The best bath bombs you will ever purchase! The scent of all bath bombs are very invigorating and strong! Colors are always vibrant as well! Ive tried others and none will love up to LUSH bath bombs.. Your skin and senses will thank you. Plus the staff in this store are always so welcoming and sweet!

I was very pleasantly surprised walking into lush! Employee there named Brittany absolutely amazing! Patiently walked me through and explained everything to me. Gave great recommendations. Britneys awesome

First I love their products. Just left there and was very unhappy with the sale girl. She gave me two samples to smell so I took my mask down to smell them and she ran over and told me I had to keep my mask on even if there are no customers in store. I said I was smelling theses and put my mask back on right away. She continued to tell me I had to have it on at all times. I always wear my mask. How can you smell the samples without pulling your mask down. Im all for safety but she needs to chill out. I thought about just walking out but we drove all this way to get this product.

Today was my very first visit to any Lush location. My sister and I drove about 20 min to specifically go to the mall for lush products. At first we thought they lied about having one in the mall. We decided to shop around disappointed and as it turned out they had moved to the other side! Brittany made our experience absolutely amazing!! She helped us both find everything we wanted and had an answer for any question we could have. I went in for 1 thing and i ended up buying like 10!! I couldnt help but want to buy the entire store. I will be back MUCH sooner than originally planned! 😁

I want them all! But sometimes money becomes an issue. The ladies here are SO FUN! They have the best attitudes. ALL OF THEM. They take the time out to make sure you get the right product for you and they are super adorable and sweet. Why isn’t customer service like this everywhere . I mean they have my business for sure. They had a lot of nice sent and hand soaps. Everything was all natural and one of a kind. The only down side was that the sample we were given had gone moldy in a span of a few days. I wish someone had told us it would go bad so quickly as we never got the chance to use it.

Very nice store. 10 year old daughter had a blast trying all the different skin items. I bought the lemon pot lotion and it is way better then any other lotion I have tried. You hold it and it melts. The reason for the 4 stars is the prices are just outrageous. I guess you have to spend for the best.

I went there with a dear friend, the scents were a little MUCH for me, they seem to sale alot of products.

Soap that is moldable and feels like clay,glitter bath bombs, adorable names,great ingredients, i love that you can break a piece off an use that. Product goes a long way. I love thee energetic team! They do not fail to satisfy with their knowledge about the products (which they have a huge selection of). They are also willing to let me try any products to make sure Im happy with it before I buy it! Their butter bath bomb is awesome and cheap! Loved their toothy tablets and lip sugar scrub as well! Cannot wait to visit again!

I went into the store today after not being in one for a good 6-8 months. Emma was so nice and did not hesitate to answer all my questions. She was very knowledgeable and I left feeling so uplifted due to her smile and spirit.

I went there with my daughters and it was okay but Ive had better arching done. The process felt rushed and I wished the look of our brows was a bit more polished. Not sure if well be back but the lady that did our eyebrows was very kind and friendly.

I love their products and if you need help find their supervisor Brittney. She was so knowledgeable and nice. I could tell she really cared about her job. If I go back there I hope she is working.

Updating this review because this weekend was such a great example of why I love Lush and their employees. I live kind of far away and when I got home I realized that I was missing two bath oils. I had a big bag of christmas presents but the oils I picked for me were nowhere to be found! !😫I was pretty bummed so I called and they said they had them off to the side for me to pick up. I made the trek back down there the next day and picked them up and when I got home I found a surprise- an extra Christmas-exclusive oil tucked away! Im so excited to try my new bath oil! Thank you Lush!😀

I dont normally write reviews, but I felt the need to write this one. I walked into a lush store to try and find a lotion my wife liked. I had never been in the store before, and was a little lost. That was until Chloe found me. She was amazing! She helped me find the Helping Hands lotion, and introduced me to bath bombs for my daughters. Now weve been back 3 times. The service and the products are top notch. Must Try!

Super cool shop with all handmade natural products. Friendly and informative staff. Lots to look at, smell and try. Everything from soaps and lotions to shampoo bars and bath bombs.

It has good products and is well worth your money, it just overwhelms my senses quickly.

I drove all the way out here only to find that theyre randomly closed.They had a sign up saying open at 3, they came to the door at 3 and said now were opening at 4. What business does this?

I just tried American Cream conditioner and did not think much of it while using it in the shower but when I brushed my hair and felt it.or was so soft especially my ends which is crazy because they are in such bad condition.I also got a powder deodorant and it works and a serum was so nice.will definitely which to Lush products.

I love all of their products everything from bar soaps to skin care. Aside from their great products they have exceptional customer service everyone is very friendly and employees are always looking to help you and guide you to pick out the best products!

These products are fantastic! And the employees are very knowledgeable and helpful. Im a convert! If you love natural skincare products, you should check this place out. The products are a little pricey, but they will last a long time.

The shop was super busy, it was the day after xmas so its to be expected. This was my first time going to shop at Orland, I thought it would be easier to navigate in comparison to the one inside Macys which is cramped and then add ppl and its not a great experience.My gripe about the buy 1 get 1 free sale is they have a cluster of bath bombs towards the front which all appear to have the sale stickers, so I pick a few of them up and head to the register. Of the 6 varieties I picked (12 total) only 1 set was on sale. Cmon now

First time visiting luch. Lisa, from orland store was very helpful with all my needs. I have dry skin and lots of questions and she never seemed annoyed. Everthing she recommend for my body, face and lips, she was dead on. Used all products later that day and the fragrance lasted, body and face felt smooth. They have a loyal customer.

I went recently with my significant other and our mutual friend (both men) to look around. Both my partner and I have never been to any Lush store, but I have heard so much about the lovely products and was excited to see what they had to offer. We were all greeted as soon as we walked in with the attendant telling us about their new hair products offered, including their new solid shampoo. I was eager to see-- Not only is my hair thick, its almost a yard long. To my disappointment, the woman only talked to my companions, demonstrating the bar used to tame flyaways, offering her hand to each of them in turn to smell it. She did not look at me or let me smell it. Initially so excited, I decided not to even bother, considering I was apparently invisible. The attendants were cordial and helpful to my companions, but did not pay much mind to me at all (considering how much hair I have, I thought I wouldve been seen as an easy sell).
