Clean store and has lots of tools even some specialty tools. The employees are very helpful.

Let me tell you something about these folks right here : this has to be the most friendly, accommodating, and genuinely helpful staff I have ever had the pleasure to deal with of all the tool/equipment supply stores Ive patroned to this date. I would only say that once in a blue moon it is difficult to get some attention. Those are not the norm and if you go find an employee the attention is direct until the issue or help needed is addressed and solved. Excellent staff, knowledgeable, very accommodating, a pleasure to shop at this location. 🤟 Keep up the good work .

Well its a good thing I went in the store. I had purchased a product online just 2 days ago and I happened to go in the store to see the same item $40 cheaper. The manager hooked it up and made sure I was refunded the difference after showing him the receipt that verified my claim.

The service at this store is terrible. 4 or 5 people working at this store & no help. Even the FedEx guy said good luck.

My husband and I had just arrived at the store this is the first time we have visited them. We went looking for a piece and as we couldnt find it, we saw an employee who was talking about pieces not only about personal matters and I told my husband, ask him. My husband says excuse me, I didnt even ask him anything when the older employee turned around and yelled loudly at him, you have to wait, I said ok and he yelled at us again in the same way. Went to the store only looking for 1 item, while I was browsing, I picked other items that I could find a use in the future. Since I couldnt find the item I was originally looking for, I called a lady to ask her where I could find that one item. She kept walking and totally ignored me. I walked to the front register were a cashier was standing with no customers, I asked him where I could find the item. He said maybe isle 12. Walked over there and I still couldnt find it. I felt neglected so I left the items I had and left the store and just decided to look for the item on Amazon instead and I did find it within seconds. There where about 5 or 6 employees and 2 or 3 customers in the whole store and yet they had no time for the only few people willing to spend money in the store. Its a shame because if they keep ignoring customers, no one would even bother to go to the store, and rather just buy online. This employees dont realize they are only hurting themselves and the company with that attitude. They dont see they are among the lucky ones with a job during this time of crisis. Hopefully some changes are made in this store so it can stay open.

I’m giving this a 1 star rating because I just drove all the way over here because their google My Business listing says they close at 8pm, but instead due to Covid, they closed at 6pm. A not so good customer experience. Corporate has the ability to update these listings. If you need the tool I have one for you, just reach out.I’ll most likely change this rating after having a good experience. But for right now, I’m really annoyed by this experience.

First time at a northern tool. Very helpful staff. Went in looking for a shelving unit. Ended up getting 2 on clearance for the price of 1. An employee brought me a cart and assisted me with loading the cart. They had a nice selection and variety of items. I will definitely go back.

I would like yo say that for Christmas I was looking high and low for a iteam at all the Home Depot. They had it but not in a bundle and Yada Yada so they voukdnt help me, honesty it felt like they didnt want to help. Well Ive always heard that Northern Tools is expensive. To my surprise they were not they had what I wanted and more for much less. The customs service at all 3 Home Depot locations were hearable No one knows nothing its just the worst and frustrating. At Northern Tool I had the Beat experience ever. I was greater by a man employee at the door very nice people person, the cashier acknowledged me and right away the associated Tonya was the lady that helped me. Man! She was just great and so helpful. I walked out with what I wanted a $20 gift card and a line if credit that gave me another $50 off. I ttakeell you if I ever need to think of going to HD Im definitely going to Northern Tool. Thank you Tonya and your staff for making it a very pleasant experience and making my Christmas shop that much easier.

First off I want to thank Ian and Tim for being so nice and helping us resolve our issue fast we bought a bleach pump at the casselberry location when we got home the pump was clearly used when my husband turned it on its side water poured out of it not thinking there was an issue with the pump whe went to hook it up on our trailer and it didnt work at all he took it back to the casselberry location to exchange it since we got the warranty on it and they didnt have another one so they called this location which is an hour from our house we got over here and there was some kind of miscommunication between stores but Ian and Tim came to the rescue and made things right thank you guys if you werent so far from us we would do all of our shopping here

On 9/8/2020 I went in to get a part for my trimmer. The service department told me that they could order it(part cost was about$24). I asked the service person how much it would be if they put the part on. She said $40. So I agree to have them put it on. I paid the $40 labor and ask the service person. When is done I only have to pay for the part and she said yes. Almost a month later on 10/8/2020 I get a call that the trimmer was ready. When I picked it up I get charged $52.19. they charged me for labor again.the part was $18. Now I am $92.19 on them putting in a part that cost me $18. I will never go there again.....

Went in and bought a solar panel to prep for an upcoming hurricane. Got home and checked the boxed and the panel had epoxy on the side of it and was missing the wires to use it. Looks like it was returned to stock without being checked and resold to me.

I paid for the Carolina 8 inch steel toe logger and didnt get them. They gave me the plain 8 inch loggers witch where most 40 dollars cheaper. Then argued with me over my refund. I still wanted the boots I just wanted the difference in amounts back. I hadnt worn the boots, still had the Box, and receipt. But once I had spoken with the manager he gave me my refund and store credit no questions asked

I was very pleased with the service department. Bobby helped me diagnose a problem with my pressure washer in a matter of seconds. He also has a great attitude and goes out of his way to help people. What an asset to this store he is. The other employees I encountered along the way were also pretty nice. It seemed like there was always someone close by to point me in the right direction in this huge store. No hunting for help. Ive decided this will be my go-to place for any pressure washer repairs and supplies.

This store is a complete Joke.... The Store Manager Tim is a A**Hole. Bought a product 2 weeks ago and the product is now On Sale for $200 cheaper. I went into the store to ask about price matching the product with there new sale, like every other store will do. Walked into the store. No one was at the front counter. The employees working were standing down one of the aisles talking & joking with each other. Finally I ask if I can get some help after standing at the cash register for like 6 minutes.The women looks and acts disgusted that she had to walk over to me and actually help me. No Hello! Sorry for waiting so long. How can I help You? .... She just says What Do You NeedI then tell he about the item I bought and how it is now on sale. I had the Sal Add and My Receipt with me to show her the dates & amount I spent on the product. The women just looks at me with a blank stair and says all sales are final we dont price match our items..... Guess You Should Have Waited A Little Longer To Buy It.I then ask for the Store Manager TIM the women calls him 6 times over the phone and paging system to come talk to me...... 13 minutes later He shows up pissed off because he actually had to do some work for once. walks up to me and just stands there for a minute... then says what do you need?.........At this point Im getting pissed!!I proceeded to tell him about the product I bought and how it is now on sale 2 weeks after I bought for $200 dollars less and I wanted to see about getting a price match.Hes reply.... All sales are final. We dont price match anything well sell here at Northern Tool even if you bought it yesterday.... You Dont Like It. Call Corporate! Then walks way.This Northern Tool location is filled with a bunch of lazy, disrespectful, A**Holes that seriously hate there Lives /Jobs.Will Never Buy From This Company Again & Will definitely be spreading the word to all of my friends and family members about my experience @ Northern Tool and to Please Buy from a reputable company.

If you want poor customer service and you want to be told by management at the store that its not their problem, then go here. Otherwise go somewhere else! I have a warranty claim, from the manufacture of a product, that issued a repair at the store, and they told me theyre too busy to deal with it and it was my problem.

I went to Northern Tool to buy a toolbox for my truck. I bought one and brought it out to my truck noticing that the toolbox does not closed properly. I went back inside to see if I had a defective toolbox and to exchange it or to get a refund for it. As the cashier and I were refunding the toolbox, the sales associate tried to convince me that the toolbox is supposed to be like that and tried arguing with me about stuff that was labeled on the box.

Later, needed help and the answer I got was you aint looking hard enough, people like you make me hate my life. Spoke to MOD and he said you have Harbor Freight and ACE hardware if you dont like our store. Wow, how these AH still in business? That could be the reason this store is always empty.

ATTENTION COMMERCIAL PRESSURE WASHING COMPANIES, I have purchased a NEW hot water Northstar pressure washer trailer, 2 months ago. Since then this trailer have been sitted in the shop every week for different kinds of problems( things happen, but it shouldnt happened  on a new trailer) but what it is unacceptable is the time they take to get your equipment and parts fixed, they take 3 days to have the parts arrive, ( you have to pay for overnight delivery) 3 days later  the parts were not the right ones and they make you wait for another week. Today is 14 days and the Trailer still at the shop making me waste lot of money and make my company loose an important contract.Rude Managers with 0 desicion makers, with 0 solutions from something that i have purchase in the store NEW. This is absolutely unacceptable.If they dont care about their weekly clients why should we keep buying at the Sand Lake location.

How can this be if the warranty I bought was from THEM!!
