Drove 30 minutes to its location in Orland Park just to read a note on the door that they are not letting any customers in the lobby for help or to purchase any supplies (Basically you are not allowed in the Lobby). Asked the extremely friendly lady that answered the door (Sarcasm) about getting my machined looked at and was told they are not helping anyone in person. I then asked her if what they have written on the door is also on the website about not seeing anyone in person and she said yes. News flash maybe you should update your website to say the same thing on the door so people dont take out 30 minutes of their day to get some kind of service at the actual location. Oh and didnt even bother to give me suggestions on the issue that I was having with my machine
While visiting the Chicago area from Canada I contacted CPAP Supplied Plus/Direct about purchasing a new mask for my machine.
