Colleen and her employees were all so friendly and helpful! The Orland Park, IL location is the best. They were well stocked, the store is clean, and they were all knowledgeable and super nice!

I love shopping at our local Yankee Candle shop in Orland Park. Besides all the beautiful candles & sizes to choose from, I appreciate the Sales that are always available! Your sales personnel are polite and very helpful, especially Evette who helped us find exactly what we were looking for, and where it was located. I had a wonderful time shopping at this location! Especially since an employee was so eager to help me find a gift for my mother’s birthday. Young lady named Alicia was wonderful, took her time and explained everything to me about the candle and what I was purchasing. Great conversation. Great smiles. And she also kept me laughing lol. Very disappointed!! No fall or winter plug in refills, only 3 boxes of tealights in the entire store!! I usually love going there.
