This store has the BEST customer service. I had ordered an arrangement for my Aunt for her birthday and it turned out she wasn’t going to be home when it was supposed to be delivered. So the manager was able to change the deliver to a different town that was outside of her delivery range. It was so sweet of her to do. This was my aunts first birthday since her dad my grandpa passed away and it helped make her day extra special. Thank you for all you do! Keep up the amazing customer service!

I have ordered both carry-outs and deliveries from this Edible store and always been extremely pleased with the quality of the service and the very attractive and delicious arrangements they produce and deliver. The staff is consistently very helpful and professional.I have learned that, at holidays, it is helpful to order a few days or a week in advance, because I gather they get a lot of demand. For me, and for my family, if they are anywhere near Orland Park, this is a store I highly recommend.

They treat every order with the utmost care and respect.Not only were my orders fufilled under a quick turnaround, but the delivery driver, Adam, went above and beyond to safely deliver the Arrangements. When one of my recipients was unavailable, Adam was willing to deliver to a new location without hesitation, without conditions. And I was kept informed throughout his route. Plus my recipients loved their beauitful Bouquets!Thank you to everyone for this extraordinary expereince start to finish. Edibles in Orland Park is the ONLY edible arrangements I will purchase from. The management really cares about their customers & their staff is awesome. I had an arrangement made for my sister for her birthday (50th)....it was beyond beautiful & the fruit was so sweet, it made my sisters entire day.

Someone bought me an arrangement while I was out of town on a trip and the staff went above and beyond to remake it for when I came back and it was honestly pretty cool looking! Reminder I was gone for two weeks and they still made sure I was satisfied

My son bought me an arrangement that was $110. Total waste of money, they didn’t not give chocolate covered strawberries that he paid extra for. They put some pink stuff on a few of the strawberries that literally where soggy and non edible. The other fruit was hard. Had to throw it away. Never buying from this company again and will tell others not to as well.

Extremely nice staff with wonderful customer service. I called to send a delivery to my friend for their loss of their Mother and the staff there were so nice and helpful. They were very sympathetic to me during this time and were very patient with me. The arrangement was absolutely fresh and amazing. I will definitely order again.

The workers here are very sweet and helpful. They are always welcoming. Forgot who I spoke to on the phone, but she had helped me pick out an arrangement for my niece for her surgery. I am very happy with all they options she has offered me and I love how I can personalize it and make it my own. Very satisfied with the quality and look of the arrangement. Definitely will shop here again! Worth every penny!!

Horrible customer service. Ordered for my mother in-laws birthday. She got covid and went the er called first thing in the morning to see if we can cancel or postpone delivery. The lady that answered the phone phone was rude and didnt care then I asked for a manager then that lady told me the same thing we its already made. The second lady said she was the owner. We will never order from here again

Amazing had the chocolate covered strawberries amazing.

Husband ordered a fruit platter on a Saturday that had mold on it and strawberries were not fresh,tried to return it and they said I had to wait until Monday for manager. Spoke to manager and she said it was still edible and that they could give me new grapes. 😒😒😒

The arrangement that was sent was awesome and the recipient said that the fruit was amazing. Also, they make the online ordering experience very easy.

I ordered online from this Orland Park Edible Arrangements for a reception after a funeral. The service was great! They called to tell me no one was home and none of the neighbors were comfortable accepting the fruit. They went back and re-delivered once everyone arrived. I think that is great service. They called me to let me know both times what was happening. I received notes from at least 3 family members letting me know what a big hit the fruit was at the reception! We couldn’t be there, but the delicious gift let everyone know we were thinking of them! Dana K.

Wish I could give this location zero stars. As the customer service was absolutely horrible. I dealt with a woman named Amber and she clearly is not a people person. I called to check the status on a delivery I requested the day before as I received an update that my order had gone out on the truck for delivery about 9a-ish. And according to Amber I was incorrect because it went out at 11a.... okay great to hear that as your tracking info on the website gave me incorrect information. Oppose to helping me resolve the issue she just tells me its on the truck and nothing else she can do... if there really is nothing else you can do this is not something you tell your customer. You always find a solution and sympathize with your customer especially if we are spending a good dollar amount on fruit! I will be contacting corporate.

Glad I placed my order online, called to ask a question and the lady that answered was really rude. If your not a people person you shouldnt work in this type of field. Her attitude was horrible will not be ordering from this location again due to the unprofessionalism of the employee.

Do yourself a favor dont order for delivery, I order a beautiful arrangement for my husbands birthday to surprise him and he end up picking up the order 😂, the delivery person call wen she was in front of the house, and they said will deliver the next day😡So disappointed never again.

I had a free 12 piece dipped fruits which I can only redeem at the store. I went in to place an order for my free edible arrangements and the girl was super friendly and nice. She said they make them fresh so itll take about 20 mins. So I said Ill wait in the car. I pointed to my car and after 20 mins, she actually walked it out to me while I was sitting in my car reading my book. They look absolutely beautiful and she was so nice to bring it out to me!!! Pleasantly surprised at the service! 🍍🍏🍓
