, theyre in this store in Orinda!

People seem to like it. Big store, large selection, helpful people but I rarely shop here. Just dont consume that much alcohol.

As I approached the entrance, there was some pathetic waste of life employee who told me that the store closed to walk-ins. He didnt even apologize for turning me away. Since thats how this degenerate company wants to do things, then Im taking my money elsewhere, from now on.

Pleasant floor staff and no wait time. The selection of beers for my taste is run of the mill.

Great Selection!First off, they have a very good selection of everything and much bigger than the one in Lafayette. Also, whoever selects the snacks is a snacking genius and its worth going just for them. Liquor is priced very well. Wine is priced moderately if you buy the right thing but the large selection is the real draw. I would give 5 stars if the beer was priced a bit lower, since going here is a tad out of the if you dont live in Orinda itself. You wont save or lose money compared to a supermarket on beer but the selection is probably about 5 or 6 times better than anywhere else and they stock all sorts of great imports!

I like this bevmo more than others. They have what you want in stocks and customer service is great.

They have a lot of selections of fizzy Waters which I actually show up for believe it or not. I also like the candy selection they have is a little bit interesting and not your average.

Friendly service from Marie, the cashier, and very easy to find everything I needed, but BevMo is kind of a last resort for me now. I live near the BevMos over in Walnut Creek, not far from Total wine in Pleasant Hill with its awesome deals, so I only ran into this location for an emergency refill of beers and ice during a softball tournament. $5 for a small bag of ice is about right (unless youre at Costco), but $18 for an 18 pack of Bud Light? Cans?! Wow.

We like this location because it is well-stocked, has knowledgeable staff, has great parking, and is near a couple of good restaurants.

Staff is friendly. Selection of wines is generally good. I find they dont have the highest quality stuff, but I admit this is a very subjective comment.
