I have literally never been here but it keeps popping up on my places to review so here i am getting this boi out of the way. What can I say, its Von Maur. I pass by it on my way to the places I actually want to go to. Always looks full of mall stuff and mall shoppers. Seems like a place people like to shop at. Not me though. But maybe if I were to give it a try I might like it. But I wont. Because I got other places I actually want to be at. 5 stars bro.

Fist time ever in this store. I was very impressed with the quality merchandise, free shipping and gift wrap. People were available to help and were informative about merchandise. Just a little pricey but worth it. My new favorite store !

It was okay, service was okay. The shoes I purchased were nice and was the last pair which was also the display shoes. I jokingly asked were there discounts on display shoes and she said no!

Like the other Von Maurs in the Chicagoland area this is the place to shop. Quality goods a lot of times on sale, quality service and free gift wrapping too! Give this store a try!

I mich prefer Nordstroms for the variety and quality of the merchandise. As for the salespeople, our experience at the Orland Park store was underwhelming to put it nicely. The sales associate in Petites was quite rude to my 86 year old mother, who had to ask the woman three times for the total price when purchasing, before she was acknowledged. She wanted to give her change so that she could get an even dollar in return, but the sales associate refused, saying she had already put it into the system. Another associate even asked her to just take the change from my mother, but she absolutely refused. What made me angry is her irritation started when having to deal with an elderly woman, instead of being kind and patient. Plus, she was not masked indoors when a state mandate was in place and the Delta variant was raging. I will not be shopping here again.

Beautiful store, great prices and they have their own credit card company so they never charge interest on charged items. They have wonderful employees and they still gift 🎁 wrap for no charge....like things used to be at all the stores but Von Maur still offers extra niceties. I was at the Orland Park store.

Great help when I needed it, They helped Grandpa pick a dress, sweater and shoes for the Daddy-Daughter Dance!

Great Kids shoe department!

First time shopping here and I really liked all of my purchases. As a curvy gal with long legs, shopping is usually a travesty in themaking, but I found plenty of pants that fit, some awesome tops, and feel ready for spring. Its a pricey spot, to be sure, but its worth the value.

Much more impressed with Oak Brook store. This store has low inventory, no plus petites, snack bar is nothing busy candy, and the list continues. Very disappointing.

Salesperson was more than just helpful, she was pleasant and made our first time visit very comfortable and enjoyable.

I love their clothing selection --very diverse. Can be a bit pricey. I tend to stick to the sale racks, but if you hunt a little youll always find something nice.

Every section of the store has its own register for transactions. The staff were so friendly as they each greeted me on my way through. They did not bombard me and question my shopping experience when something caught my eye. Just sent me a friendly smile as if to say im here if you need me.

Bought a lovely dress there for my sons wedding and they did a beautiful job altering the hem. I met some helpful friendly employees.

Nice place to shop but its to expensive for me

First time at the new store at Orland Mall, it is gorgeous, and staff is very helpful and available.Also, went to MRS. FIELDS in the mallwhere, Emani, was super helpful as we placed our order. She was the only person working there, but she handled everything very efficiently!

THIS PLACE HAS SOME BEAUTIFUL ITEMS AND COMFORTABLE SHOES, CHECK THE JEWELRY OUT.

This is my absolute favorite place to shop at! It is the classiest store left at Orland Mall, and definitely the best Von Maur I have ever visited! They always have great selections, friendly staff, and a clean and gorgeous environment. What more could a girl ask for? Even my boyfriend loves coming here!

Upscale feeling store. I love that the purchases are wrapped in tissue paper and sealed with a foil sticker. The client service team made me feel Im a valuable customer. I didnt have to go all over the place looking for someone to help me.

The women shoes are unique and distinguished.

Von Maur is a great place to shop. A bit on the pricey side, but from time to time, they also have pretty good sales.

Von Maur is not what it use to be. Now its a $2.00 fee if you order. At Christmas time Von Maur wouldnt ship. I live more than 150 miles from their closest store. Now you cant return anything.

The store is fabulous and the staff is even better.

During Covid times ...their shelves were full. Product was easy to find and displayed neatly. Very in-stock compared to others stores in the Covid Christmas season.

This place has the CLEANEST public washroom that Ive seen!

I was there today 4/5/21 not yesterday...this store has beautiful clothes and shoes for everyone its a pleasure to shop there I strongly recommend it.

I didnt know there were still local dept stores with knowledgeable and helpful clerksto assist. I also love added perks of free gift wrapping and no interest charge cards. Von Maur has lured me back to mall shopping.

I’m loving the attention and service from the sales team!! Reminds me of the old days when I would make a day of going to Marshall Fields with friends and/or family and have so much fun seeing what’s new and not needing anything in particular but always finding something I loved for a long time! If your looking for high end clothes then definitely go here. I admit I didnt know what to expect when I went in this store, but when I went in I was pleased! There were alot of brand names clothes that I didnt expect to see in there. I saw louie v purses for women to movado watches for men so over all there very well rounded!

The Orland Park location is such a disappointment. I have always traveled to Yorktown and will continue to take the long drive to that location. The Orland Park location was lacking in so many areas. The customer service that I have come to know and love at Von Maur was absent. The cashiers I encountered (3 total) all were quiet, didnt make much eye contact, and had no idea how to box my items. A simple robe took over 5 minutes to put in a box. A little glass bowl I bought was not packaged well and Im fearful it will break. I was also disappointed with the selection of items in their gift section and the shoe selection wasnt great either. I was so happy to have my favorite store close to home, but now am so bummed that it fell so short of my expectations. I recommend they spend a significant amount of time training their employees how to package gifts in a timely manner, along with overall customer service.
