Just yesterday, I got my hair done by Maria. I asked for an updo ponytail since I was going to a wedding as a bridesmaid and I absolutely LOVED it! Maria was very sweet and did such an amazing job. She didn’t even have to look at the picture and still managed to do great. The lady at the front desk was also very sweet (I forgot her name). Highly recommend!

I am extremely satisfied with the service provided. Carmenia was flexible and considerate towards my limited availability. She took me in regardless of not feeling well that day and gave me her 100%, as well as her undivided attention. The hair treatment turned out amazing. JCPenny is known for their pricy services, however receiving great care and service makes it worth it! I would definitely recommend Carmenia as a chemical hair treatment specialist. She uses high quality products and equipment, which, trust me, are hard to find; gives you recommendations on treatment options depending on your hair type and desirable outcome, and she is not pushy towards convincing clients to buy extra products. Definitely recommend and definitely 5 stars!

This salon is so unprofessional, karmania did my keratin and it didnt work 300 down the drain. Not only that we got a refund, once i told her what kertain they used the manager just said keratin complex. This is unprofessional, because their is other types of keratin complex. How you gonna run a salon without knowing products or missing a step?.

Ruben is awesome - best hairstylist Ive ever had. Ive also had a few haircuts with Jenine and I recommend her as well. Everyone here is professional and friendly.

The Hair Stylist, Javonte, is extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate. How do you forget to book your appointments? Incompetence? This happened to me twice! The first time he still did my hair because he was not busy. However, the 2nd time he didnt even attempt to accommodate me although I made the appointment over 2 weeks in advance and it was his error. Please keep in mind, I just taken my sew-in out. There is a name for these type of folk, but I will remain respectful.

Great hair salon have been coming here for a long time. Nicely remodeled in the last year.I highly reccomend Jerry, he is very professional and takes his time. No salon Ive been to in the past takes the time like he does.

Went to get a perm this Sunday and ended up with a really bad job. Jerry the guy that I was scheduled with wanted to talk me out of the perm. I showed him what I wanted with a picture on my phone, which were large curls. He looked as if he didnt know what to do. he applied the solution on once my hair was in the curlers and then washed it out 5 minutes later. My daughter was getting a perm at the same time by another person there and the person left the solution more time. I paid over $100 for frizzy hair and at the back of my head I have some placed where the perm did not take. Im so disappointed and embarrassed to go out with my hair down. wearing my hair in a pony tail or bun until time passes and I can go somewhere else to try and get it fixed.

I am too scared to go there. The stylists pry into my life and business, and criticize me if they dont like what they hear. Gina is very opinionated and makes me feel stressed when i talk to her. She freaked out when I wanted my hair shorter in a negative way.

I’d have to say that the woman who greeted us was quite rude. She was very much impatient in attending us ( 4 of us)while there was clearly no one at the salon. I’d also have to add that the place was not one bit welcoming. When we where “greeted” we didn’t get any sort of welcoming but if anything an invitation to leave with the tone of her voice.

Latrice (I think I spelt that right) did my hair a few nights ago and she did it SPOT ON. I dont think that I could have walked out of there any happier! Definitely worth the money. It came out beautifully. Would 100% recommend.

HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED.! I am so disappointed to start with I went in last weekend ask for a curly perm with one of the “masters”, ended up with wavy hair that by the end of the day turns flat. My mom also went for a perm but wavy and she got a senior her hair turned out curly and her hair is not falling out as mine is. The worst part is that they burned off my edges on right side they’re literally just hair stubs now. My hair is continuing to break off it’s depressing I had silk thic strong hair now it’s burned and weak. I called and they suggested to come in so they can fix it but I just was my money back I never want my hair touched by this place ever again.! HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED
