My husband and I own a sleep number bed that we purchased a year ago. It’s awesome, no complaints. I just bought sheets online and brought them in to exchange them because I bought the wrong size. When I called the gentleman was very nice and asked if I could come the next day because they were very busy. I asked if they had the sheets I wanted and he said yes. I asked him if he could hold a set for me and he said there were two and not likely to sell out as it was later in the day.When I arrived the next day the sales lady seemed mildly annoyed that I brought them there and told me I should have done it online. She started to help me and then left to help a newly arrived customer. The next employee basically told me that they work on commission and the first sales lady didn’t want to miss out on a possible sale so they rotate. She said they don’t make any $$ off of the exchange of sheets and if another customer came in someone else would have to finish the transaction because it was her turn in the rotation.She was not trying to be rude and helped us but the bed we bought last year was $10,000. I was trying to exchange $300 sheets and was made to feel like I was just an inconvenience. After all of that I was told they didn’t have the sheets I wanted in-store… she said they must have sold out. 🤦🏻‍♀️While I do love my bed I wasn’t too impressed with this interaction.

Salesman Kameron provided excellent customer service without the high pressure (or upsell). The show room was clean & comfortable.

My husband and I had a great experience at the Sleep Number store in Orland Park, IL, and we are looking forward to the delivery this week of our new Sleep Number bed. Our salesman, Kevin, was extremely helpful and answered our myriad of questions. He helped guide us to the number that would best suit our needs.

I had the best salesperson I ever had in life. Kameron answered all my questions. His attitude was great, if he didnt know answers to a question I had, he found out.

Jeff was absolutely amazing. He is very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. He even was extremely patient with our two year old lol. He helped us get the best bang for our buck. We definitely will recommend him to all our friends and family. We can’t wait for our new bed to come! Thank you so much!

The Orland store was hard to find because of the directions on Google. But we were able to find it. My husband and I was just plan on browsing for prices and make a purchase for early next year. However, when we walk in, we was approach by Mr Dan who was very friendly and helpful. We told him we were just wanted some prices for a King size bed. We laid on a couple of beds and Dan adjust it to our comfort .My husband has severe back problems and he notice the difference right away. To top it off, Sleep Number had a huge sale going on. We couldnt passed up the offer, we were at the right place at the right time and made the purchase. This is our first time ever visiting the store. Thank goodness for the tv commercial. We are excited and cant wait to get our new bed. Mr. Dan was very thorough and told us everything we needed to know including the warranty.

A HUGE shout out to Dan, our salesperson at Sleep Number. My mom and I went in to buy her a bed with the FlexFit base so it would be easier for her to get in and out of bed. Dan was never pushy and was super pleasant, helpful, and patient. Thanks, Dan!

The salesman, Sam, educated us on the different Sleep Number beds and options. Sam anwered all of our questions. He then wrote up a quote for the level of bed & options we wanted. Sam gave us time to talk privately before we made the decision to buy a bed. We did not purchase the mattress pad for $299.00 (yes almost $300.00) or the bed remote for $39.00 (we put the app on our phones). We had these two things from the quote. We never felt pressured to buy the bed. We were there for about 90 minutes.

Have slept on their mattress for 22 years and no complaints. Just purchased a new one and sales rep was efficient, well informed and very pleasant to work with.

Dont bother coming in if you arent serious about buying a new mattress. The sales staff were acceptably pushy but very knowledgeable. An effort was made to keep the place hygienic.

Went there to do a review on a piece of merchandise and the sales assistants were so nice and helpful in helping me with what I needed to do

Love our sleep number .. both hubs and I can have the softness we need and live .. we also have a bed warmer/chiller that we have only found there . So if I need it cold and he needs warm we r set

Good marketing help with great sleeping options but quite expensive from$1300 to $5000 range. As with every mattress company I have researched, their guarantee is a joke. With them their 25 year guarantee gives somewhat iffy coverage for about 3 years. I expected better.

Went in to get info and ended up walking out as a proud new owner of an expensive bed. Staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. Left knowing I made a great purchase.

Salesperson was not pushy explained our questions well merchandise was as advertised !
