The line outside of this store was out the door and rhe girls that work there are more worried about closing and kept yelling that they would be closing and would not take everyone in the store. Wantwd a pair of shoes and they would not show then to us

One of the employees told me I looked fat in a dress that I wanted to buy then started telling me how bad my makeup and hair looked I’m so upset I loved shopping here but never again
Seems like a great selection of dresses are available here, for people with different tastes! The prices are also great and range anywhere from $35 - $100+ from what I saw. Granted I was not the shopper here, my wife was but she seemed happy even without finding a dress to buy.
Love this location, it’s one of the best I’ve visited with my family. It is so neat and clean. The employee on duty named Alondra was super nice and helpful, from the moment we entered we were greeted and gave us an awesome experience here. We will definitely be back!

This is one of my favorite stores and to be accused of stealing by one of the managers was the most terrible experience. I have never been accused of stealing and JABORIE who was rude from the jump should not be in the position she is in now. I was looking at shoe sizes on shoes that was on top of the shelf and seen a piece of paper fall from underneath the shoe and picked it up and put it back where I found it trying to not be trifling like some people would be and then this goofy broad walks up to me and ask me wear is the necklaces that should’ve been attached to the paper. First of all that’s not how you approach somebody and when I asked her what she was talking about she proceeds to say I just say you put it up there so where is the necklace, I said do you wanna check me and she said no I’m good and walks off long story short I didn’t receive an apology from the girl and I will be calling cooperate because I refuse to let her get away with that HORRIBLE customer service now.
The dresses are lovely and they have a variety of styles and good/reasonable prices but they dont have a lot of changing rooms so prepare to spend a lot of time waiting for one during high demand times (hoco, prom, etc)

The employees are rude. Yall need to train your employees to be less like tramps and more professional. You go to return something they tell you theres indications or wear. OBVIOUSLY YOU HAVE TO WEAR IT TO TRY IT ON. They allow you to try it on in store, if your just going to rudly assume with your customers then dont allow them to go into the dressing rooms. And then have the nerve to tell you its ripped and stretched out to me thats extremely rude, pay attention to how your dressed are before sellin then to another customer so stupid things like that dont happen..

Every one working here is rude and seem to have attitudes. One lady who works there didn’t even bother saying excuse me when she rudely bumped into trying to hang something up. Then after receiving a dirty look for it just rolls her eyes and proceeds with her work.
