This is my first time using Window Works for new window installation. David Josephs is my sales representative, and Id highly recommend him to anyone in the South Chicago suburbs looking for new windows. He was prompt, polite, professional and very knowledgeable about his products. He was able to help us with our window selection and offered various approaches to replacing 21 windows in my house. The price was better than I was expecting, and even with a 10-12 week lag due to covid his team is the best option at the best price.

I called in for my income property. They transferred me to the rental department, the representative Adam Moore got me an in-house price over the phone. At first, I was skeptical but he suggested I look around to compare prices. Then I realized how good of a price window works got me. I called him back and 4 days later there was a measure tech out. 4 weeks later they installed my 22 windows which came out beautifully. I would highly recommend window works!

Overall great experience with this company and their products. This installation was for our bedroom windows and a patio sliding door. A few years ago we had installed windows in our living & dining room and were very pleased with the results so we had them back to finish up the house.The sales person who came to our house was very knowledgeable and able to work with our budget to get us the windows in all the areas we needed. Our rep, Michelle, was great and communicated throughout the process regarding any status updates. Also, she was able to answer all questions that we had immediately. Finally, the installation crew was very efficient and clean during the install.

When I bought my home, I was delighted to hear the windows had a Lifetime Warranty with Window Works. The bottom plastic part of my large front window was starting to warp (normal wear and tear), so I scheduled an appointment with my dedicated concierge, Kasey to have someone come out and look at the issue. Everything with my window check-up was perfect! Hector was professional and friendly and able to fix our concern right away. Upon completion, Kasey followed up just to ensure all went great. I truly appreciate this companys dedication to their customers and continual communication, as this is my second experience with Window Works and I will continue to utilize and recommend them moving forward!

Our sliding glass door was not locking properly all the time. I called Kasey at Window Works since we have a lifetime warranty. She was very helpful and sent a Tech out quickly to fix our issue. The tech Paul was very professional and was able to fix the lock. He also went above and beyond by oiling the sliding part of the door. He also took the time to explain how the lock works and if I had any other issues please do not hesitate to contact them. I appreciate both what Kasey and Paul did to fix our issue and the did it in a professional and timely manner. We had 3 sliding doors and 3 widows replaced in January 2020. The install was done in one day and they did great job. In June I noticed a small issue with a lock and a screen was torn. The WindowWorks team was present at a local craft fair. Very personable! Set me up with an inspection within 5 days. Dominic was a very informative sales rep. Did his work fast and measured accurately 17 windows. We did our research prior (1year) to hearing about the cost of new installs. We came to an agreement within a few hours. Truth be told the quality is well put together and we are excited to have new windows installed in two days. A mid December contract all completed by March1. Excited about easy lifting, no draft, insulated from cold windows, with hinged perks for easy cleaning! Vladimir was a perfect last touch to our experience. We had a critter rip up a sceen in the window well after 1 week and he reinforced it with a perfect repair right away. The company is aimed to please! Paul was the installer that came to touch up after the initial install. He completed the work quickly and accurately, and made sure I knew how to operate the sliding door. Michele called back 3 times before she was able to get hold of me to make sure everything was now okay. Great followup.

We were pleased with the installation process of our new door. The crew members arrived on time and did a great job. We noticed an issue with the paint peeling on the inside of our door within 2 weeks after installation. Window works took care of the issue right away and sent Paul out to fix it. For starters Henry sold me on the job. I had talked to about 3 other companies prior. He was a very professional salesman. He was very patient & explained everything in detail and left no stone unturned. He answered every question I had in detail. And when the windows were delivered & installed it was just as he had explained them. Im very satisfied with the job that was done. The workers were efficient. It was snowing out and they didnt even leave a trail in my house. There was one window that was cracked during the initial installation and it was ordered & replaced as promised. Placed order, then everything shut down due to COVID 19 including Windows Works for the safety of their employees. Even thou we knew of the delay, we still received updated calls, reassuring us that as soon as they opened we would get scheduled. The two gentlemen where very professional and good at what they did. They also cleaned up during and after installation. I choose to paint my own window and casing and when I did that yesterday I noticed that there is a large hole under the bottom casing which I will have to till.(The carpenters cut away the old casing from the wail as to not have it ripe the wallboard and ruin existing paint) But this was not noticed by me until I went to paint and sat on the floor yesterday.Other then that they were very good and professional would recommend Window works to any for there good work

Had one of our windows pop for some reason and Window Works went right to work to fix it... no questions asked. Paul too less than an hour to make the original fix and also ordered a new piece of glass for a re-fix as the original new glass wasnt tempered and he knew the correct option was to re-do the job correctly. Called Windows works to get a quote to get my sunroom resided, and was told they were not going to give me a quote because my job is too small. They only do whole houses and nothing less. Not my fault my house is brick and a sided sunroom.

One of our windows was cracked on delivery, the installers contacted the warranty department (Michele, Dionna and Ty) at Window Works and they had another one ordered immediately. The replacement window was installed within 2 weeks, original timeline was 3 weeks. During the process the warranty group kept us up to date with the progress and timeline. After the window was installed they called back to make sure everything went well and there were no issues.Very impressed with the whole Window Works group and would definitely recommend this company!

We had our whole house done by Window Works. ( windows, doors and siding). We live by O’Hare and used to hear the planes all the time now the only way we hear them is when we have the windows open. Michele was great to work with and kept me informed and updated. They were on time and professional. I am disabled with 2 dogs and asked Michele if they could call me before they came and she had the worker call me 30 minutes before he came to the house, which gave me plenty of time. I would highly recommend them.

Recently had an issue with my Kohler walk in tub. A single call to My WindowWorks aka Comfort Baths was all it took to get the issue resolved. Michele and Angelo not only addressed the problem in a satisfactory manner, they exceeded my expectations by how quickly they were able to do so. This company has great customer service. I called years some after the installation for some window tabs and Michelle in the warranty department was very responsive and took care of everything very quickly. I know a lot of companies that could use some lessons from this Window Works. This is why I had chosen many years ago and would definitely use them again.

Paul came in to fix our patio door, its hard to slide open and close. Paul quickly got the issue and fix it. very professional and on timely manner.

Our experience with Window Works was just great!! We had our windows installed in 2018 and we were very pleased with the windows. The windows we purchased were heat resistant. However, this summer we noticed our living room was extremely hot and called your company. Michele was great, she sent out a technician who measured the heat of the window and he determined the glass was faulty. Michele then intervened for us to have the window replaced. We received weekly updates on the order status and when we could expect delivery and installation. Dave and Paul came out last week and installed the new window. They were so courteous and NEAT! Door was not closing properly. It was hitting strike plate and frame. Window works repairer Dave came out made repairs, door working like new again. Quick response and repair. Michele gave Dave my number so he called on my cell when he was on way to my house so I didnt have to wait until they showed up. I was able to do other thinks instead of waiting at home. Michele was very nice helpful and professional on the phone setting up the work even asked me to send in pictures and video of issue.

Window Works was great and responsive. We had a new front door installed by Window Works a few years ago, and the weather-stripping was worn/torn. I called for a warranty repair, and Michele was super responsive and helpful in setting up the appointment right away. The technician came out and fixed the weather-strip, did some additional maintenance/tune-up on the storm door and front door, and then noticed that the door knob handles were worn and chipped and separately initiated a warranty repair to replace those parts as well. The service was great, and MIchele did a great job in following up to make sure everything was fixed.

Im working to completely replace all the Windows and doors in my house. Ive gotten several quotes from various companies, WindowWorks is not one of the cheapest, but I was please with the lifetime guarantee and the quality of what I saw when they came out so I chose them. Ive completed a few on the main floor and Ive been very pleased with the service that I received and the quality of the product. I recently had to call and have them come out to replace a window, they came out took a look remeasured and repaired the window in about 2 weeks. The thing I really liked was the follow-up, they sent me a text with a picture of the person who would be arriving at my home, with the way people are using all kinds of tricks to get into your home, this made me feel really safe. When the Dave Phillips arrived, he went right to the area, got the old window out and replace the new one in about 15 -20 minutes. The next day I received a follow-up call from Dionna Rios asking about my repair and if I was satisfied with the work. Im truly please with the product but more please with the service, Ive received. Ill continue to replace my windows and doors and Ill use WindowWorks until Im finished. I work in Human Resources and I interview candidates all day most days and assess customer service skills. We have been very happy with our Window Works windows and their service has always been superior.We recently noticed fogging in one of our front casement windows and called to have this looked at by a Window Works technician. We spoke with Dionna who was very helpful in setting our service appointment at our earliest convenience.Our initial service tech was Paul, who arrived on time and very quickly diagnosed our problem as a stress crack that allowed the gas to escape. He took measurements and set an appointment for two weeks later to install a replacement.Dave was the service tech that brought our replacement window on the appointed day. Her arrived earlier that promised and expertly replaced the window and also adjusted the screens on both casement units that he noticed were sagging. He also diagnosed and corrected and slight wind noise situation.All in all, the service we received has been top notch making us very happy we decided on Window Works when we replaced our windows.

Throughout my numerous questions Michele, Dionna and customer service staff remain courteous, patient and informative. The installation workers were diligent. Dave Phillips hands on explanation of product operation coupled with hand-on work completions when necessary was impressive. Without a doubt, other companies could take a page out of Window Works Costomer Service Showmanship.

Dionna and Paul were great throughout our warranty process. We had a couple of minor issues with our slider windows and they were very prompt with scheduling and accommodating our schedules. The warranty work was completely quickly and professionally.
