This company has been excellent to work with! Their man, Chris Candela, has given us great service. Hes always quick to respond to our emergencies like when our ice machine was done and we had a function coming up. He fixed it very fast. Also, one of our large freezers went down and he got it fixed super quickly. (If memory serves correctly he had to go to Tampa to get the part.)He also provided invaluable advice a couple years ago when our commercial fridge packed it in. With his help we got a fantastic replacement for a very reasonable price and we havent had any issues with the new fridge.
These guys are awesome! When no one else would help me, they not only found the part I needed, but they are the most courteous people Ive ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I was looking for a commercial refrigerator part for my personal commercial refrigerator and most places such as Johnstone wont even quote you a price unless youre a contractor or hold an account with them.... but Whaleys had no problem assisting me. I do work for an appliance company and will definitely use them again for any and all of my commercial appliance needs. Top notch service! Thanks guys!!
They took 4 weeks to fix my turbo chef oven and before they said it was only going to take 2 days. They overcharged me and they had multiple different workers try to fix the machine. They also charged my credit card without me knowing and didn’t give me a receipt afterwards. They promised me they will take away whatever they overcharged. If they don’t know how to work with certain appliances they should just say that instead of messing up everything and they wouldn’t have me writing review for them. The parts they ordered they were making excusing and blaming it in the shipping even though I was willing to pay for the fastest shipping. Because of this reason I couldn’t sell certain foods in my store. Hope that nobody will have to go through all of this in the future.
Everyone should read my story before doing any business with this company:A/Their service tech coming out replacing the spider leg and blade on my walk in freezer but he could not get the temperature down to 10 degree in order for my food get frozen. My meats getting soft and spoiling I must throw away so I emailed and called them a few times but no one show up for a few days. Later on the same tech show up and he still could not figured out the problem so they sent in a 2nd guy, after 30 they told me it was working then left. I kept monitoring my freezer for another 3 days but the temperature never go down still keep at 25-30 degree. On a meantime they keep charging my credit card each time they show up for a same problem. Finally I called their office report that the problem still there not being fix, they told me many excuses and declared that all they can do and they are giving up. I decided to call some other company for a 2nd opinions, the next company coming out and fixed the problem in 30now my freezer walking very well and here is what they found out: LOW ON FREON!!!! that s very simple....B/I call the office and asking for refund but they give me the number to their corporate in South Carolina, I call them no one answer phone so I left a message and phone number for them to call me back after 10 days still no return phone call?C/Their price is sky high compare to other company: I have a 2nd restaurant and asked them for service at the same time, they sent their tech out and charging $200.00 without doing any work but just give a quote for replacing motors, I call other company they came out service right away and the price is only a half?1/ This is a joke, they are scammer just try to rip you off when ever possible2/ Do your a favor: Do not do any business this company3/ I am going to report them to BBB.
