The company has good products, but need to train better some of the employees. In my case, the customer service representative, Francisco, in Orland Florida, is the worst, and last person I would put to assist customers. Instead of being polite, and try to catch more customers for the companys benefit, he just kept asking for more and more instead of focusing on my question. At the end, I left the showroom, and decided to buy from somewhere else.

Had a bad experience for the first time. They missed something on an order and won’t take care of it. Called in the missing items but they refused to take care of it so I have to reorder and pay twice.

Be careful of these scammers. If they get your credit card number they will split up shipments and over charge for freight. If you call customer service for resolution, they act like they dont speak English. I will order parts elsewhere.
