Great customer service, very friendly and professional staff!

Today I waited 15 minutes to get a receipt for shipping. I had a package with a prepaid label ready to go, but could not drop off without proof. This is the longest Ive waited here. There appeared to be only one person working.

Had a really awful experience here. Walk in and the guy working there is just hanging out talking to his friend on the phone. I waited for like 5 minutes. Oh, one of his friends was like hanging out in the store too. He was extremely rude and not friendly. He had this weird condescending attitude like I was wasting his time by being there. Im pretty much sure he over charged me, by a Lot too. Ill never go back to this place. Today I drove out to Walnut Creek and used UPS instead. They were great. Super friendly and helpful, and it cost less to send a bigger box. Im going there from now on.

You can find one of the most inexperienced and unkind staffs from this store. It can easily take 20 minutes to just drop off your package ready to ship, and it seems to take a lot longer for customers who look Asian.

This location is honestly equipped with employees who literally get overwhelmed when you walk into the store and communicate that you want to ship a package. They almost look to find any excuse for you to leave so they dont have to do any work. The employees at this store rival the inept group of employees at Safeway right across the street.

Got great help with using their computer and with shipping

The Orinda Village Kinkos/FedEx office is very conveniently located and although they have the typical personnel turnover as more experienced people get transferred and other people take their place, we do a very large volume of business through them and they always are cooperative, professional, friendly, and helpful. Great place to pack, ship, print, and buy supplies.
